The snarl that left the beast's jowls was chilling, almost smug sounding as it reveled in its victory. Gleaming orbs of crimson would would almost glow in delight, watching it's own claws tear a scarlet line through the girl's torso. She had succeeded in preventing a fatal blow, but her shield had not been strong enough to block it completely. The cry of pain was like music to its ears. The fear, the anxiety, a blaring symphony just egging it on. It was close, so close. Bared teeth were ready to rip into her flesh, to feed not only upon her internals, but upon the flood of negative emotions that were sure to follow when her friends realized they had failed. When they saw here bloodied body lying in a pool of crimson. When the death of this pale haired warrior and knee they were soon to follow. The beast was locked on its target, ready to strike once more when he felt a sharp pain at the back of his skull. There was a loud crack as Henryk's skull collided with its cranium and a rage-filled growl followed immediately. Rearing up on its hind legs, claws would flail and slash frantically through the air, accompanied by a series of agitated snarls. Temper tantrum aside, the beast would drop back onto all fours, but it was no longer trained on Ella. Instead it was turning towards the source of it's most recent attack, a big mistake on its end. There was no time for it to defend against this newly formed beastly mist, for before the beowolf was even aware it was at its hind, canines tore at its throat as massive claws pinned it to the ground. The Grimm had been taken by surprise and the struggle that followed was a short one. For a moment there was only a blurred ball of flying limbs and sharpened claws, accompanied by a chorus of growls and snarls, before the battlefield suddenly erupted in s cloud of black dust.
Just as soon as this beowolf finished of the mist-formed wolf, it was searching for a new target. Had Henryk not acted when he did, Chloris might have found herself facing two of the Grimm, rather than just one. The beast was blindsided as two curled horns rammed against its skull. There was a thunderous crack, crimson eyes seeming to gloss over as the creature stumbled upon its feet. Acting rashly, but blindly as the world spun so haphazardly around it, the beowolf would rise onto its hind legs, thrashing its upper body wildly and looking to rid itself of whatever entity had attached to it. Completely dazed, the beast would be caught off guard as an arrow whizzed through the air and plunged itself into the back of its skull with a thickening thunk. In a blur of black and white, the wolf would collapsed, but before it could hit the ground, it too would explode into a cloud of dust. With another Grimm fallen, it left only one beowolf standing. The one facing Chloris. It would continue to maneuver itself, carefully keeping the glowing wolf between it and the girl. However, it was now aware that its companions had fallen, leaving the rest of the humans unoccupied. Backing up slowly, Brady eyes searched for an escape an opportunity, while trying to keep its targets in sight. This u wittingly had the beast stepping closer and closer to the sharp spike Chloris had formed. Low growls rumbling from its chest, it was a beast trapped and cornered.

It was not so much that he was physically unable to, but more so due to his current mental state. His team was fighting and getting hurt, and he was not about to let that continue. His eyes had been set on one target; the Beowolf that had chased him up a tree. He knew not what it was planning as it fought a spectral wolf, but it would not get a chance to carry its sinister deeds out. Not while he was still alive and kicking at the least. He gained speed as he fell straight towards the back of its head, a ram in both senses of the word. He hoped this hurt as much as the grimm had hurt Ella, and then some. He aimed his head so that his curled horns would be what struck it when he landed; not entirely sure how he would feel from it but not thinking of that. He just wanted it to be as painful and damaging to the grimm as he could make it. Another thunderous crack echoed into the forest as Henryk's horns made contact with the Grimm, landing a solid blow to its skull. And also Henryk. "Oww!" He thought to himself as his hair and horns quickly reverted to their normal color as he just barely clung onto the beowolf. It was not half as painful as he thought it was, but he was so unaccustomed to it that it made him break from his angry state. "Why do people like doing this to me so much if it hurts... Wow, easy there Tiger!" He would yell out as he began to feel it struggle beneath him. It had risen to its hind legs and while Henryk was very acrobatic... it caught him by surprise after all that happened to knock him clean off its back. Thinking quickly, he would do a partial back flip as he fell so he would land on his feet, mind ignoring his scratch from earlier.
