"I hope so.." He whispered under his breath. Py would have to make himself ask as he wasn't usually the type to be outgoing. As they entered the little shop Pynar gave the shopkeep a small wave as well and followed Omari to the counter. He double checked the list of prices to do a little mental math to make sure of how much they could get. "Okay Omari, you can get 6 pieces of taffy and then pick out something for everyone else too. I'll have two of the chocolate taffy please." He asked.

"Sounds good!" Omari grinned as he walked up a bunch of the taffy. Each one looked so tasty! The youngling pursed his lips thoughtfully before nodding. "Some of the green and yellow pieces for me please!" He then gestured to a few that he thought the rest of the family would like before waiting patiently by Pynar's side. "This is amazing...could you imagine making candies all day?" He asked with interest as the shop keeper prepared a bag of everything they asked for including even an extra 'thank you' piece of taffy. That's why Omari loved this place. They were super nice here and had very tasty snacks!

"I bet it would be fun. Though I'm sure sometimes it's hard to resist eating them all and not have any left to sell." Pynar admitted as he paid for their purchases. It was definitely an idea for something to do. He couldn't imagine people who made candy like this could ever get tired of doing it. After all, what they made was so delicious! "Oh, excuse me, would you mind if I borrowed a basket. I'll bring it back tomorrow. Or tonight if you need it back sooner." Pynar tried to not fidget while he waited for an answer. [Pynar 9]

Omari made a face. "Maybe if they just made double that would be plenty to eat and sell!" He offered happily before watching the shopkeeper hand Pynar a basket. "It's no trouble at all." The older Matori was always super nice and Omari found himself smiling towards them before heading towards the door. They had plenty of sweets now and just needed to pick up a few other things before enjoying the rest of the day at the beach. I'm going to build the biggest sandcastle with a moot! He could imagine it already. A giant thing looming across the sands with seashells and rocks to make it really impressive. "Let's go get things and go home, Py!" Omari chimed from the doorway with a grin.

Nilah Pynar couldn't help but laugh. "I'm not sure its quite that easy bud." He had to find it adorable though. As they left the little sweets shop, the two hit a few more places around town to get other things for dinner that Omari had suggested and they made their way back towards the house at a much slower pace than their way here and with a basket full of goodies for everyone too. "Alright lets pick up some cool things on our way home to use in our sandcastles." He picked up some shiny looking rocks and strangely twisted branches as well as a leaf with a hole in the center. Before too long they arrived back at home. "Okay lets put all this stuff away so we can have it for dinner and put the sweets aside for our siblings to have for dessert. Lets sneak a piece of candy first and then go make some sand castles!" He would enjoy this day with his younger brother and secretly hoped he wouldn't grow up too fast.
