As they got to the forest Nibbie was surprised, but not by the beauty of the forest or the ruined village close by, but by having Narx in the same class as them. her eyes went wide open as she noticed him it has been so long since she saw him! Even when Ora tried to bring him to the BBQ a few days’ prior he didn’t show up so it felt like a very rare chance. The teacher explained what they must do in this class and the owl girl asked if anyone wanted to join the two of them. Nibbie glanced over at Rammie, she wanted to know if she as well thought of tagging along, and by the looks of it, she did “I and my sister will accompany you two if you don’t mind” she started to walk over to the owl girl “my name is Nibbie” she said with her usual cold tone, she remembered hearing about Narx’s memory problem and acted as if she doesn’t know him, probably for the better. tab✿. tab𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧: # 0 2 3 posts made tab✿. tab𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: The forever falls forest tab✿. tab𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗬: Team sweetheart, Team SKRA and her sister and hedgie tab✿. tab𝗢𝗢𝗖: tab✿. tab𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗙𝗜𝗟𝗘:Nibbie

Rammie would hold Hedgie closer to herself. There were so many people. There was a human male, He wasn't in a uniform, so that made her think he was the teacher, there was a bird faunus. Rammie could see the feathers on her face, also a feather fell from under the coat. She was asking for help. There was a human female with blue hair like her own...well, the ladies was longer, and more blue, but they both had blue hair! That was so cool! There was a white haired human boy. He was holding measuring tape. Maybe she should have stayed in the room....No, Nibbie needed her! Nibbie would have never gotten to class without her. However, she was nearly trembling.
The teacher would speak up, saying that they were going to learn how to secure and treat people with first aid. She knew how to treat people, but her battle experience wasn't as much as her sister. They were good with working with each other in a fight, but Rammie hadn't fought in a long time, well, she hadn't fought Grimm for a long time. She fought Rey...The teacher put a first aid book into her arms. Oh geeze, she was in charge of something. She was starting to fret.
Then she would see a Rhino girl show up. Now Rammie knew she had a big chest, but this girl seemed to have a massive chest. It also seemed as if she was...unsupported. She would hold Hedgie closer. To anyone else it would look as if the girl wasn't meant to fight grimm.
Then Nibbe would walk towards the bird faunus. She finally saw him. It was the leader of Ṿσяα¢ισυѕ. She had only met him a few times, and every time she did, he gave her a scary look. She'd hide behind Nibbie. Nibbie looked at her and gave her a reassuring smile. "I'm Rammie, and this is Hedgie." She would introduce herself, still almost hiding behind Nibbie. She remembered Sister Ora saying that Narx wouldn't remember them, but she didn't remember what happened for a few years, but it still left her scared of the world. Narx would nod to Vincent's succinct answer. The man had a distinct aura about him, he couldn't help but admire him. He was so serious. Something Narx had been lacking in for some time.
Narx was happy to see Sasselia there. She had been one of the few to experience Tessa's home with them. An adventure to be recounted many a times later in life for sure that surely few had ever seen the likes of. "Glad to see you are well, as well, Sass! I didn't realize you were in this class with us, but that shouldn't be surprising, I don't think I ever look at the roster beforehand." He was energetic and others around him could feel it. Sass would make her comment about dancing in the leaves towards her friend. She was a funny gal, timid, yet strong, Narx would think to himself. Pretty soon her teammates approached, many he didn't recognize. Was he really so far in his studies already? Time flew by, and so many freshmen that he didn't know were around. It was a strange feeling.
Narx would tilt his head to the side with a dumb smirk on his face after Danaë made her bird reference."Oh so clever."He said rolling his eyes, she loved her bird puns, but then his face got serious."So, since they are not actually injured, I guess we just got to practice standard first aide... No semblance use for me then."An awkward reality, but it made sense for a lesson. In real life he would be far more useful with hsi healing semblance though.
