Comments: was gonna do animated elements but spent too much time on the background. Might work more on it later.

Day #18 Theme: Eiffel Tower Time spent: about 1 hour
Comments: Baaaah I spent too long rendering the sky and didn't get the actual, like, tower or anything around it done lol. I need to manage my time better emo
Day #20 Theme: Finish/Improve Time spent: 1 hour 30 mins (ish, I was being derpy stopping and starting the timer)
Comments: Colored the hair (it was white in the last video only because of the white bg), colored a bit more of the outfit and animated the sash ties. Originally I had the hair on a 3 count and the sash ties on a 2 count, but that looked derpy so I synced them to both be 3 count. Also there's a bit more variation in the sash (wanted it more flowy cuz it weighs less than hair) so yeah. I'm probably not using correct 'animation terminology' with the counts (it's what I call how many frame I hold a single image for?) but I'm teaching myself through messing around with the free animation software and a few tutorials where I need info soooo I'm a nub uhhhhhhhhhhh I have a headache now lol
Day #21 Theme: Spirit Challenge part 1 Lineart Time spent: 10 minutes on an idea that didn't work, about 15 minutes for the sketch, then 45 minutes clean up and lining

Initial idea that didn't pan out:
Nukito Sketch:
Comments: I had an idea but I couldn't find good pose refs and I was running out of time so I tried to wing it and didn't like it so I changed tactics Edit: HERE is the original request for the color palette. Left the shirt blank so you can do whatever you want with it. The tail makes a backwards S behind him so that's what's peaking out from behind his arm.

Day #22 Theme: Spirit Challenge Part 2 (Coloring) Time spent: about an hour
Comments: I'm tired and hungry now, and I hate shading. Flats alone took me almost 35-40 mins.
Day #23 Theme: Ostrich Time spent: Oh geez uhhh.... 10 mins for the sketch, 3+ hours for the animation
Comments: My first walk/run cycle!!!! (it's a run but still) omg I had some issues but I'm so glad with how it turned out!!! It's a little derpy cuz it's just the rough sketch (like it having two front wings oops) but it's a start!!

Day #24 Theme: Alpaca Time spent: about 2 hours
Comments: Blinking alpaca! Didn't finish the fence in the background but oh well.
Comments: I'm tired and my hand was a bit shakey so I messed up the lineart in some spots and tried to use thick lines to fix it and made it worse so in came the shading and oh boy sad

Day #26 Theme: Lotus Temple Time spent: 32 mins
Comments: Still dealing with a tiny bit of burn out so just trying to get the required amount of time in. Also I made this today to show off my animations so far: https://youtu.be/U0ndb_NiN5k
Day #28 Theme: Fox Time spent: I think somewhere between 1-2 hours? not sure :/
Comments: Tried to study a fox doing the whole 'dive into snow' jump thing. I couldn't quite get the spacing right. He kinda does a little 'hop' to get into a crouched position to really get the spring/momentum in the jump but the pre hop looks derpy. I ran out of time to finish the jump
Day #29 Theme: Art Request (Katal's Heist) Time spent: About an hour
Comments: It's Heist coming through a wall and accidentally scaring someone, not gonna tell who the two other people are yet It's not much but I got the timing down for the most part on the head turn/coming through the wall, and the placement of facial features (sort of). I wanna do as much rough outlining/refining as a I can do before going in with final line art so everything looks clean/smooth for the final animation.
