"Most of them are armed, yes..." Namielle replied with a grimace. "But there are some that they have converted by force to their ranks that are just like you," she continued after a moment. To her the concept of betraying what you were born for was foreign and 'force' was the only logical way to end up in the position of a corrupted senshi.
"On occasions you may find they can throw magic just like you, but in those cases they won't have weapons," she sighed softly. "Other times, they'll have their pretty weapon but... They can't throw magic at you, so if you can shoo away their blade then you'll catch them out a little," she squinted. "And honestly if you can turn off their magic too then you'll probably find them to be just as surprised," she admitted.
"It's not always fair but there are those around that are specifically 'built' to take them on, while you can turn off their weapons for example you'll find others like one of my beloved senshi happen to be able to shield against them... In essence even if they have a sword it's not going to get through," she clucked her tongue.
"If you can find those kind of senshi, form friendships with them and battle side by side you'll probably find that when fully disarmed, their side is at a significant disadvantage," she remarked. Not that she had ever seen senshi work in proper teams recently but she did know Athalia was in favour of it, that boy was more than happy to take the blows if someone else could snipe from the back!
"I'd probably play it safe for now until you catch your stride, and in the end maybe you'll find a team that you really resonate with, at that point it will feel a little less unfair," she finished. She couldn't promise the moon no matter how much she may have wanted to, but she could try her hardest to encourage each senshi to reach out to speak to each other and squad up. In the end, maybe something good would come of it, right?

Alkmene nodded. So, there were Senshi among their ranks, too--that was interesting, and maybe something he ought to figure out. Hopefully, his magic worked on them, too, and he'd at least be able to keep himself safe.
"I can look into finding other people to work with, absolutely," he said, thoughtfully, tapping his chin. "Obviously, I'm not exactly built for fighting." He gestured at himself, and sighed, quietly. "But I can step up, I think. And find people to work with. Is there any chance you could put me in touch with that Senshi of yours? It might be good to have a few more contacts. If it isn't too much trouble, of course."

"Hmmm... let's see here," she tapped her chin and then nodded. "His name is Athalia and he's normally easy to find," she added. She was quiet for a few moments as she considered how best to describe the man before opting for what was arguably the most open, honest and accurate approach.
"He's normally causing a scene," she said at last. "Or rather, he finds an excuse to cause a scene so that our lovely friends here don't have a chance to hurt anyone. Makes 'em real angry at him and starts a brawl," she chuckled softly. "So if you hear any fighting nearby then there's a reasonably good chance it might be him and he's probably started something," she conceded.
...She wouldn't call him a war monger, he wasn't that extreme, but he certainly didn't shy away from a fight whenever he deemed it necessary. For the greater good and all that, he would stand in the way of the vulnerable, etc etc. Quite frankly he could give his whole spiel and even she would yawn on occasions.
"But he'll not shoo away a friendly face," she smiled reassuringly. "He seems pretty open to company in that respect. I'll even tell him to keep a watch out for you too!"

"Athalia," Alkmene repeated, thoughtfully. That was good. Someone he could find, and maybe have a little backup--because Alkmene was not, by any means, the type of person to ever want to go this alone.
And if he was the type to start fights, well, that just meant Alkmene could put him between himself and any kind of actual danger, and that sounded very, very nice.
"I'll look out for him, and hopefully it can go somewhere. Is, ah, there anything else really critical that I sohuld know, before I start doing the superhero thing?"Epine de Rose i think we're coming up on a fin! thank you so much!!
