Liio's cheek lifted up into a half grin, shifting his reach from his pouch to his bag before pulling out the quills. He'd need to get some more for sure, because they seemed so valuable in the area. Maybe even some Chiavi feathers when he made it back north to Zena.
As they continued to trade, Liio didn't pay too much attention to Meadow, instead focusing on his needs and mentally caluclating if he was getting too much or too little. Content with it all, he shook hands with the merchant before packing away his new resources and looking for his guide.

eadow spotted Liio finishing his transaction and got closer again, bidding the shopkeeper farewell as she left the shop.
“Did you get everything you needed for your journey?” He seemed to have gotten quite a few things, but if he needed anything else she would be sure to help him out. She knew most of the shopkeepers thanks to her family, so it would be no trouble at all. She still had a bit of time before she had to return home.
“If you need anything else I don’t mind helping you of course, I still have a bit of time.” Plus, she was still amazed that he got to travel so much.

He nodded, counting in his head how much gold he had left, "Yeah, it was pretty easy. Guess you don't get many traders this south..." He grinned, securing his pack and focusing on the area.
"I'm not planning to leave for another day or two...is there an inn nearby I can secure a room?" He looked back at her, "And if you are hungry, I'm happy to buy us a meal and I can answer all of your questions about Sauti and Zena."

Elyessi /quote] “Yes, I know where we can go!” Meadowlyn said excitedly, clapping her hands together. Though, she wasn’t sure if she’d be able to stay for dinner. She’d have to let her family know she wouldn’t be there to help. “Maybe a quick bite.” She said, more so to assure herself than confirming with him that she was going to grab a bit. “I’m curious about all manners of beast.” She waved for him to follow her. “This way!” Their father had been a beast tamer and Meadowlyn was sort of thinking she’d follow in his footsteps a bit!

Liio grinned, glad he ran into Meadow and had the guidance she provided. It meant he'd be a little bit more prepared, a little bit more fed, and a little bit more comfortable.
"Naturally, let's grab some food, and if needed, we can set up some time over the next few days."
He rushed after her, pondering exactly what types of beasts he'd describe to her first.
