Silk shifted his tablet to the side as Reven made the trek back to the desk, and since she asked her question rather quickly, and you know, not when he started to read, he wasn't annoyed. The Guardian rested his tablet on his stomach on it's edge, and rested clawed fingers on top of it. "Explore the city and s**t. Steal corndogs. Battle stupid Moonie guardians and knights and senshi. Watch the TV sometimes. A lot of times I hang out with Ada in the garage when she's not powered. She's a mechanic so she fixes stuff and I help get tools or hold things." He seemed pretty proud of his (minor) contribution to the repair of automobiles. "That's about it. You?" He countered. "Aside from stealing lame a** tech." He smirked under his fluffy scarf.

Sitting, Reven tucked her tail around her toes as she listened to Silk give her a rundown on the sorts of things he enjoyed doing from day to day, and found it grounding. There really wasn't a whole lot of overlap between hobbies, but they were still sort of similar, and that made her feel a bit better. And helping folks fix things sounded really ******** cool."My girl likes to bake, so I'll watch while she's mixing things, and help out." It meant lots of sampling of batters or first round of cookies from the oven. "Aside from that I really like video games, but I'm kinda limited on what I can play." It came with a little sigh. "It's easier on a keyboard, but it'll be great when I've got thumbs and I can hold a controller." There were a lot of games she really wanted to sink her dainty little fangs into.

"She bakes, huh?" Silk echoed. "Like what? Cookies and cakes and s**t?" When he heard baking, it was those things that first came to mind. He wasn't big on sweets. He loved savory stuff. Like corn dogs. He tilted his feet to poke Reven with a dark toe. "So hurry up and work on getting your thumbs. Typing is ******** rad." He shifted his feet back. "Got any ideas yet for projects, or you still thinking?"

Reven nodded. "Yeah, she does a lot of cookies and cakes and the like. All kinds of stuff." It was nice, she got to taste test a and sample and lick a lot of bowls clean. Some times she has to share with Bob, but she supposed that was alright, there was usually a lot of extra. She blinked down at his for when he pulled her with a toe, pushing it away with a paw. "No, nothing yet." It came out witha small sigh, and she sank down intoloaf position. "I want it to be something, you know, useful to everyone. But i don't know how everything works yet, or where there's need."

"That's cool." He commented, and when she pushed his toe away he brought it back to poke her again, even in her loaf position. "That's s'ok." Silk replied. "Just focus on reading up on how to be a good guardian for now then. What you should be doing and stuff. I guess the other stuff will happen in time." He shrugged his shoulders a bit. "Maybe while you're figuring it out, you'll figure out other stuff you wanna learn about. I dunno."

She eyed his foot as he poked at her again, tempted to bite the offending toe, but he'd been really helpful. But if he kept it up all bets were off. It sounded to her like there was no short cut to becoming a great guardian. That she was just going to have to go for it, and the pieces would start to fall into place as she went along. The more she watched and learned, the easier it'd be for her to see a need that needs filling. Well fine then, I can do that.Bright eyes flicked up to the other guardian again. "Thank you, for the help." It was nice knowing there was someone around she could reach out to for help should she need it. lucyal Can probably wrap this soon, but maybe we could do another?

"Yeah, yeah, whatever." Silk replied dismissively. "It's just the smart thing to do---help out other Chaos Guardians. There's not a lot of us, so it's important to do what we can." Since it seemed the conversation was coming to a close for now, and Reven would probably start to get herself familiar with the tech and equipment here, Silk finally resumed his reading. Beejoux Sounds good! This is a wrap from me! I can start the next one in a few days if that's alright. Did you have something in mind?

Helping out wasn't exactly the sort of situation Reven usually jumped at, but she did want to get better at being a guardian, and she did want to grow and get stronger. If helping out could get her there... With a soft sigh she turned to the console she was siting at, poking at the mouse until she could bring up the Negaverse Database. It wouldn't hurt to look it over. lucyal Fin for me too! She's done some awakening and fighting so she can give him a status report! Anywhere is fine. =D
