He scrambled to get back to the boy but it seemed the boy had had enough. He moved away from the two of them quickly, holding his face with one hand. Served him right! At least the other kids hadn't gotten into it.
He waited, panting, for the kids to run off before he turned back to look at Siofra. "Sio?" Panic rose a little at seeing the blood on her face. A groan left him. "Oh man... we're so in trouble."
With a sigh he shuffled over to his little cousin and reached for her face. "Lemme see."

Sio 9
She flinched away when he reached for her face. It hurt. Although the cringe she tried to do hurt worse. So she stopped. Without thinking she let out a whine, her little voice making a sound. Her hands came up shakily to sign to him. 'How bad is it?' She almost didn't want to know.
Of course as she looked at him she could tell he'd taken a punch or two. So as careful as she could she winced at him, her expression and the look in her eyes clearly asking if he was alright.

He looked down at her hands then cringed a little before he looked back at her face. "Sio you're bleeding." He tried his best to deadpan those words. How bad did she think it was? Her hip was bleeding from earlier and now her lip was. He was pretty sure he was gonna be grounded. Or at the very least yelled at for not protecting her better.
"Pretty sure your hip will have a scar. Don't think the lip will." But that was as far as his medical expertise went. They needed to get someone else to give a second opinion.

She closed her eyes against his words. Yeah, she knew she was bleeding. It didn't take a genius to know what that coppery taste was. Nor the red coming from her hip. She gave an exasperated sigh and waved him off.
When Sio opened her eyes again she was pushing to stand up. Being on the ground and sand with her hip in the condition it was in likely wasn't good. She signed at Zohra again. 'So.. who can we go to before we face everyone else? I need cleaned up.' Walking in the door as they were was likely to cause some heart attacks.

He thought about her question. Lynx wasn't even in Matori so he was out. Ari would likely kill him for letting Sio get hurt to begin with. Zasha would yell at him. Soo... "Iexa.." He said.
He got to his feet too. Though he paused for a second before looking around. He spotted their clothes laying over by the bolder. "Alright. Let me grab our clothes then you are getting on my back. Your hip looks like it hurts." He looked at Siofra then went to collect their things. He needed to get her looked at quickly.
