XXXFrom the rafters above where her anchor still rest, Rachel was watching the fight below. She had long since escaped from the razor chain that kept her there, but... Something compelled her to go back. In fact, she strung herself up in the exact same manner as before to hang by her ankle from the balcony. Something about the blood rushing to her head just felt fantastic. All that being said, it didn't matter in the slightest. What mattered instead was watching these two students duke it out. No weapons, just with their fist and semblances. Now that was something she could get behind. It reminded her of old team MAKO back in their day, constantly fighting and ripping each other apart with their bare hands. It was great! Just like she taught them. So, just as she taught them she would be eager to see how these new kiddos fared in combat like that. However, in watching them, she noticed that the boy was capable of generating weapons with his semblance. "Oi oi! Is that fair? Mmm... Its a semblance, so... Screw it, guess so? But... Mm... Man, just watchin' one throw it and one get hit... Man, that's boring! .... OH! I GOT IT!" Reaching into her pocket and scrambling about, Rachel managed to pull out yet another remote! This one looked a bit different though. A series of buttons with different symbols and numbers. With a wide grin, she'd smack the number two before hitting randomize! "I bet this will stir up the competition~!"

On each half of the octagonal field itself, 8 large hologram displays would appear. As if a slot wheel, it would begin flipping through a series of colorful images that represented different landscapes. It was loud, obnoxious, and most of all... Nerve wracking! If these students weren't familiar with this arena, then they wouldn't know what held in store for them. After several moments, the half of the field stood behind Tessa would flash with a grassland savanna image. On Cecil's side, an image representing a beach and ocean landscape. As the images settled in place, the holograms would disappear before the ground itself would begin rumbling violently. As if falling victim to a massive earthquake, it may have very well knocked the fighters off their feet. The panels around the center octagon would begin separating and retracting. From a pit beneath, two large landscapes would rise. On Tessas side, a savanna like grassland with an artificial wind cascading through. On Cecil's side, an ocean front that had the sea seeping into the landscape with various reservoirs of water. "Alright ya twerps, ENJOY!"

Despite the changing landscapes around them, the large octagon in the center remained a unique metal that was unphased the the shifting biomes. It appeared that was the only stable surface in the arena.

Tessa cocked her head to the side as she felt the ground beneath her feet begin to rumble and grinned as she watched Cecil nearly take a tumble. The faunus kept her balance, shifting her hips and center of gravity to keep from tumbling until the arena split into two biomes, a grassland and a beach.
There it was, the equalizer she needed
With a hop Tessa made her way from her spikes to the soft earth of the grassland below and took a deep breath as she took in that calming, familiar sensation of soft soil and plant life underfoot. With another breath Tessa brought her hands up, palms facing the sky, up and up until they peaked straight above her head where she gently clapped them together and brought them down in front of her chest, almost looking like she was praying.
With a serene smile Tessa brought her hands up higher, just in front of her horn with elbows out, making a pyramid shape that looked as though she were keeping her arms aloft in a 'surrender' pose the police often asked for. However rather than surrender Tessa took a step forward, then another, crossing the savanna with confident, steady strides straight toward Cecil, either disregarding his insult or simply not responding to it.

Tessa watched her opponent draw his frozen bow and fire at her twice, aiming low for her legs. Without flinching Tessa stepped behind her left leg with her right, cross stepping out of the trajectory of the first arrow and repeating the motion for the second before lowering her stance and breaking into a run straight for him. She couldn't go for a flank as he'd be able to aim straight for where she was going to be and dodging that was difficult, but head on attacks were far from hard to dodge. In just a moment she would cross from savanna to the warm sandy beach and get him right where she wanted him.

Tessa's smile grew into a grin as she watched Cecil's reaction to her charge. It wasn't so much that he had nowhere to go but how she figured he would respond, everything he'd been doing had been prodding at her, trying to get a rise and force her into a position he was comfortable with . However this was where Tessa was comfortable and could read the situation far better.
There was a brief burning pain as she caught the spear and clenched down, giving it no chance to be pulled away, but it was little more than an itch at the back of her mind as she pivoted to a sideways stance, holding the ice weapon at length from her body as she lashed out and grabbed a fistful of Cecil's clothing and hoisted him off the ground with one hand.

Tessa's aura flashed again, guarding her against Cecil's seemingly desperate slashes with his sword. With her eyes narrowed but still grinning, Tessa released the spear in Cecil's hand and instead clapped her hand onto his wrist with her vice like grip before grunting and lifting her opponent a bit higher into the air before slamming him down to the sand and moving to take a mount position, his wrist still clasped tightly in her hand, palm safely pointed toward him.

Tessa cocked her head as Cecil aimed a kick at her chest and looked down to see the soles of his feet sink into the soft flesh under her sweater. The rhino faunus regarded him with a puzzled look before tightening the grip she had on his wrist and giving his arm a twist backward and his elbow upward, lest he risk a broken arm.
"You kicked me in the boob?" she asked, clearly somewhat confused though not relenting in her grip "Why would you think that was a good idea...I have younger cousins who hit harder than you."