Henryk did not see the arrow that had embedded into the back of its skull, only seeing the Grimm fall to the ground as it exploded in a black and white cloud. Henryk began having a coughing fit as he waved the air in front of him to try and clear it, not having known Grimm were prone to such things when killed. Regaining his composure after a few seconds, his eyes would scan the area as he was surprised to see only one beowolf at this point. There had been three in the beginning, and he just saw one turn to dust... the had no clue what happened to the one he threw his cane at. 'Speaking of which...' He thought to himself as his eyes would see it on the floor and the Grimm no longer near Ella. His eyes would then glance back to the final one where Chloris and one of Remus' wolves seemed to be dealing with it. He did not want it to get away and harm others, not after he saw how dangerous they were from their fight just now nor from what he could guess happened from all the blood he saw earlier. It looked like it could bolt any moment, even with the others closing in on it. While he knew Remus had his bow for range, he was not going to sit this out. 'I am the team leader! I need to be ready to help.' He thought to himself determinedly. Which also meant he wasn't going to approach without his weapon like he did earlier. He didn't know if his headbutt would be as helpful when it could be seen versus when it was unexpected. Henryk would quickly cart wheel to where his cane lay on the ground, grabbing it and stopping his own cart wheel to turn to face back to the grimm. He would extend it into whip mode as he would slowly approach, staying a distance away from it and Chloris. "I've got your back Chloris." He would say just loud enough for her to hear in a for once serious voice. He wanted the grimm to know she was not alone... and for her not to think a grimm was approaching her from behind so Chloris wouldn't try attacking him. Should it try anything, he would be ready to strike at it. ✘ Post count: 36 ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ OOC: Let the bodies hit the floor? Outfit
Ella noticed the beasts head snapping forward harshly as it was smacked on the head by an object that Henryk had thrown to help her. She watched as it averted its attention from her to him, and left her alone - strange. Her water shield dispersed as she took a good few deep breaths, a significant tear cut through the top of her dress and quite a deep, thick cut could be seen bleeding quite badly. "The adrenaline is stopping me from-" she stopped thinking as she looked down at her injury, placing her hand on it she looked at the blood now on her hands. Ella started to become frustrated, only the first fight and she had already been injured - not too badly though. She looked up and watched as the Grimm was taken out by one of the mist wolves, feeling relieved as the beast evaporated into black dust.
Ella's attention averted to the other Grimm, taking on Chloris and Henryk. She somehow knew they would be ok, but couldn't stand and watch. It was watching them, it knew it was alone and it was taking everyone in. As she began to calm down the pain in her chest became more painful, but she tried her best not to show it, especially in front of Remus. She winced a little and attempted to stand her ground, watching on as her teammates hopefully ended the Grimm's miserable life.

Chloris had her focus on the beast that had her between it and her smoky wolf companion. A spark of mischief hinted through her mossy-green eyes. Hearing Remus's instruction, she was confused...what was a strafe? She wondered before shaking her head before making a move to circle clockwise after her wolf seemed to be moving counterclockwise.
Though as she would listen to the commotions behind her, it would appear one of her comrades were injured, and from the pitch, it was Ella. She cursed softly, but never lost sight of the damn creature that was her pray, never giving it her back."Why is everyone looking to mine?"She thought, feeling eyes on girl and monster both. That was annoying, she scowled."I'll be fine, protect Ella...This one's Mine,"Chloris stated aloud, wanting the boys to look after their injured teammate rather than worry about her opponent.
Her sword in her hands, she held it securely in her hands as the thick and thorny branch would writhe. A cruel smile would cross the petite young woman's face before the branch in her control would shoot into the monster's neck."Say nighty night,"Chloris whispered as she too would take action, moving in and aim to slash for the one-eyed monster if her nature's attack did not finish it off first.

