Day #15Theme:Squirrel, Cafe, Nightmare Fuel?  Comments: I don't know. Well, no. There's this artist at the art center that does stuff like this. Her work is....really wonderful. It uses colors and a lot of surrealism and it just look so good, so I think I was channeling from that a little bit.

Day #17Theme: Trying Too Hard Twitch Video hereComments: So....this doesn't make any sense, right? "But Kitteh, you definitely didn't spend 40-50 minutes on that sketch!" You're right, I didn't. I spent over an hour on the digital version, I spent time trying and erasing over and over again the poses I drew before this sketch, I tried both digitally and traditionally to do the same thing, and nothing is working. So, the original idea was that I was going to make a caramelldansen animation for my twitch mascot, and throw the color palette on her to fit in the theme. I have no final piece, nothing made to show off my efforts for today, minus a red sketch and a video of me trying too hard.I'm angry, I'm upset, I don't want to pick up a pencil anymore today to try and hash out a half-arsed image just to fit today's theme. I honestly rather cry. So, if this whole process doesn't fit the 'trying too hard' theme then I have nothing to submit today.

Day #20Theme: Wolf Comments: I've had this scene in my head for a while. It's a character that can interact with the ethereal, and there's a big ethereal wolf that she's partnered with. And he can do things like walk through walls, physical objects, ect, but he can be physical to her and vice versa. Which leads to some...funny things. I struggled a bit with the pose, mostly the shoulder/neck/head area, and I.....don't know how many times I erased the wolf. and then i made him too big and ran out of space for the top of his head sweatdrop

Day #21Theme: Witchsona Comments: A little bit of a cheat cuz I kinda do see myself as a witch of sorts, so I guess it was more of a self portrait? xD I work with energy a bit, and a lot of it either comes from my back, my solar plexus, or my voice. Usually the energy from my back is in some sort of wing shape, which it's difficult to maintain wings that aren't really there and...now I probably sound crazy I'm gonna shut up now

Day #22Theme: Monochrome Blue Comments: So, I wanted to do this in marker and I sincerely regret it cuz I sketched it out in my sketchbook, didn't know how to transfer the sketch, tried to redraw it on my marker paper, didn't like it and said 'screw it' then just grabbed a new sheet of paper and went all in with the markers and no under sketch. Maybe I should just do it digital next time emotion_facepalm

Day #23Theme: Donuts Comments: So I wasn't feeling well today and really struggled with the art today. I was gonna just do Shinobu, but then hubby mentioned Katakuri....how could I not draw them both?! But then I struggled with...like...everything sweatdrop

Day #28Theme: Fantasy Comments: So I was going to do a watercolor but I didn't know what subject matter so then my friend is like 'draw me!' and then I drew a random elf instead and I like the sketch too much as is and don't want to paint it now xD

Day #29Theme: Bunny lewd warning Comments: So I was at a loss of inspiration then the 'bunny' theme made me think of those...errrr....adult bunny masks..... sweatdrop The shading is a mess and I should really use references when I draw instead of trying to do stuff out of my head cuz accuracy
