You have encountered a senshi! At first you don't believe your eyes, after the debacle in the middle of the street, someone seems to narrow their eyes at you in a way that different from the others. Outsiders aren't exactly...common in Witzend and it's not hard to pick out when someone is new to town.
There's unsubtle whispers about how rude this person is and one of the watching crowd seems to look a little panicked before disappearing into the crowd.
When they turn, there's the tell-tale sign of that damned butt bow. Unfortunately the crowd jostles and they're sent spiraling into Velma. Panicked they shove her and dart down the nearest alley.
Better hurry after them!
((OOC: The senshi has been spotted! They're on the run and everyone has 3 chances to catch them!
Velma, as the original encounter has 5!

To say it was shocking to see a senshi powered up in the open, standing amongst a crowd of people in broad daylight, would be a vast understatement. Nonetheless, having been spotted they were quick to flee the scene but not without causing a distraction first. Isaac had caught the surprised expression that passed over Velma’s face as the one they had been sent here to find shoved her out of their way. Poor woman was having one hell of a time today and for that he felt truly sorry. He had a chance to reach out and grab the senshi but instead, out of instinct, grabbed ahold of his teammate to help keep her from hitting the ground and kissing concrete.

Once they were back together, Regan looked around to assess what they had. With two of them causing scenes, and the other two (including herself) losing sights of potential targets, the mission was providing difficult.
Perhaps the commotions caused the senshi to panic, but she saw the buttbow and then the knock into her teammate. While Isaac reached for them, Regan moved her whole body to capture her.
With the bumbles of before, Regan looked to the group and nodded.
They could make up for the blunders, if they took a senshi back to Laby.
"Capture." Was all Regan said, as she pushed through the crowd. ”xxxxa-disgruntled-dragon”

The appearance of the senshi was surprising, especially after the false alarm earlier. Shannon had honestly written this whole mission off as a failure after her two blunders with the locals, although really it was their fault they got so bent out of shape, not hers. But that all went out the window with the senshi literally running into their little group.
Velma nearly ate asphalt, if Isaac hadn’t pulled a galant prince move she probably would have, and Regan gave the order to capture the butt bow. “Woof,” Shannon muttered to herself as she took off after the little order s**t. She felt a little like a dog that had just been told to fetch, hence the woof, but she also knew that that was their job. Capture alive if possible, dead if not.

Velma let out a grunt as the person - the senshi - barrelled passed her. She staggered to the side and some one - Isaac - grabbed her and held her up. She nodded her thanks and glanced at Regan who simply said "Capture" before bolting.
She oddly wished she had roller blades. It would be so much faster.
Velma spotted the senshi some feet ahead of her. She vaulted a bench, landing on the table beyond. The senshi was below her then, and Velma jumped.
All her weight sank into her hip as she went down, down down and slammed into the senshi with a practiced accuracy of years of hip checking people. It was gunna hurt when she landed but damn was that senshi not going anyway.
"Got you."

Regan was movng through the crowd to assist Velma, when she caught the woman on top of the senshi. Knowing that senshi had their powers, she also joined Velma, pinning the senshi's arm down so she couldn't summon magic.
"Isaac, legs." She gestured to Shannon next. "We need to call Laby and move her somewhere else. Otherwise we'll cause a bigger scene."

It didn't matter how fast they ran or how well they knew the city, the suspicious woman had been too close to her when they had taken off.
Going down with a tumble there was a pounding in their chest, a panic overwhelming when someone tried to pin their hands down. As long as they could scream, they could probably cast magic but they preferred reinforcements.
"STRIKER," they screamed, voice echoing in the alleyway they found themselves trapped in. "Help!"
They are not alone!
Despite having temporarily subdued this senshi, it looks like you have another one to contests with! They're making enough noise that they're starting to attract the attention of the people milling the streets.
It's probably not a good idea to cause more of a scene than you already have because the Negaverse may have a stronghold, but it's never a good idea to cause a PR scene! Plus, you probably don't want to piss off boss man by creating more cover up work...