Danaë would hide behind him for some unknown reason and they'd both look down to see a feather. A reminder of her molting."You know, I don't think I ever saw you molt before, are you going to be like... naked?"He wondered if she would literally lose all her feathers. Would she look human? Like him? He pursed his lips in thought. Wondering how strange and different that'd be. Even her lashes were fethery. Would they go too? She might look like a cancer patient, though, not a human cancer patient, as she would have her own hair, but a patient of the avian kind. He shook off the thoughts as she grabbed the medical book and started looking through it. They needed to stay focused. This one one of the few books he would read all the way through without skimming. "I know some of this."He mumbled to himself, but plenty to learn still, especially the moderate stuff as he often just relied on his semblance for anything of that sort. His feathery leader stated that they would like more people on their 'team,' which he agreed too. His eyes went to the pink and blue haired girls who came to class, they were also new, but something drew him in. He wasn't sure what it was. It was like they were people he knew. Something about the way they carried themselves that reminded him of... Well, himself. He didn't need to say or do anything, the pink haired one approached them and volunteered to join them, followed by the blue haired friend, or sister, they had to be sisters.
Narx stared at them for a long moment. His brows furrowed almost as if he was angered by their presence, but then his whole expression drastically shifted to a bright smile."Glad to have you two along for the ride, nice to meet you Nibble and Ramram. I am Narx."He would put an arm out for them to shake if they chose so, without realizing he butchered their names."Freshmen I assume and Sisters too?" The team of four would now have to prepare for their next actions. Narx was ready to outperform everyone, so he hoped that the sisters could keep up.

Yep, this was going to be a boring class. The professor look like the type to give long drawn out speeches, while at the same time reading from a book. It sure wasn't any more interesting back in his small school. Truth be told, he didn't even know if them being outside would make it anymore interesting. Sasselia was basically looking like a kid just entered a toy store when the professor pulled out a whole textbook out of the box to which he somewhat groaned. Guess they were just gonna learn biology, dissecting, and all that other stuff. Well, it was school so he wasn't all that surprised truthfully. Even Tessa arrived on time before the lesson began, eating her large breakfast sandwich. Now he was hungry just looking at that, as he sighed. Well, at least there were some cute girls here. The twins who joined especially. Soon enough, the lesson began, and what he was given was something WAY out of the ordinary. They were to fight off Grimm invasions while also treating a wounded person in that makeshift town ruin off in the distance? That's actually something that he experienced in his village before coming here. So this was the training that his master was talking about. "Huh..." He said, as he listened intently. As he and the rest of the group followed after the Doctor, Inari would look out into the distance of the town. Guess they were to choose a landing zone or command post. If it was Inari's decision, he would choose the command post, but Sassy was the one in charge, until she would ask for suggestions, while she gave the three instructions on who's paired with who. Rosa agreed to be with Sassy, so that was some good news. "Yeah, I'll stick with Tessa! Someone needs to watch that.... voluptuous... big.... juicy..... AHEM!! Err, yeah! I'll watch her back. I suggest we stick together, and when we get to our objective Tessa and I provide the guard duty and backup, while you and Rosa provide the treatment and moving the injured to the safe zone." Inari would say, as he fixed up his words. Unsheathing his Oathkeeper Eclipse short sword gunblade, he was ready to begin his mission.

Danaë would give Narx a nervous smile. That's right, he didn't see her molt last time. She hid the moment that the first one dropped from her body. "Remember when I disappeared for 2 weeks last year? I hid when I was molting...This year it's coming off fast, and all at once." She didn't mention that she was going to disappear after this class again. She would give him a nervous chuckle when he asked what she would look like. "I'd show you, but there are no pictures allowed when we are molting. It's not fair." Not to mention, Asger's wings looked more like naked chicken wings.
Then the Pink and Blue haired twins would come up to them. The Pink one was Nibbie, and the Blue one was Rammie. She looked at Narx's face for a moment, he looked angry for a moment. She would gently nudge his arm, and then suddenly a smile came upon his face. He looked scary for a moment. The little blue one seemed that she was scared of Narx. "Yes, it's nice to have both of you join us, especially since you know first aid already Rammie. I'm more of a scouter than a fighter, Narx here is the fighter. I'll keep us moving as we need to be, with a few well placed daggers, does that sound alright to you two?" She had a smile on her face, until she looked at the blue one, and saw a massive hole on the side of her head. What had happened to this poor girl?