Chloris's companion wolf continues to circle around. It occasionally lunges forward a half step and snaps at the beowolf. Helping her to drive it to where she wants it to go while keeping it distracted from paying much attention to anything beyond its actual opponent. The others, the dire wolf and the remaining pair of normal sized wolves, gather around Ella. The three of them forming a ring around the girl and fixing their glowing blue-white eyes on the remaining grimm. The smaller wolves occasionally scan the perimeter with their gaze in case there are more. The dire wolf though is fully dedicated to monitor the remaining visible threat. It does occasionally look over to Henryk thought for the most part it and the others fully seem vested in the remaining grimm and protecting Ella from any more close encounters with claws for the time being.
Remus split the two blades of weapons apart and quickly slammed them both into the sheath as he ran over to join Ella. He could hear Chloris telling them to let her take care of the remaining beowolf but just how she didn't get distracted and look for the source of the pained scream he didn't look into her situation either. Henryk would be watching since that was the last one left and Remus clearly saw their leader heading that way. As such Chloris would be fine even if things don't go according to her plan. Add onto that they were in a forest. Even if her first plan gets messed up she would have plenty more. This battlefield itself is probably more her weapon than the daggers she carries. Remus is able to easily get to Ella since his own wolves wouldn't bar his way any more than they would the rest of the team outside of maybe during a friendly spar.
Ella is still standing and she doesn't seem to be unsteady on her feet at all. Remus can't see any sign that she is swaying and about to fall over at least. His eyes drop to the hole in outfit and the hole in her body within it. Everything is dyed red with her blood, including her hand which she had put against the injury. Remus's eyes looked worried as he looked into Ella own eyes and then down at the wound again. "You ok Ella? You don't feel like fainting or anything do you?" He asked as he started to reach for the pouches on his belt. He didn't have anything in the way of medical equipment on him. So he would have to improvise. His fingers digging through where he kept some of the travel supplies. He had some bandannas in there that could be used. He took them out and began to fold them into a pad that looked large enough to cover the wound. Then he pulled off his left bracer and unwound the fabric that was beneath it. "I don't suppose we are lucky enough that your water semblance is able to just stitch this closed... You can at least clean it off for me right. Oh, I guess I should ask if it's alright for me to touch it too." He was trying to do so many things at once it was clear that his tires were beginning to spin.
Despite that he was still making some progress. He managed to rip the fabric from under his bracer to fashion it from the larger piece to strips more correctly sized for bandages. If Ella at least give him the ok to touch her and clean the blood off the wound Remus would have her sit down and lean back so he could get to it but also still be able to wrap the make shift bandages around her torso. Before he places the folded bandannas over it he check how deep the cut actually is. He seems a bit more relaxed after doing so since he decides it looked a lot worse than it was when Ella was covered in all that blood. It was a good laceration but he could see it having gone deep enough to be a real threat to any internal organs at least. He pressed the pad to the injury for a few seconds before asking her is she could hold it in place for him. Leaving the holding to Ella Remus gives her one end of the bandage he made to hold against the wound as well. Then he sets to work diligently coiling the fabric around her torso. He gave it a light tug each time. He paused when he reached the end. "Um, this might hurt a lot more." He warned her before giving her a second to brace herself. Then he yanked it fairly hard. The bandage coiling in tighter and providing good pressure against the pad covering the wound and the wound itself. "Sorry." He added afterwards even though it needed to be done. His fingers looping the end piece around the tight coils and securing it all together with a good knot. "It's not too tight is it?"

The lone beowolf seemed to sense the hopelessness of it's own situation. The beast was alone and backed into a corner, outnumbered with allies defeated, which left all eyes on it and a particularly cruel smile coming from the blue-haired girl before it. Clearly it had been a mistake to underestimate this group of teenagers, for what it had thought would be easy prey seemed to be leading to it's own demise instead. Gleaming orbs of crimson would dart desperately around the dark forest, looking for a way to retreat back into the cover of the trees. From there it would be able to reevaluate the situation, perhaps stalk the pesky kids and attack them from behind while they were unaware. With the girl and the wolf circling about in opposite directions from each other it was impossible for it to continue its previous tactics of keeping the wolf between itself and the huntress in training. The approach of the horned boy cut off any escape root. Predator turned prey, the beast was completely cornered.
