The gem will then break and fall apart afterward destroying the item. Its to be noted that this does not actually cause any damage. Closing one's eyes does not prevent the blindness as it penetrates the eyelids. Only those that the user has Korabo'd with are excempt.

Crafting Tier: Legendary - Enchantment Tech Description: The Aether Leyline is an enchantment essentially after the initial seal is applied for the enchantment it causes a massive burst of chakra. The Chakra then snakes throughout the entirety of the location and then from their begins to lift it off the ground and have it ascend a total of five miles sky bound. This appears as multiple veinlike chakras traveling through the affected area.
•-Ascencion: The Aether Leyline enchantment keeps whatever large scale location it was used on suspended in the air indefinitely five miles above sea level essentially placing it among the clouds. With time, {once the enchantment is fully realized} the ascended landmass can and will float freely never remaining in one location for more than a day unless its managed to prevent such from happening.
•-Equilibrium: The Aether Leyline provides a breathable atmosphere wherein individuals on the enchanted area can function normally without the shortness of breath typically associated with high altitudes, an added benefit of reinforcing the landmass its been placed on to only be damaged with attacks of S-rank or higher and minimizing said damage as much as possible. This only applies to the land mass and not the buildings objects or items that may be atop it.
•-Leyline Transit: The land mass can emit a stream of harmless chakra at the ends of its edges totaling ten. This functions as essentially a diagonal tractor beam that functions both ways like an escalator or bridge. {This requires a correspondent seal to be on a person's hand that recognizes them which will eventually be handled by kiosks at the key points. In the meantime this proves inconvenient.} A more immediate method is in the center of the land mass a beam is produced which essentially transports selective things immediately below it to the center square where it was established. This requires, however, a position akin to a gate guard.

It is essentially a mechanical cube that goes in the center of said device amplifying and giving it additional function.
•-Kuraudokonbājensu {Cloud Convergence}: Cloud Covering essentially is used in tandem with Tawaharimitae's ability to manipulate cloud density. By channeling an S-rank amount of chakra the clouds then function as a sensory inhibitor blocking out detection from Doujutsu. Sensory abilities below S-rank will also be unable to discern the location of the village. This lasts for [5] posts going off the posts of the individual who activated it.
•-Inazuma Sen {Ligtening Line}: Used in tandem with Tawaharimitae's ability to manipulate cloud density thick storm clouds will collect around the village and begin to gather lightning. This prevents physical entry but also leaving of the village less succumbing to a nasty almost life-threatening shock. Using an ability strong enough will part the clouds but will require an additional activation to make ones way through before it closes again as it closes as fast as the entrance was made.

Except. X-vision to use the reflex enhancing ability it will need an appropriate amount of chakra spent to do so. The utility features need not require a cost.
Also If the puppet is in any way destroyed or made defunct one can no longer draw from the batteries. As essentially each one of these batteries is an extra 150 Chakra for a puppeteer. If totaled you've technically got an extra 750 chakra. Even if they are element specific. It also goes without saying if the battery is destroyed like what happens to typical mechanisms that chakra is forfeited. Quite literally a reserve pool I have mixed feelings about it but am willing to give it a chance since destructibility is still very much a risk..

The strength of said weapon is generally determined by Puppet Formless under most circumstances. In the event the modified pieces are arranged into a weapon which Sadayo or another controlled person is proficient in a minor formless reduction is applied at [5]. If the design of the weapon doesn’t adhere to conventional designs (sword, hammer, whip, axe, shield) then Strange Weapon will identify the weapon. Proficiency in Puppetry Formless does not grant a formless reduction.

BUT I would really like the Ikakugan Occular Implants to be looked at of which I would like a take on. Kara - Marī may be questionable as well although, I think its fine as its only a bluff and doesn't 'force' anything but gives off a reccurrent feeling.))
Description: Occular Implants, inspired by Doujutsu users but not truly a Doujutsu. Toso realizing he has been unable to see in color for so long came to the realization that he could simply use technology to remedy this birth defect. As such when the Ikakugan is in use it allows Toso to finally see in colors like the typical eye among other unique features. Activated via chakra like most Doujutsu. The Ikakugan requires [15] Chakra to activate and from then on persists so long as the user sees fit. Typically it changes colors depending on its current spectrum matching said spectrum.