So… this was Narx? It seems Ora was right and he indeed got his memories wiped clean, he did not remember her even the slightest and seemed much less… Narxy. Nibbie would be a bit surprised as he said their names completely wrong, it wasn’t even on purpose from the looks of it, she simply ignored it and shook his hand “It’s a pleasure to work with you again Narx” she would say after forgetting for a second that he did not remember her, it was still very weird in her eyes “never mind, those are not the right words to say here” she would say as she looked at the owl girl as she started talking to both her and Rammie “then I and Narx shall defend you and Rammie while you two focus on aiding the injured, Rammie knows quite well how to treat injuries” she said as she patted Rammie’s head gently, they didn’t have to physically fight together to work best, all they needed to know was that they got each other’s back. tab✿. tab𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧: # 0 2 4 posts made tab✿. tab𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: The forever falls forest tab✿. tab𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗬: Team sweetheart, Team SKRA and her sister and hedgie tab✿. tab𝗢𝗢𝗖: tab✿. tab𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗙𝗜𝗟𝗘:Nibbie
Rammie hid even more as he gave them an angry look. She didn't mean to show herself in front of him again. She knew that she was not the best fighter, and that she was more into making sure people got better. She couldn't help that she had the hole in her head. She didn't want it there, but he also wouldn't heal it when she asked him privately. She wasn't important enough for him to use his healing on. She was quivering behind Nibbie, tears starting to form in her eyes.
Then a happy voice would come from him. She looked over Nibbie, seeing that he was now smiling and calling Nibbie Nibble and herself Ramram. As long as he wasn't calling her useless...She wasn't useless, she just had skills that didn't exactly have to do with fighting. She could fight, she didn't like to. Her voice would shake as she addressed Narx. "Yes Sir, we are twins...and this is our first class...."
Nibbie would then rub Rammie's head, messing up her carefully placed hair that was hiding her hole. It was now on full display. She would take Hedge and use him to hide the hole until she could fix her hair. "I'll be over here...." Rammie would then run towards the forest, holding Hedgie above her head. As she was running in, Hedgie got a rip in him.

In five years this chances had never come... Five years of constant awareness but with no way to interact with the outside world. Sleep was not even an option unless he wasnt being held, yet that to never came for the doll no instead he had been subjected to a life of staring forward only getting information from the conversations Rammie had with other people and sometimes with herself ie with him. There was times he figured he died back in atlas and this was purgatory for his lack of living his life he didnt know nor did he know how long it had been since the attack. Yet now after so long it had finally happened the oh so careful blue haired girl who despite his mental trauma and torture had taken rather good care of his doll body had finally tore against a branch while she had scurried away from the group. Getting snagged on the branch hedgie would slip from the girls hands getting slung back a few feet hitting the ground. His cotton was exposed and for a few moments it was just a doll on the ground, a few moments later the small doll had started leaking out a dense aura that surrounded its toy body. It would begin to convulse abit before a bright green light blasted out releasing a lough kaboom..." ...ehhhhhh ehe..."
Once the light had died down a tall figure stood where the torn doll had once laid, At first glance people around him would notice the figure was covered in old blood nearly from head to together was atleast some amount of the crimson liquid staining his pale form. His cloths were no better, a perceptive person would recognize the grimms claw marks right away. His shirt having several large tears near his left lung were scars still remained which appeared to look as if some kind of drill had just dug into his body, the right sleeve had been completely severed to the elbow as if his arm had been chomped off yet it still remained. Other hints of a mauling appeared but none to distinct. At first the young man did not even realize he had been brought back as if in the back of his mind he was telling himself that this was just a dream...maybe he was put down and this was just the result of a wishful mind. It wasnt till he felt the warm rays of the sun hit his pale skin, the feeling of his heart pumping blood through his veins once again that he had finally realised this was real. His hands slowing moved up into his view as if he was confirming this was his body.".... Feel quaint to have blood again..." As he spoke the wolfmans tail began to wag almost uncontrollably from how excited he was to be back, he figured atleast five years passed since the attack and he might be able to find his little brother again, he really hoped that they all managed to escape from the mansion.