A couple of seconds after the senshi screamed, there was a thump nearby. A glance in that direction would show a man had jumped up on a parked car. That alone was enough to draw eyes, but on top of that, this man was brightly dressed, with white wings rather low down on his body and… a butt bow. Another senshi was right there, and this one, it seemed, wasn’t trying to get away. “Oy, you!” the senshi, Striker, apparently, shouted and pointed in Velma’s direction. “Unhand that woman, you fiend!” A bit dramatic, perhaps, but that was clearly the point, as it was turning heads…both at him, and at the scene unfolding. Not giving anyone a moment to consider what exactly was going on, Striker put his hands together in a sort of Hadouken kind of way, and called out, “Striker beam!” He aimed high, a beam of light shooting out from his hands, and streaking over the crowd. A loose pamphlet floating through the air happened to end up in the path, and it burst into flames! Slowly, he lowered his hands…and the beam. Even without hitting anybody, it was enough to cause gasps and screams, and people started scrambling to get out of the way. In the ensuing chaos, the pinned senshi began to struggle to get free!

Velma looked up at the other senshi. Of course there was more than one. They never traveled singularly. She glanced at his butt wings, mentally cursing. An Eternal to boot. The eternal sent off an attack, and she heard the crowd begin to throw up a commotion.
The senshi beneath her began to try to wiggle free, bringing Velma's attention back to the present. Oh no you didn't, you little slive.
"Stay put, senshi," she said with a good elbow jab to the temple for good measure. She glanced up at Regan and the others.
"We need to move. Deal with that one, yes?" Velma jerked her hea towards the eternal senshi.

Despite they're best efforts they can't break free and now they've realized that they've put Striker in danger! Even if they're unable to escape maybe he can get away!
"s**t-- Striker, just-- Run," his teammate shrieks because if they're not escaping, they sure as hell want him to!
Despite not wanting to, Striker's inclined to heed his partner's desperate pleading.
It looks like he's going to lead some of them on another chase!
Up to two of the participants may chase the Eternal as he flees! At least one person has to stay with the captive senshi who is still trying to fight Velma off of them!
You are allowed to power up now, with discretion because curious civilians are starting to wonder what the commotion going on in the alleyway is. You don't want any collateral damage but it appears that there's going to be a fight soon...

If you are chasing Striker R1D8, if you get a 2, 4, or 8 you have caught up to him! Quote Tolin Kalin to engage in combat! You'll have 3 chances (per char) to catch him!
If you're staying with Striker's companion R1D6 to determine if they hit you while they're struggling to break free! If you roll 3 or LESS, you've been hit! Quote Nuxaz either way!
Combat Mechanics will drop after Striker is caught up to or if the captive senshi fails to make any sort of hits in their struggles!))

An Eternal made their presence known as they tried to save their friend. With the group being consisted of herself, an eternal and the three basic ranks....
"She stays." Regan nodded to Velma, "Knock her out if you have too. Isaac." Regan let go of the senshi so that Isaac could take over. "Keep Velma safe."
She took a moment to power up, as there wasn't anyone around that could compromise her and gestured to Shannon. "We hunt." She gave the okay for Shannon to power up. Before they could move though, Adamantine turned to the other two.
"If need be, you may also power and drain them." Her gaze dropped to the senshi with an almost ice blue coldness. "Or take her starseed to quiet her for a couple minutes. Whatever you need to do as long as she doesn't die."
Striker had used a beam magic which meant that hers would have to be carefully used. She hoped Shannon was good at hunting.
They were playing tag now.