Niji mōfu: {Rainbow Blanket} Rank - [Null] / [X] Description: When Activated the Ikakugan grants the user access to the RGB color spectrum. It also allows them to toy with said spectrum. It then becomes the iconic Squib where it floats around defying the local gravity. Squibs aren't very useful for much in combat but are capable little fellas when it comes to chores and doing things. Strong enough to move mundane objects such as broom etc despite their size. Squibs have the same range of movement a person's hands would have. It's uncertain how many Squibs Toso has in his possession but he uses them to do menial tasks. Like filing etc. They have a built-in voice recorder which lets them record sounds and play them back. Description: A triangular device with an internal storage meant for storing liquids. The sensory arrays located on its side trigger an explosive mechanism causing the device to explode spreading the liquid inside copiously.
Nijibūmu! : {Rainboom!} Rank - [ B ] / Cost: [Blend] or [Nothing If filled with something else] Description: Packed inside of these little explosive devices are Hojo ink. They explode with the same force as a B-rank explosive tag. When any of its points come into contact with a surface it explodes essentially covering said surface in ink. It, however, doesn't cause any significant damages to sturdy fortifications. One of these taken headon an opponent will suffer a full three applications of Hojo ink all at once. So they're definitely not to be underestimated. Must be handled delicately by anyone aside from the Hojo who filled it with their ink. It takes the Blend cost to reactivate the inert ink as a safety precaution but once its made live its a hazard. Will detonate on the following post if it isn't thrown by then. Description: A device which comes in a pair of glasses. Typically kept safe until its use if required and switched out accordingly. By touching the side of the glasses screens of chakra are produced which react to haptic feedback. These screens typically only contain the details of the Village. Its members i.e dossiers, ranks, names. It contains maps of the village, it assists in keeping track of the villages economic growth by displaying metric data, it can scan an individual and update the dossiers while also giving fine details such as measurements, height, and weight. Among other several convenient utilities such as the time and date, scheduling etc. It is connected to the devices that help the village function and allow the kage to use them remotely.
Sokushin suru : {Facilitate} Rank - [ E-X ] Description: Looking glass is primarily a utility but allows the kage to manage the technological intricacies of the village remotely by either activating, disabling, or self-destructing them. By paying the corresponding amounts of chakra of those technological devices or systems at leisure. Unless privately owned, technologies made by either Toso or Trefles are deemed to be under the influence of being {Facilitated} this prevents theft of otherwise valuable technologies that benefit the village. At least not without some consequence. Any technique, however, which blocks sensory techniques also blocks these transmissions and disable looking glass.

Description: The Aegis Protocol is the primary Defense Arashigakure has against outside attacks programmed, made and produced by Toso and his associate to ensure a safer sanctuary. It serves as a multi-layered barrier protecting Arashigakure from outside forces. The Aegis Protocol as a technology is actually a building and program. A large standing building that when the village is attacked those that work in the building donate chakra to it in order to keep the barrier up. Because there is an undiscerned supply of anbu and other operatives working here it's rather apparent that unless first destroying the Aegis Protocol building or at least sealing it at its source the barrier is impenetrable through typical means of force.
Scry: Rank - [ Null ] Description: When the barrier is inactive when an undisclosed possible threat comes within 1-mile of the village those in the Aegis Protocol building are alerted. Suffice to say the village can be caught off guard if an attack approaches fast enough, but from there, the Aegis Protocol will typically be activated.
Aegis: Rank - [ Null - X ] Description: When the village is attacked by something or if a threatening nature approaches within certain proximity The Aegis Protocol activates. Sending a signal to everyone in the building, those in the building then via surveillance determine with split-second decision making whether or not to activate it. Chakra is then donated by the individuals creating the barrier which so long as it has chakra to fuel will constantly be maintained by the village inhabitants.

Description: A series of devices which are sold to those on the field T-tech were made with the intent to supplement the Arashigakuran military. The Singularity was made to dispose of widespread damages but also serve as a powerful counteroffensive to those who exploit widespread damages.
Singularity: Rank - [ Battery ] Description: Requiring the purchase of a battery which is then slotted into the bomb-like device {max:320}. The T-tech: Singularity cannot function without a battery. When the bomb-like device is thrown and a button pressed beforehand a small singularity like black hole is formed. This black hole will then persist for [2] posts and suck in any chakra manifestations in a thread for that duration including the users until A. The battery reaches capacity to which the device explodes in an [X-rank] explosion equal to the batteries capacity or B. Its duration ends in which it will explode equally to the X-rank of what chakra entities it sealed inside OR explode in a tiny harmless spark. The user is not immune to the explosion. The device is to be used sparingly and it is capable of causing significant surrounding destruction. The explosions extend up to 10ft per rank. These are costly disposable items. Requiring both the initial ryo and the investment in a battery. Each one, however, consumes [1] Advanced tech crafting slot however until used.

The Ikarus wing was designed for more versatile air ops without the reliance on having a wind nature. Essentially not unlike a jet pack the wings have a stand by and active mode. While in standby the battery recharges through solar energy at a rate of [5] per post.

The user then can fly freely directly draining from the device's battery draining a C-amount per post it's active. When in standby will regenerate [5] chakra to the battery so long as the sun is out.
