He again blushed at the mention of finding a girlfriend. "While...woman might be okay with polite girls...I believe I am far too tunnel-visioned for most people...so..." as he heard about the...not great things happening involving Magi, he started to think. Saffron looked at Lavi a little concerned then it crossed her mind that Lavi was joking. She threw back her head and laughed quite heftily.
Ah, Lavi, I would never punch you...but what do you have to see him? If he was the one being rude? Make sure this is documented and DON'T SAY ANYTHING TO SEVASTYAN! He might spill the beans to Magi. I don't think he's good at keeping things that need to be kept all the time.
Saffron said a little concerned that Lavi would say something anyway.
I have to warn her. She has to know something isn't right with him...I did the right thing...
Saffron thought to herself and sighed. She then looked lovingly at Belmont.
AH, Belmont...I'm sure you'll find someone who will love that about you. It's going to be hard but maybe someday...
She shrugged cockily and smirked at him.
Just let me know when you do. I have to inspect her...
She said winking at Blemont.

Seva is a sweetheart and it wouldn't say anything. Besides I'm not telling him anything not because he'd tell Magi, but because it would be rude of me to say bad things about his father to him.

She sighed...
Belmont...I know what you mean and I am not encouraging you to do something you aren't ready for or something dangerous or stupid...I just wanted to make sure you are living like your mother never got to...She did a lot to reconstruct something so you had more opportunities but I think she would want you to have more fun than she did too. You both are too driven for your own good. Fine don't find a girlfriend or a boyfriend for that matter. I want you to just know things like that are always open to you and you should probably start making some time for them. Eternal life comes with a price I think is too hard to pay. Some of these wizards would do anything with immortality but I think that's not really something to strive for...
Saffron stopped and looked at Belmont...
Oops...I did it again didn't I? I went into lecture mode...I'll make it shorter...Just promise me you'll have more fun? Like actual fun? Like with friends and not in the books or such...Like have a date every so often?
Saffron said trying not to be too preachy which was hard for her.

Why was it that each member of his family was always giving him a lecture? He knew he would be the matriarch someday...knew that he'd have a lot to live up to...so the concept of 'having fun' never really appealed to him because he had so much he wanted to accomplish. He had plenty of fun as a child, and now he was in a place where his studies were far more important. But...he did admit that the idea of cutting loose was a good one. He looked up at Saffron and smiled at her. "I promise. Of all things to lecture me about, it's having fun and progressing with my personal life. Please don't tell me mother put you up to this?" he asked and shook his head, fiddling with the strap of his bag. It was hard for him to talk about his personal life when he was so focused on his ambitions. He looked at his phone, checking in with Asher. "Huh..." he thought nothing of it and put the phone away for the moment. "Also, maybe you'll find a partner here. You're still not married yet Aunt Saffron.