Tessa stifled a yawn with her palm before clapping a hand onto Inari's head and ruffling his hair a bit "Aye, we can handle the dangerous part, but I feel like Sass is better suited for setting up defense first and letting us guard the perimiter" she touched a finger to her chin as she thought for a moment "Though if I'm being honest we'll probably have to switch out fairly regularly. I'm better off sticking in the danger zone, and if anybody is trapped by any debris..well I'm the strongest so I can lift anything off of people, and Inari can be my escort. I'll definitely need someone fast to keep me safe." Tessa chuckled as she gave Inari a smack between his shoulder blades and began strolling toward the testing area while her gauntlets expanded with a series of click and clanks "I just hope my partner isn't too fast" she looked over her shoulder at Inari and gave him a wink "Come on shorty, we got work to do aye?"

Narx went a shade of red when she mentioned pictures of her molting. "Yeahhhhh, I think we should avoid that for now...." He would scratch the back of his head with an awkward chuckle.
Narx turned his attention back to the conversation at hand. Nibbie slipped up and said 'again.' Narx would purse his lips at this, it felt, true, yet he knew it was not. Or so he thought. They didn't have horns, so they couldn't be related to Ora and that whole ordeal could they be? He shrugged it off. Probably just a slip, he hadn't seen them as far as he could remember at least. "Sounds like a plan, I can't use my semblance anyways..."He said with some dismay."Why is she hiding?"Narx asked with a tilted head towards Rammie in the back. He was honestly clueless, he didn't even notice the old wound on her head, but soon she was out and calling him Sir, which brought a smile to his face for some reason. She was shy one moment, then had some guts the next. Whereas Nibbie was more straightforward. Their personalities definitely varied, they both seemed pretty sweet overall, if not a tad strange to him.
Narx would look to Danaë as if to signal that he was ready."Let's get this show on the road then!" He would bend down like a track star and then, after a short pause, shoot off towards the village. "Over there!"Narx shouted and pointed to a person marked as severe. He wanted to rack up some serious points with at least a few of these. At first, they might think he was being reckless, but he was actually planning to clear the way as the vanguard. He fortunately found no grimm or distractions for this first victim, which makes sense since they were the closest severe victim. He would keep an eye out and stand guard as he awaited his team to close in Danaë and Rammie would take care of them as Narx and Nibbie would guard.
On their way back, Narx spotted a moderate victim off in the distance."Should e grab them too?"He asked Danaë, not sure how thin they could spread themselves safely."I could probably handle about 3 severe cases on my own, so I think we can grab another one or two moderates right?" He would leave it up to her to decide, she had more of a tactical mind for this stuff. He would carefully watch Rammie and Nibbie work, curious of their abilities. Were they just little kids? Or did they have some real world experience, their actions now would inform his judgement on the pair, even though it was only a class simulation. [50 points on 1 severe/ 100 left, feel free to spend my post points as well]

Inari was used to the hair ruffling, but the friendly smack on the back, especially with Tessa's super strong hands, sent a painful shiver down his spine as he clenched his teeth and felt it. "Ow, ow, ow, ow... Y-yeah, I got you covered..." He said as he would rub his back where there would be an obvious hand print. As he would look back at Sass and Rosa, he nodded to them, before performing a large leap up to where the tree branches were, while following after Tessa, leaping from branch to branch. After getting to the appointed location, he would land on the rooftop of the designated location, hoping that the ones administering the first aid would follow. All that's left is to keep watch from the Grimm who could potentially come in. Honestly, this seemed too controlled. Since when did Beacon have the ability to control Grimm like that? Or was it in fact the ability that some were roaming the area and this was their way of using actual combat as experience to quickly train the students? "Guys, I'm in position." He would tell his team mates using his scroll.

[Topic being used for a team mission: Border Patrol, by team RCPT/RESPECT]
▣===========▣ BORDER PATROL ▣===========▣
▨═════▨═════▨
Ïntrodüctiøn:
A short length of the Vale boarder hasn't seen any direct supervision by anybody for some time. The military doesn't currently have anyone to spare and figure the task generally isn't too dangerous so the school has been asked to step in. Grimm tend to patrol the boarders of kingdoms to hunt for weaknesses and a team of students is to be sent to show the flag along this portion of the boarder so to speak. Make sure the grimm still know we are watching them.
