That-- didn't work at all. Flattened by the STO, he laid on his back with eyes staring upward and questioning life choices. That could had been worse.. at least.

With an uncharacteristic show of speed and energy, after dropping his opponent with the STO, the Specter sprung towards the ropes. Rebounding off of them, Mirage would leap at Jay Lightning, attempting to drive a stomp into the sternum of the Lotus!

That’s one way to drive out air from the lungs. One stomp and the Eclipse had rolled off to his side, feeling the wind gone and the inability to breathe right off. Off to his knees, he’d pound on the ring mat with intent on getting himself back up.

The Mysterious Stanger followed closely behind Jay, holding his right hand up at his side as he he clenched his fist a few times in anticipation. Mirage didn't see the point in dragging out this encounter with the mortal, he was going to put it to an end with the Mandible Claw!

Turning to see a hand coming for him upon turning around, his own came up to not only block but to trap it underneath his arm. Experience and instinct settling in, his other arm would draw back and fire out a famed elbow. This guy may be looking for an early end, but the storm was far from settled--

Mirage's plan of attack was thwarted with his arm suddenly being trapped and leaving him open for retaliation from the Eclipse! The Mysterious Stranger was immediately struck with an elbow!

Deep breath after the crisis has been adverted for now, the Eclipse would see a brief opening as he released the arm to underhook the head of mirage and twist around, back to back, for what looked to be a neck breaker. Instead, he’d release the neck and head to spin around with the first shot of his roaring elbow, aimed for the back of the head and neck.

The Lotus Eclipse didn't get much resistance from Mirage as he danced around his opponent, finally connecting with the roaring elbow. Struck in the back of the head, the Specter collapsed across the edge of the canvas.

Oh how the Melody echoed from a dance variety by the Eclipse. savoring it as if a tune was playing, he’d walk a circle around the ring before dropping down to lay on the mat with eyes locked on Mirage… watching, waiting.. a smile drawn that contained stifled laughs.

Pulling himself to a knee, Mirage would raise to his feet as Jay Lighting waited.

As mirage got back up, Jay would follow suit as he got up to his feet. Once his moment was right, he would look to grab onto the back of Mirage’s head and move him to a turnbuckle corner where the Eclipse would aim to slam the head of his opponent once into the corner pad and proceed to hold the head on the spot.

Pulled back to his feet, the masked visage of the Mysterious Stranger slammed into the top turnbuckle. Jay now held Mirage against the pad with no resistance from the Specter.
