Cody continued petting Harley as they relaxed but as it began to get late, he would get up and get dinner ready, making them both something to eat. He got the natural kind of food for her, he felt kibble didnt seem right to give. Once dinner was done, he would take her for a short walk to let her out and get some of her energy off as he liked walking through the snow. They got back to the apartment, he showered and change into pjs before getting into bed, laying back thinking about how today was certainly a different kind of day now that he had a new companion.

Cody slept mostly soundly til Harley began to telepatheically 'speak'of her mistress. He found himself walking around a forest when he gasped seeing some kind of creature. That was til a sorceress 'zapped' it wil some kind of spell, before continuing to fight. It was like watching a movie but she fought as did Harley that appeared in the dream. The woman was beautiful, she was a sight to see and at some point Cody thought she looked at him but he assumed she was still fighting. As more shadowy creatures or at least what he saw had appeared, the sorceress suddenly began an enchantment, before opening a portal, "Be safe Harley, i will find you again." She would say before throwing Harley and Cody through the portal of light. Cody gasped waking up, breathing heavy from the memory as he looked around turning the night stand lamp on as he found he was in his room, Harley in bed with him.

Cody caught his breath as he sat up in bed, he heard her whimper and nuzzle against his hamd a bit, he pet her head, "Sorry to wake up Harley... I just had the weirdest dream... you in this woman were in a forest, their were these creatures attacking. You and the woman were fighting them but then she threw you through some kind of portal..." he said as he was confused, maybe he had been watching too many fantasy movies lately.

He looked at her and saw that she seemed saddened by his statement as she whimpered, but he looked at her softly, "Why do you seem like you know what im talking about?" He asked softly petting her head, was she just detecting he was scared and that him saying her name made he think he was mad at her? That didnt make much sense but the alternative was that she understood him and knew what his dream was about.

He felt Harley nuzzle into his hand as he pet her and then felt her lick his chin but she still seemed sad as she let her head rest on him again as he continued to gently pet her but be sighed softly, "Im sorry if im not the best person to have found you Harley... my apartment is small and you dont get to run around since i dont have a yard. Its compact and well im a very boring person..." he said softly as he sighed laying back in the bed, "I dont even know why i had that dream... a woman was in trouble... i dont know if i saw some vision or my brain had seen too many fantasy movies that it made the scene but either way, as if i could have done much to help." He said moreso just talkin to himself.

That time he did notice that she 'spoke' to him as he did freeze up as he stopped petting as he looked at her, "Hold on... did you... did you just say something to me?" He asked as he couldnt explain the feeling but it had 'felt' like he heard a voice and could tell it was hers. He wasnt really freaked out, more or less surprised but when she mentioned her mistress, he thought it over, "You mean the woman in your dream... the one that threw you into that light... so that wasnt a vision or a weird dream, that was your memory?" He asked as he cautiously petting her again but sighed, "I dont know what to say... i mean, we dont have magic in this world, unless she finds a way into this world, i dont know how we can find her but I promise to help you as much as I can." He offered kindly.