Level One
You have been making your way along the perimeter wall that marks the boarder of Vale for a couple hours now. This section of the wall provides good visibility as the forest outside stops a good twenty yards short of reaching the base of the wall. No one has seen hide, hair, nor feature of grimm so far and the sun is reaching its peak in the sky. Thoughts of taking a break to enjoy the sight of lunch are prevalent on the mind when the second person to post on location spots a pack of beowolves on their second post at location. The pack has 6 beowolves though only 4 can be seen, watching your team steadily make their way along the wall from the trees. (Level X, each beowolf has a post count of X) The two hidden beowolves leap down from the tree branches and slash their claws at the first and second team member to enter the tree line.
Wipe out the Beowolf pack scouting the Vale boarder to progress.
Level Two
With the beowolf pack dealt with the team takes a break to eat your lunches and then moves on. Further along your patrol route the team spots something concerning. The wall up ahead is damaged, severely. It is not breached yet but something large has clearly been at it repeatedly. It is clear that if it is allowed to continue much more the wall will be breached. You need to take stock of the damage so it can be reported, but also try and figure out what did the damage and where it is coming from so it can be destroyed. (Investigation takes a minimum of 4 cumulative posts to determine the full extent of damage to the wall and find clues to the wall's assailant in the surrounding area. Each team member should roll 2d8 to determine what details they can find, ignore repeat numbers you roll but repeats among team members simply means you both notice that detail.)
Complete minimum post count for investigation to continue, someone must find the grimm tracks to progress.
Level Three
Following the tracks leading to and from the wall the team enters the forest. The terrain is tough but the tracks continue on deeper into the ever thickening trees. The thickening number of branches overhead start blocking out more and more sun light. Leaving your team to travel through deepening darkness and the still air that carries nothing but the sounds of your own feet traversing over the roots that try to trip you up makes the trip all the more nerve wrecking. Finally, light up ahead breaks through the gloom. Pushing forward into the bright glare your team enters a large clearing in the forest. It takes a second for your eyes to adjust but your ears can hear that you are not alone. CLICK CLICK. As your vision recovers before you you see a huge boulder jutting up out of the ground in the center of the clearing. Upon it, snapping its pincers at you in a display of aggression, a Death Stalker turns around to orientate itself for battle. Above its hulking body a tail rises skyward, curling to bring a fearsome glowing stinger to bear. (level X, cumulative post count of X to defeat) Defeat the Death Stalker and then return to report the wall damage to the Head Master to complete.
✘ Profile ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ Chase had awoken early and taken to his special combat attire for once, one the team likely had not seen him wear before; save Tabitha back when they were in the caverns. Pale skin contrasted with his dark attire that covered most of the huntsman-in-training, his crimson eyes matching the intimidating feel of such an outfit. A black veil covered his mouth; hiding away much of his expressions. It was the easiest way for him to "switch" into his combat mindset, though only when necessary. Much of the early morn, before the sun arose, was spent with Chase quietly preparing his fear for the day and what to take. His pistol had been of most use in the caves, so that was the first to be packed. While his burial blade had not been as useful, it was still his best bet in closer quarters. Looking to his lantern and torch, and back at this mission description, he would leave those two here. There was little use for it, assuming this mission didn't get an unexpected addition. As always, he also packed his medical kit; it was useful to have if the need ever arose. That settled, he would place some food for his hound; sad to not bring him, but the last thing he needed was the hound getting injured on this mission. Chase had been in the process of retraining his hound a bit, in order to adapt better to how the Grimm he faced had varied from what he was used to, and was not yet finished with it. So he had decided it was best to wait and give the hound a chance to showcase what he learned next time. Giving a silent signal to him, Chase would then make his way to the dust retrieval area of the school; collecting 1 large purple, 1 large black, and 1 large dark orange dust along with 4 small red and white dust. Feeling sufficiently equipped, he would return to his team dorm ready for when the others awoke to set out; laying back in bed to rest his eyes but still awake.
