User ImageWhile the high amount of auras were being dampened, it didn't exactly do much for the increasing amount of noise that was coming from one small area of the shopping district.

The voices didn't sound panicked or frenzied, but it had quickly become Richtersveld's instinct to investigate any noise she heard. Hopefully, she wouldn't actually need the first aid kit she held. Cautiously, Richtersveld followed what she heard, nearly freezing in place when she realized just what she had actually been hearing.

Oh.

This was a gathering of people on the side of Order, which in itself was a relief, but what was surprising was just who was gathered there. She didn't see any senshi. What she saw in front of her were fellow knights of many origins. Altogether, they looked like a rainbow. One of the girls standing there literally looked like a rainbow. What origin was she? She didn't see any obvious symbols on her that would designate her origin...

Dropping some of her cautions, Richtersveld let herself relax, holding the first aid kit at her side.

She didn't know a lot about her fellow knights, having only met a few. Perhaps this was a good chance to meet a few more? Perhaps there were even a few other Pluto knights in that mix somewhere. Thus far, she hadn't managed to meet another knight who was quite like her.

She didn't see any Pluto knights in the immediate vicinity, but that didn't mean there weren't any. Her height granted her an advantage here, and she found herself slipping around the crowd in an attempt to understand where everyone around her originated from. She was uncertain what the knight at the front was. The coloration wasn't familiar, but her experience was narrow. Pluto, she knew. Earth, she knew. Mars, she ... definitely knew. Richtersveld couldn't help fanning herself slightly at the memory of Tanais. Was Tanais there?

No, she didn't see Tanais.

... Damn.

There was one outfit in the crowd that rang of something that might have been familiar. A knight holding a bowl with a symbol on her uniform of a person with a bowl in the center. It didn't look anything like the symbol on her body, but had done some research on the planets upon realization that she was a knight of them. Pluto. A dwarf planet possessing multiple symbols, one that resembled the one on her outfit, and one that looked more like a person with a bowl that held a circle on their head.

There was one like her there. Her heart soared. Perhaps she would be able to tell Richtersveld more of her planet, more of what she was supposed to protect, more of what she was supposed to do. But she was talking, as were several others. It felt rude to interrupt. There was intention and meaning to this gathering, at least for now. She could keep quiet.

And so she did.

Opting to keep quiet for now, Richtersveld stood towards the back of her crowd, her height of six-foot-three allowing her to see over most of the attendants fairly easily.

There was something off about the auras. Event though Pendour was in a proper crowd of knights, she didn't feel like it. She was used to the brightness of being in another's company, but here the auras were soft as soft if they were there at all. Strange.

So it came as a surprise when there was a voice behind her, and she turned and the man was all dark blues and sea greens and there were familiar symbols on his sleeves. Her good eye went wide, and she smiled, actually smiled a little, and she was mouthing along before he said it: Neptune. So there were more of them out there. Maybe that was why the urge to come out had been stronger, tonight, so she could know that.

Dozens of questions bubbled into her mind and mouth, mostly questions about space, about their planet, but she kept them down. There were still others around, like the nervous looking knight she couldn't place until he mentioned it, Alphubel.

"I'm Pendour, Page of Neptune," she said instead, feeling a little small with all the full knights around. "I'd heard there were more of us around, but I hadn't seen any. It's lovely to meet you." She turned to the Polaris knight. "As well as you, of course! It's nice to see all these people out, really, although with a bit more warning, I could have brought some cider or something for us."

More likely, she would have stayed in nursing her pride, so maybe it was for the best.

Cimmerian was noting all the gathered knights. Hell, she was even scanning them in between drags on her cigarette with her fancy, new, upgraded signet ring. It was the producer in her, always happy to get the details. Some of the shier knights who hung on the edges would get a vaguely interested beckoning wave from Meri to come closer. I mean, if this was a group, might as well group up. Too wrapped up in smoking and logging new folks, she sadly missed the whispered compliment from Sherwood, which was a shame because the older squire would have been amused.

The tingling feeling that someone was watching her was hard to miss though. Cimmerian turned over her shoulder, plucking the cigarette from her mouth and shooting a tight stream of smoke up above them. (See, polite?) "Hiya," she said, holding up the scanning-ring and then finishing, "Sherwood." The hand holding the cigarette hooked a thumb back at the squire of Pluto. "Cimmerian, Meri is easier." She might have said more, but Gev stepped up to address the small gathering.

Cimmerian turned back to face him, crossing a leg and bouncing her foot. There had been a meeting? Yep. She'd missed that. She'd missed a lot. And was she out patrolling? Uh, no. But uh, she saw no reason to share any of those bits. Perhaps this could be more of the sort of information she had probed Scholomance for.

More folks were arriving. A quite tall woman (who Meri would have been a wee thing next to, standing at barely over 5 feet) beeped up as something a bit more interesting to Cimmerian. It was another Pluto Knight. The only other Pluto Knight Cimmerian had ever met in this kind of formal capacity, actually. Back in the day, she had been the lone one, for a time, and because she was such a garbage knight, she never really did anything about it. She had mostly palled around with Gehenna, had whatever-it-was she had with Kurma, and... did her job. The civilian one. There was part of her who felt loyalty to Pluto, but the mission had always been a stranger, something large and moving that didn't seem to truly need her.

As far as Gev's question... Cimmerian would be useless.

Mel quietly watched as more and more knights slowly gathered. As much as he wanted pats and snacks the gathering had a rather worrisome appearance. There was a guy with a giant skull on his head, two people who had eye patches like pirates but weren't pirates, and the guy who actually looked like a pirate still had both eyes. It was strange... it would take some thought to decide who to butter up.

His attention however was stolen by a pretty black cat with shiny gold distractions... he meant, decorations, a pretty black cat with shiny gold decorations who was coming over. "Hi my name's Mel, whats yours? Do your bracelets jingle? Can you play with them? What about the sashy thing? Do you ever get tangled it in? Can I play with it? Does it taste good?" He bounced a bit closer to the cat and started to babble as he practically circled her. He stopped briefly when the first guy, one of the pirate patch knights, thanked them for doing something like keeping everyone hidden or something.

"Doing what now?" He asked the black kitty. When it came to doing anything remotely guardian cat like Mel tended to work off of instinct... in other words he was a horrible mauvian.

A slender, fluffy white cat soon trotted up to the group. Adorn with a pair of golden, star-themed glasses and a blue, transparent color, he smiled up at the knights and decided to help out with the overall power shielding of the group.

"Hello all. I didn't expect knights to have get-togethers like this." Arthur moved towards the two cats. "Hello. Hello. Haven't seen you two before." He purred.

Gevaudan sneezed. Too many cats nearby.