Seeing Chloris grasping her sword, seemingly ready to attack, the beast would frantically spin around. If it couldn't charge it's way out of there, perhaps it could climb the tree and look for other options from there. If only the beast had been more aware of the special capabilities of its opponent. It's own desperateion to escape was quite literally leading it to its grave. By the time it saw the writhing spike before it, it was much too late. The wooden branch pierced straight through its neck. An agonized howl ripped through through the air in an eerie symphony, slowly fading to a melancholy silence. With this final cry of pain, they were victorious, they were safe, but it left a uneasy feeling in the air, too unsettling to really celebrate. There was another burst of ebony dust and then nothing. The team was left in the wreckage of the battlefield, empty but for the ransacked cart. Scarlet splattered across trees and pooled in the dirt, both fresh and dried. A battle lost and a battle won. They were alone, or so it seemed, but there was no shaking the heaviness of the atmosphere nor the uncanny sense that the worst had not yet to come.

'Don't underestimate it Chloris.' He thought to himself but did not say aloud. He did not want to distract her as she and one of Remus' wolves were closing in and circling the Grimm. He understood that if she were distracted there would be more chances for things to go wrong and for more of them to get hurt. So he would remain at the ready in case anything happened, as despite her telling him she would be fine, he wanted to be sure of it. Though to her remark about protecting Ella... he would temporarily turn his attention away from her to look for her. It wasn't too hard to find her again as she was now almost surrounded by Remus' wolves and he himself was racing to her. 'Well Ella should be fine with Remus there, he knows more about that kind of thing than I do.' He thought to himself. Again, only more reason to stay focused on Chloris' and her Grimm opponent. Looking at it he noticed it was already wounded... and one eye seemed to be gone at this point. 'Did it only have one eye? Was it the wolf or Chloris? Nahh, probably not Chloris.' He thought to himself silently, discarding the idea that Chloris could have done. She was way too nice and sweet to do that type of thing as far as he knew. 'She is probably just distracting it so the wolf can finish it off.' Henryk nodded to himself as he was certain he knew what her plan now was, as he was also oblivious to the trap laid out. What happened next was not something he was expecting in the slightest. Chloris would go for the Grimm as it began to try to climb or escape, he wasn't sure because as soon as it did the Grimm's neck was impaled by a branch that shot through it. 'Wh-wha?' Henryk thought, utterly shocked at the turn of events as his heart was racing. He had been sure Chloris would not kill the grimm... but he knew she could control plants and for it to impale it in the neck... He gulped as he looked at the back of his shorter teammate. 'Note to self: do not piss her off.' He thought to himself as he forced himself to take deep breaths to steady his heart.
He shook his head to clear that image from his mind as the Grimm turned into a cloud of dust. 'Are they just bags of dust?' He silently wondered to himself, mind already moving on from the scene that just occurred. Short attentions spans could be a positive in these cases. Seeing as Remus was tending to Ella, and that he could not help much now, he would walk over to Chloris as his own wound was forgotten for now. He would move up to right beside her to look at the branch again and then to her. "Nice job Chloris. Another one bites the dust~" He would say to her with a smile on his face, tone changing to more of a sing song voice for the song he referenced. He was never one to stay serious for very long, as he much preferred humor. Not mentioning that Remus had ended up finishing off the one that was after him, and not knowing what happened with Ella's but that it was safely gone at the least. Joking aside though he would speak again in a much lower voice. "You alright, no injuries?" He wanted to make sure she was alright, after hearing Ella's own pain earlier and how Remus was treating her he wanted to make sure Chloris was alright as well. Unbeknownst to him, his own white pants had a tear in them and was stained a little red over there. It looked nowhere near as bad as Chloris, but he obviously had not gone unscathed himself. ✘ Post count: 37 ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ OOC: We did it Outfit

Ella Fletcher "Would you like to go for a swim?"
