Soleiyu just laughed softly and shook his head; he wriggled free, if only so he could be on the ground and do the backflip he needed to draw a card out from subspace. When he landed again, a pretty card was in his mouth and he laid it on the ground so he could still talk.
The card was white and of a thick cardstock; it was matte and smooth to the touch, but there was a raised, iridescent pawprint--his own. A phone number, printed in the same iridescent ink, was perfectly centered in the middle.
"It's my normal cell phone. You can text me whenever you need. I don't think anyone would try to spy on me, but it's a good way to keep in contact when you're powered down. Just text me like you would anyone else--just pretend like I'm not a Mauvian. If you want to meet up, just say that. If you ever need to talk about anything powered, we'll plan something so we can meet up in person, all right?"

"That should work, really." Yolie said first gratefully. Zeke tilted his head nearby, blinking as confusion filled hius face. Wjhile Yolie was moving to get the card and pull out her senshi phone, Zeke was lost immediately at the lavender and blue pastel device, head tilting. "Where did you get that? What's a Mauvian?" Soleiyu raised his brow a bit. "I'm not a cat. I just look like one. We accept the moniker 'talking cat' to make things easy. But we're originally from the planet Mau. It's complicated, it's not so much worth getting into."
"If you want to scan me to your Senshi phone to make communication easier when you're powered up too, you can do that. Here," he said, and pulled a Senshi phone out for the new Senshi as well. He laid it on the ground so he could collect it. "I assume she can give you the tutorial on how to use it, but it's pretty straight forward. Or, give me a moment. Let me upgrade it for you. I hate this model," he said, and began to immediately tinker with it. Though it seemed like he was only working with his paws, it seemed like he had done this before and expertly began making a few adjustments, pulling a few little tools from subspace and quickly modifying the phone. As he did so, he explained, "While you're powered up, you can access a magical little pocket dimension, unique to you. Think of it like a backpack you don't have to carry around. When I find a Senshi that's ready to awaken--like you--I can resonate with them and pull out their Henshin Pen, the thing that allows them to power up. I can also give them a phone, because, really."
He fiddled with it for a second more before he stepped away so it could be picked up.
"You'll need it if you want to stay on top of things."

"That makes sense." Zeke dsaid agreeably. He smiled a bit, waiting patiently beyond withdrawing his Henshin Pen to hand to Soleiyu. Yolie watched, blinking. "There's anything to keep up on?" ?Blink. Blink. Zeke frowned at her, sighing before shaking his head and turning to Soleiyu in a 'I don't want to ask' sort of waty. "Really, it sounds like hunting in some areas. Information and data are important, just as much as firing a gun or shooting a bow. Or wearing something other hunters can see and not bushy suits."

"Keep your pen, I've got what I need," Soleiyu said; he finished with the phone upgrade and held it out. "There. Your very own, fancy, upgraded Senshi phone. There are some apps and information boards on there, and you'll be able to reach out to other Senshi through them. Try to play around with it some. I don't know how much this has in common with hunting, but I know you've got the tools you need."
His tail swished. "...This is bad timing," he said after a few seconds, drawing out his own phone, looking at the screen, and then dismissed it. "One of my Senshi is calling, he says there's an emergency. Can I meet up with you two again, we can go over all of this proper when I know everyone's taken care of?"

"Zeke likens a lot to his hobbies." Yolie had her phone out already, working on scanning in Soleuiyu's number as she hummed a bit, Zeke pouting at his cousin before working out hoew to do the same. When Soleiyu mentioned a call, Zeke nodded slowely, putting the phone in his purse for the moment before nodding. "That's not a problem. I know how to get Yolie to share what she's learned." Zeke chuckled as his cousin blinked, looking at him. "Don't you dare, Zeke. All I can advise is shadowing me." She warned, then knelt to give Soleiyu a quick pet. "But he's right -- emergencies happen. Don't worry. Go take care of things." She sootherd.

Soleiyu nodded and seemed relieved. He flashed a quick smile. "I appreciate it. I'll see you again soon," he promised. "Just be safe. Don't do anything reckless, especially not until I've had a chance to properly go through everything with you!"
He swished his tail, as if that were the equivalence of a wave, and turned. He grounded himself, for just a second, and though he'd never admit to it he did a little butt wiggle--for speed, of course, every Mauvian knew it gave them an extra boost--and bolted off into the night.

"See you later." Zeke said calmly, one hand collecting skirts bvefore he turned, gently herding his cousin along. Yolie paused once to gether the card for safety, before the pair carried on for the charity, Ezekiel beaming. He was mopst eager to get to work.
