"You already tipped me, see?"
She tilted the plate up that Kat had nudged in her direction, gesturing down to the half-eaten morsels she was probably gonna dig into the moment Kat walked out the door. Mags' stomach was a black hole as far as waffles were concerned, regardless of their toppings.
The five dollar bill was really tempting, she couldn't lie. So she avoided looking at the cash as best she could, rising from the booth as she collected the plate with the intentions of taking it to the back to box up for her midday snack.
"Use it on the groceries to get yer stuff," she offered, blue eyes rising to meet her best friend's. "You buy stuff to make waffles, you make waffles, Ah eat waffles. So you're really spendin' it on me, y'see?"
One arm extended itself out in an opening for a hug towards the other girl. "Ah probably need to get back to polishin' the menus and stuff but... can we meet next week, if you're not too busy 'n all?"