It all happened so fast Shannon barely got time to get her head around them actually running into a senshi let alone Velma... VELMA for ******** sake... tackling the girl like a linebacker. Damn that girl was a boss! At the orders from Regan Shannon pulled out her pen to page Oh General, my General while muttering, "Drain her. We are drawing too much attention as it is." Her warning was useless since the little goodie-goodie yelled out for help and low and behold there was another little butt bow near by. This one sported wings which meant he was above Shannon's pay grade. Instinctively the lieutenant ducked when the beam of light was fired above the heads of the civilians. It was a warning shot, that much was clear. "Little ********," Shannon growled even as the rest seemed to jump into action. Velma continued to tussle with the grounded little birdie, Regan did what a leader did... she barked out more orders. Apparently she was splitting up the team, Velma and Isaac got to stay with their pinned senshi while Regan and Shannon went after the eternal. Oh, goodie... Shannon would have preferred to stay with Isaac but there wasn't time to argue or come up with a better plan, not when Regan went all powered on them and nodded towards her to do the same. Mentally muttering curses Shannon followed the corrupts lead and between one moment and the next was standing there in her uniform as Lieutenant Strengite, with her flyswatter and everything. "Lets go flatten the little bug," She grinned cheekily as she held up her weapon, hiding her irritation over everything behind glibness. Without much else said she started after the Eternal. The sooner they got this done with the sooner Strengite could have a stiff drink and a nice long hot shower.

It didn’t make much sense to him to switch places when it seemed that Regan and Velma had things under control. However, she had seniority, and authority, over all of them so what she said had to be obeyed despite his bewildered reluctance to be told to stay. When Regan released her hold on the senshi's arm Isaac was quick to take over and In that same motion he too followed suit and powered up in order to subdue the senshi. Splitting the group was a catch twenty-two. On one hand it might prevent this ‘Striker’ from getting reinforcements. However, there was the undeniable possibility that he may be leading them into a trap. If he cared at all about his comrade then they could have potentially used her starseed as a means to keep him from fleeing. However, the chance to test that theory had vanished almost as quickly as it had presented itself. For now, they had to work with the cards that had been dealt to them; they had one senshi held captive, all he could hope now is that the Corrupt was capable of protecting not only herself but the lieutenant as well if things went south because he could only sense their auras up to a certain point before they were beyond helping without calling reinforcements themselves. The one piece of advice he did approve of was the suggestion to take the struggling senshi’s starseed. Draining takes time that they didn’t really have and with the attention she was drawing it would be in their best interest to simply cut off her ability to fight back by removing it first, just long enough for them to drain her quietly, until she passes out before putting it back. "I need you to be the one to drain her." He directed the statement to Velma.Their objective was to bring one of them back alive, if possible. No use killing her if it could be avoided; and so, with his free hand, Dravite sunk the tips of his fingers in to the terrorists chest with the intent to just that. ”/a-disgruntled-dragon” I assume since Velma managed to get hit that this plan goes awry. Not he doesn't have the seed yet.

You drain her she was told. Velma could not do that, but Leifite could. Energy surged through her, morphing her and giving her strength. The senshi beneath her wiggled and thrashed, limbs flailing backwards. Leifite grabbed the senshi's hair and jerked their head back.
"Now now, just go to slee---"
CRACK
Leifite's head snapped to the side, a burst of pain flaring in her jaw. Something rolled around in her mouth and she spit. A tooth hit the ground and bounced away. The pain flared in to white hot anger and she shoved the senshi's face back into the ground and pressed her other hand against their back.
She said nothing and simply commanded the energy within the senshi to collect in her hand. Her jaw throbbed and she tasted blood in her mouth.
Little b***h senshi.

Striker was loathe to leave his compatriot, but these people were out for blood (unsurprising, he reflected), and he needed a more favorable position to actually take them all on. So, he did as she’d asked, and took off. For a senshi, he was a large guy, standing a bit more than 6 feet tall, although built a little like a stick, so not imposing. Still, he could move pretty quick and not just because he was an Eternal Senshi (though that helped). He leaped directly off the car he’d used as his stage, going up and away. He kept an eye on his pursuit, and could see that two were after him. So far so good...He’d just have to keep moving for now and stay ever one step ahead. Still, he called out to his pursuers, “Jdi do prdele!”{1} and cackled, clearly daring them to pursue with his slightly crazy grin. {1} (He said something very rude)