Ella focused on her breathing whilst Chloris took our the beast, her eyes closed for a brief moment as she tried to concentrate on staying conscious and remaining as strong as she could. The next thing she knew, Remus was over at her to make sure she was okay. Her eyes opened again widely as she realized that she must have totally zoned out.
All of a sudden, she came back round to. Wincing a little as the rip through her torso became painful again, she nodded and looked at Remus, smiling. "Y-yes, I'm absolutely fine, just about to clean it actually.." she said, as she reached to her side for one of her water bottles.
Opening the cap, she placed it right beside her wound and controlled some of the water from inside, biting her lip as she cleaned the water through her wound as much as she could. "That's uncomfortable anyway.." she muttered through the pain, laughing as she attempted to look like it wasn't that bad, when she was in quite a lot of pain.
Placing the water bottle back, she nodded to him to let him know he could go ahead and touch it. She allowed him to wrap the bandage that he had made around her torso, pulling it tighter each time she evidently looked uncomfortable with it. Her hands shot out and grabbed his arm to grip something through the pain, she winced as he put pressure on it but continued to let him. Ella continued to hold his arm for a brief moment, she focused again on her breathing. "It's just a scratch, don't worry about it too much.. we need to move on.." she said, again, attempting to be brave.
Ella looked at her hands, gripping his arm tightly. She went a shade of red and looked very nervous, "Oh sorry!" she said, letting go of his arm. "Thank you for patching it up.." she added, looking down at her now bandaged up wound. Ella looked to the remaining members of her team and smiled, "We all good?" she asked aloud, glad that everyone looked in one piece.

Chloris had been ready for this one to try to attack them or retreat, but she would not allow for her opponent to escape. There was a blood-lust she had not been aware of bubbling inside of herself. It was a little scary, she would think to herself later. Injured with one eye left, she was not surprised that it would be trying to escape...But she would not allow for that as she would charge.
The petite young woman would charge and swing into a rain of black dust of Grimm. It would seem that her spike did its job a little too quickly. Halting in her attack, mossy-green eyes would blink in confusion before she would sneeze and look around her."It's dead? Wait..."She thought then began freaking out.
Much to her embarrassment as Henryk was beside her."Ewww! I have Grimm all over me~!!"Chloris flailed and spoke all girly-like. It took a little bit for her to regain her composure as she was still covered in the dust. With a clear head she would assess her damage after sheathing her dagger."I am fine, a superficial scratch, nothing too bad. What about you?"Chloris would report calmly before looking up at her team leader. Her eyes would then travel down his person and widen."Oh my Goddess you are bleeding!"She would exclaim then look for her bag and to take out a healing kit she had prepped beforehand.

Ella plays it as cool as she can. Though there is pain in her voice and eyes no matter how hard she pretends to be. Remus know's she is trying to keep everyone from worrying about her. On one hand it is a noble reason but on the other hand it can be dangerous. Remus for the immediate time says nothing. He just glances over to the other two who now have fully dealt with the last grimm and were chatting while checking themselves out for other injuries. It seems that Remus was the only one to come out unscathed since he was playing the center support role. At least it looked like the support he provided was top notch. The injuries the others suffered are at the very least not life threatening. Chloris and Henryk even seem to have got off with only scratches. Ella on the other hand was just saying it was nothing. After she had washed it off and Remus had poked around at it to check it out it was clearly far from a scratch. It was still just a flesh wound though. He couldn't see any bone in the wound so it wasn't deep enough to reach the ribs and he doubted they were so much as bruised either.
