Rham let out a small little noise when he heard her words and then all but melted at the kiss. He prayed to the gods that he never got used to those kisses. His heart skipped a beat, and there was always a little flush on his cheeks afterward.

"Yeah... One kid at a time.... That's doable. I'm pretty sure thinking about it that way, I'm not going to sink into a pit of 'oh gods, how do I expand the wagon?!'. At least unless we ...get twins. Do they run in your family?"

Triplets. Three? Oh gods that actually did happen, didn't it? He rubbed his face and just shook his head.

But she explained that the triplets came from flowers and he blinked before nodding. That made no sense to him, he knew nothing about how Alkidike's were born because he'd never asked, and he didn't meet very many of them.

We... We could handle three if the gods gave us three.. I would.. honestly hope for one as ...a starter child I suppose? That sounds horrible... but. Well I'm not used to kids, other than watching them now and again for a mother who was terribly busy. So. Two! Two seems... like a hard start." The thought of triplets spooked him into rambling about whatever was circling around in his head.

The kiss definitely worked to shut him up, and calm his head down. He'd responded in kind, a hand slipping to her waist. Then she was pulling him toward the wagon and he couldn't help but grin like an idiot.

"You are the smartest one in this relationship," he commented as he held the door open for her. Sathe went in first, and it was firmly shut and locked behind him.