A while later, once everyone was ready, they would meet outside the dorms. Chase was his usual quiet self during it, perhaps even more so today, but it was less his usual near crippling social anxiety. He seemed more...calm, than normal, and more serious as well. He would interact if directly spoken too, answering in his usual way, but otherwise he was content to remain silent. His thoughts being more focused on their mission; patrol and help defend part of Vale's wall, the main thing that helped the last bastion of humanity from being overrun. Chase hoped things would be quiet.
[TIMESKIP]
The team had been patrolling the walls for a good few hours so far with neither hide nor hair of grimm. A good sign, to say the least, even if it had made the guarding of the wall a bit tedious and dull. He still much preferred that to an all out assault though. 'Perhaps though it is due to Tabby?' He wondered to himself thoughtfully as a silent jest. For the twelfth time, Chase was checking his weapons to make sure they were ready as he continued his trek. Feeling like he had to do something during this period of quiet; truthfully not knowing if the wall was usually like this or if today was a peaceful day. They had traveled a decent distance on the wall for their patrol, and had been lucky/ unlucky in a few ways with the day; with clear skies and sun, it had made visibility into the distant forest clear. No worry of rain or anything to provide cover to the grimm. On the flip side to it...it was not a cool day. Chase, given his back attire, was especially feeling the heat. Not having his aura up as he did not want to waste it as portable air conditioning. He would take a drink from a water bottle before looking to his team. His early start, and meal, was reminded to him by a stomach rumble. Embarrassment hidden by his veil, he would quietly speak. "Shall we...eat soon?" Was the simple and short question he would ask of his team. Not seeing any dangers for the moment at least.

Poppy
"Last night I dreamt that somebody loved me.."
---------
Poppy had gone back into herself for a while, after Roq stormed out of the party she didn't know what to do to fix everything. She had spent the past few weeks training, punishing herself and staying away from others as much as possible. Poppy understood her role as a student however, and was now part of a team, and she wasn't about to give that up. She wouldn't admit it, but she really enjoyed spending time with the members of her team, and she wasn't ready to leave. Poppy would always remember what she was told by Edward, and she wouldn't let Roq's reaction ruin her.
She would remain quieter as they walked to the mission together, interacting when necessary. After a while of patrolling the walls for what felt like a long time, Poppy would have spent a lot of the time flashing nervous looks towards Roq, attempting to remain strong inside. She would be a few yards away from Chase when he introduced the idea of them eating, and instantly felt her stomach growl. Poppy would flash a friendly smile and nod, looking around as there were no dangers at the moment. "Y-yes.. eating sounds lovely.." she would agree, looking at the others to see what they thought.
Rσϙ Oυɾɾσƙ was in a mood. He hadn't said a single word to anyone all day. It was as if a dark cloud loomed over his head and darkened his expressions. A storm raged within himself that could not be broke. He didn't make eye contact, nor did he so much as give a nod of reassurance.
He was simply there.
The entire morning Roq was like this; despondent. Roq trudged behind the group, taking up the rearguard. He walked with his face down, and his hands in his pockets. Unfortunately this meant he wasn't actually helping. He simply was there in case a fight broke out. He wore his school uniform underneath his robe which only covered half his torso, and he could certainly feel the heat.
Every now and then he's stop and whisper under his breath. He wasn't loud enough for anyone to hear what he was saying except for a few choice words. It was as if he was arguing with himself, or belittling himself. It certainly wasn't the ramblings of a sane person. He didn't notice Poppy's nervous glances at him for most of the adventure, but then he did. His eyes locked onto hers like a crimson ocean. Mysterious thoughts swirling inside his mind's eye, but then he would avert his eyes to the forests off in the distance with a forlorn look on his face.
As the day continued, he couldn't help but feel a little better being outside. Nature always seemed to lighten his mood. By the time the others brought up lunch he was slightly more responsive.
"We may as well. I haven't seen a damned red dot this whole time..." Roq said, referring to the eyes of a grimm.
He would pull off a pack he was holding that had their pre-made meals. It was given to them by a guard as they checked in at the entrance to the ramparts. "We got tuna salad sandwiches, a chicken panini, and three turkeys." More than enough food for the lot of them. "Take your pick, I'll keep watch as you all eat..." He tossed the bag on the floor between them all and turned to lean against the wall. He rested one elbow on the wall with his hand supporting his chin. He stared off into the forest. He didn't feel hungry.
