She kissed him back and they headed for the shade of the tent...with the coffee. Where they chatted and let what was natural happen.
When they woke from their short nap it was to see the head of the Xaraan in the tent.
"What do you want and how did you get out of the pen?"
She rose and pushed the big bird head out of the tent. He was still hobbled but Nin suspected that Kiyelt had some jerky in the tent. The Xaraan could probably smell it.
"Come on Rex, lets go." She guided him outside and into the pen again where she brushed him out getting all the dust and dirt off.

"I think this one is sensitive, I've never seen one quite like this before. Must have a great personality. Thank goodness because an agry roadrunner is a bit much."
The beast was letting her stroke its fluff without too much anxiousness. Eyes were trying to lid up but he didn't quite trust them enough yet.
"Won't the boys be so impressed. We should send them out for similar hunts I'm sure they would enjoy it."

"Hes a good boy." She said looking into the great golden orange that reminded her so much of Kiyelt's old eyes.
"Hes got your eyes." She giggled at her husband. "Well your old eyes, you old blue eyed monster."
She gave him a playful look. "That perfect shade of morning sun."

"Ninaeleth, I am not old, I am just wise!" He grinned at her. "At least we are not grandparents yet." Though there were a few of the kids that were not old enough. Scary thought. He did want grandkids.
"Who do you think will be the first to take the plunge?"
He was putting money on Ushiwa. Thallassa seemed pretty chill still but Ushi wanted everything right meow.

"You are not going to like this but I think it will be Kina. She was the first to leave home and I think she will be the first to find someone. It is just finding that person that matches her, that is all. She will find one too, maybe when she simmers down a bit. Ushi is also a go getter. Not so sure about the rest of them but we might want to get a big stick to beat the boys off of Honi."
She came over to him and cupped his face in her hands.
"Grandpa."