Ella was wincing in pain as he messed with it and applied pressure to stop the bleeding before it got all over the place again. Remus scuffed softly when she tried to tell him to not worry about it. "Like I could not worry about you." He muttered so that the other wouldn't hear. "It is deeper than a scratch Ella, but it should really hinder you after a bit. A bit of discomfort probably and your body might complain about certain movements so be mindful of that. It would probably be advisable to stretch a bit after we get going so you can figure out what really agitates it. You wouldn't want it to rely on being able to do something and then have unexpected pain slow you down at the worst time..." Remus worked diligently on the binding her up as he spoke. He gave her a smile though to acknowledge her attempt to be brave. Then he added, "Make sure you lean on us if you have to. It is bad to hide things from the team, especially if you are in pain and injured, I'd say the same thing to any of the others"
Remus was confident that Ella was in good enough shape that she would be fine. But he still felt it was better to err on the side of caution. He knew very well after their training session how much she wants to ensure that she isn't a burden. Despite that Remus would always support showing weakness and being a burden once over taking a dangerous gamble to save face. Knowing Henryk he would probably blame himself if he sent an injured team member to do a task they were in no condition to complete, even if he had no idea about their real condition because the team member was hiding it. Remus knew he probably would too.
Remus finished tying the knot and let go. He only noticed Ella holding onto his arm when he tried to pull it back. He looked down at her hand and then lifted his gaze back to her face when she pulled it away and apologized. She was blushing over something so simple which made him grin slightly. Her fingers left some red marks on his skin where she had been clinging to his forearm to resist the pain. He rubbed the area until the color returned to normal "Don't worry about it. I guess I was being a little more rough than I thought I was." He commented with an apologetic tone. "And you're most welcome." He added in regard to her thanks for patching her up. He rose to his feet and offered her a hand to pull her up onto her own. Once she was up Ella asked the others if they were all set to get back underway. The others didn't look like they need a lot of time to be treated. Chloris was holding a med kit and was trying to get at the scratch on Henryk's leg. 'I didn't know she carried one of those.' Remus thought as his eyes fixed on the med kit. A moment later he also noticed all his wolves had up an vanished. He scratched his head wondering when that had happened. His guard must of fell at some point after he confirmed Chloris got the last grim. If that was the case he felt he might of been being too lax in believing the others could keep watch should anything else come out of the trees, or perhaps he had been too focused on his own worry for Ella that his guard fell completely. 'I'd rather not think that was the case...'

Sinn enjoyed his walks through the woods, the quiet was like music to his ears. Cities had too much comotion, to much hassle. The day was as pleasant as any other, nothing spectacular about, although that in itself was what made it so enjoyable. His meeting with Zaffre was an interesting one, strange to see an old friend so young. After being interupted by a youngster Sinn decided to leave, he was never very good with people trying to pry into his buisness. Perhaps I should've seen where that one went? He may have been useful. Although he didn't seem the most sensible to be around. When he went back to his drop off point there was already a letter from Zaffre.
Sorry old friend, such a shame to have to cut a beautiful reunion so short. I'm sure we'll have plenty of opportunities to converse and reminisce. Alas, I was remiss to ask a favour of you due to our new company. My new associate seem to have misplaced an item, nothing too important but I fear it could lead to some shocking truths being revealed if discovered. Would you be a dear and recover this item for them? I'll leave it to your discretion as to how to handle such a daunting task. Much love, Ezekiel Novak. P.S. I almost forgot to give a location to start your investigation, might I suggest the forest to the east. I have full confidence in you abilities.
Not only did he have the nerve to use a fake name, he also had the envelope signed off with a red lipstick kiss. Some people never change... After destroying the evidence Sinn set off east. As much as he didn't want to, he had nothing better to do right now and a favour was always a valuable commodity.

Of all people he had never seen Chloris freak out from his team. Hearing her speak girly about having Grimm all over her made Henryk chuckle a bit as he tried to stop himself from falling over laughing, her flailing not helping matters in that regard. 'I... didn't think Chloris could ever sound or look like this!' He thought to himself as he had a wide smile on his face which was going slightly red from holding most of his laughter back. 'I shouldn't be laughing... not after this fight. But... Its so hard not to!' He thought to himself as he tried to reason himself out of laughing, a doomed endeavor from the very start. He could see the Grimm dust coating her much more than it did him, which only added to the humorous scene before him. "I'm sorry Chloris... I really... Don't mean to laugh." He would say between fits of barely suppressed laughter. While he did feel bad for laughing he could not help it. He doubted anyone could, not after seeing how Chloris was taking it. Beneath all the laughter and failure to calm it, he was glad of one thing though. With her freaking out like this over Grimm dust, she had to be ok. At least that is how his mind interpreted it, thinking that she would not be able to get all girly if she were actually injured. While hilarious, it was also slightly cute to see Chloris like this... though he had no doubt he would suffer for laughing later. A smarter person would've tried distracting themselves and probably succeeded... But Henryk was not one to hide his emotions very well or how he felt. He was relieved though that from what he could tell everyone had made it out of this fight relatively alright, still oblivious to his own minor injury.
