Ana swallowed, but nodded, her head spinning just a little, wanting to remember. Trying to remember. “I…did you try to get me back when we met and I was with them? Did you try to save me? Why didn’t I listen to you…? Did I know you then? Did I remember? Was that why I saved you?”
Moving back into Rosie’s arms, Ana looked shyly up at her from under her lashes, feeling her heart beating just a bit faster at the idea of kissing someone…again.
It seemed that baking really…did wonders for her love life. “...I would like to be kissed…”

"I tried," Rosie insisted, "but you were upset. Scared. I think they still had you convinced you wanted to be one of them." She swallowed. "It was awful, but...we brought you home in the end, didn't we?"
Then, she took a step closer, and reached down to wind her fingers with Ana's.
She leaned in for a kiss, feeling her heart pick up speed. This....this was what she'd been longing for.

For some reason, the idea of her being scared of Rosie…Ilse was…something that Ana couldn’t quite picture. But…if that was what she wanted to think…
There was no time to give any more thoughts to it, because suddenly Rosie was kissing her and…oh. No, that did feel nice. Ana relaxed into the kiss, her arms moving to encircle the other girl’s waist. Who cared what the past was…this…this moment right here was…well. Was better than whatever might have happened in the before.