After a little bit, Chloris would regain her composure and Henryk would finally settle down from his fit of laughter now that she was no longer freaking out. All she had was a scratch, which made Henryk feel even more relived to hear it from her. He had figured she was fine just because of how she was acting before, but hearing her say it was even more reassuring to him. He didn't know what he would do if she had been seriously injured, or anyone in the team for that matter. He was the leader, if anyone should get injured it should be him over the others. 'I'm learning so much about Chloris today.' He silently thought to himself. He first saw her more fighty side as he called it, and now a girly side he never knew existed. 'I wonder how many sides she has...' He would silently ponder in his mind. He hoped she did not have an evil side; he was not sure he could survive that from her or Ella. Or even see them in the same way if such a side existed. 'Plus I don't really want to prank the next evil empress.' He silently added in his mind. From what he saw in movies, evil people held grudges. She would ask how she was, in which case Henryk would smile and respond cheerfully in return. "Oh I'm fine! I think the Grimm may have scratched me, but I head butted it and don't feel any pain really." He would say, completely oblivious to his actual wound. It was only when Chloris' eyes went down to his legs and hearing her exclaim that he was bleeding that he would actually look down. Having not felt anything earlier, he had felt no need to check anything. "Huh? What're you talking about Chlo- OH MY GOD I'M BLEEDING!" He would begin to speak confused until he saw his cut pant leg and some blood staining the white fabric. He then felt the slight pain and discomfort of it now that he knew it existed. He was about to begin running about in circles but stopped himself thinking it may get worse... before his mind focused on one thing he had noticed. "Darn it! That stupid Grimm ripped my pants... These were my favorite pair..." He would say with sadness in his voice, his hysteria side tracked just by the fact that the Grimm messed up his outfit. The pain and discomfort also forgotten for now. He would blink as he heard Ella call if they were alright, before turning slightly to look at her and Remus. Because of his focus on his pants and not having the best angle when he turned to look in their direction, he didn't notice the state Ella was in and thought both of them were alright. Sulking, he would respond. "I'm alright but my pants aren't." He would say in a sad voice. He was going to have to get them fixed now and continue the mission with them like this. His gaze would then return to Chloris who had moved away temporarily as he saw her coming back with something. "What's that for?" He would ask slightly confused, not being able to recognize the healing kit for what it was. ✘ Post count: 38 ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ OOC: AHHH... i'm ok
Chloris had not forgotten that she had heard the laughter and apologies from her team leader as she was girly-like in her flailing. Which had only served to redden her cheeks. He would rue the day that he laughed."Okay, that just sounds silly,"She thought with a smile once she calmed herself.
She would glower slightly at her friend and teammate before smiling slightly. Chloris would then freak out about Henryk's wound which she would see his delayed reaction, making her giggle softly as he freaked out. As inappropriate as it might seem at the time. She would then sigh softly and head for her bag. Returning with the one jar she needed at this moment."Will you stop freakin' out, I'll sew them if you want,"Chloris offered before getting questioned for what she held."This? It's a mud salve, to staunch bleeding and help soothe,"Chloris informed simply.
She would then look to her friend and smile slightly. The smell was not nice but it was not the worst either as she would open the jar."Please sit, and I'll clean your wound. If you like, I could also patch you up...I got a needle and thread in the bag,"She told him calmly. The young woman would then wait for her team captain to either comply or deny her offers.

Ella Fletcher "Would you like to go for a swim?"
Ella was still a shade of red, however flashed a smile to Remus as he finished patching her up. She reached for his hand and pulled herself up, a pain shooting through her side making her face wince ever so slightly as she bit her lip - trying to hide any signs of the pain. "You are fine.. think of a book you've read about this.." she said to herself, a thoughtful look on her face as she racked her brain for anything she had read with regards to injuries and putting on a face for friends.
Ella sighed heavily, and collected her weapon, placing it in it's belt that hung around her back. She looked to Remus and smiled again, "Those wolves are impressive.." she said, shrugging. "I'd love for there to be a book about them, maybe I could learn about them from watching them instead!" she said, an excited tone coming from her as she wore a childish grin - the same grin whenever she would think about a book or learning about something.
She had realized that throughout all of this, Ella hadn't even asked how Remus was. "Oh!" she said aloud, realizing it may startle him more than anything. Moving closer to him, she examined him "Are you okay Remus? I was so focused on myself I didn't even think to ask you!" she said, an apologetic tone in her voice, along with worry.
She would also look over at her teammates, Chloris always had everything under control, it was admirable really. Knowing Henryk would be under good care, she couldn't help but chuckle a little at how much he was freaking out. Due to the fact Chloris was remaining calm made Ella feel comfortable with not rushing over, "Always our eccentric Captain.. I'll go give him some water in a minute.." she said, a gentle laugh again following, he always knew how to keep things hilarious in the team - she appreciate it, and didn't tell him often enough.

Henryk and Chloris seemed to be just shy of putting on an improve show for stand up comedy. Though it seemed that since the laughing had most passed already he had missed the good part and the pair were now tending to each other. Though the tending to seemed to be about as one sided as it was when he was tending to Ella's injury. Chloris was tending to the cut on Henryk leg which from over here Remus could only tell was there because of the red stain on their leaders white pants and of course the fact that there was an apparent cut in the leg. Remus chuckled at Henryk's sulking. "The pants or your leg Henryk. You can thank me later for minimizing the damage to both." Remus commented in a team banter kind of way. (Yes reference to Team RWBY's train top 'thank me later' banter.) He was referring to the arrow he had stuck into that beowolf's paw to keep it from really getting it's claws into their leader's leg. Not that any thanks was actually needed. It was natural to provide cover for one's allies. Henryk after all even threw his weapon away just to try and distract the beowolf attacking Ella.
As that scene continued Remus's attention was brought back to the girl beside him as she started talking about their vanquished foes. Ella had sighed heavily before starting to praise their strength. It didn't take long before her eyes took on a familiar glow. That was more or less the same light he saw in them when he let her borrow his mounted combat book. "Um, I don't think it is a very safe idea to try to observe them Ella. Most likely the Grimm Studies text book has plenty of information." Remus said to her. His focus on trying to feed her a line that would distract her from superfluously doing something potentially dangerous to her health. If they had a mission to stalk beowolves and study their behaviors then sure. They would take care of it, but lacking that then a text book for huntresses and huntsman in training should be fine. Especially given that the beowolf species of grimm is far from a new species. They should be very well researched by now. 'Maybe the next class we should aim to enroll for should be Grimm Studies...' Remus thought to himself.
His thoughts were interrupted when Ella's face appeared right in front of him. Having her face, as nice of a view as it was, suddenly filling up his field of view surprised him. The words, 'TOO CLOSE!!', went screaming through his head like a runaway bullet train as he stumbled back a step with very faint signs of a blush on his face. He blinked and processed the sounds that had come to his ears while he was panicking about the surprise. "Uh... Me... I'm still in top shape, though my semblance will still be recovering for another minute. I myself didn't really have to directly confront any enemies since I was covering the mid-support role for everyone." He explained with words that were just a tad rushed. He looked down at the treated wound in Ella's side and then over at Henryk while considering how Ella's voice carried a hint of an apologetic tone. She had nothing to apologize about really. He was the one who probably didn't do a good enough job at providing support to everyone; given how both she and Henryk had been injured during the fighting. Though the more logical side of his mind was cutting in to say that was non-sense that the others would likely reject immediately if he voiced such a claim.
