Kenshin landed on the ground in front of the monster after his attack was made. This was shortly followed by the eight tail twist which broke through the powerful Senju's wood style technique. It also created a thundering gale of pure force in its movements. Using his impressive speed and reflexes he jumped back and evaded the attack successfully. This was an impressive level of power that he was not expecting. "And this is only half of its chakra." Kenshin thought sieged by bewilderment. The swordsman took a few moments to catch his breath before sheathing his rapier. He weaved a flurry of hand signs ending in dragon before charging electricity into his right hand. The iconic chirping of birds could be heard as his right fist was covered in lightning. He then extended his forearm from where he stood in the water and extended it into a long spear of lightning. It was aimed to pierce through the yang Gyuki's left chest. Kenshin's full intention was to smite the beast with the power of the storm.

[short post is short and i appologize] As the beast toppled to the ground, Shion diverted her attention to the conflict on the other side of the battlefield. With the Yin half under control, for the most part at least, Shion blasted off to aid the other team. Her approach would be met by a hard resistance as she deftly weaved around the flailing tentacles and arms. Approaching from the side opposite of Kenshin, Shion would use the distraction of his flashy lightning technique to deliver a solid blast of Bakuton energy right into the side of the Gyuki. Hopefully the flurry of blows that was dealt between the two shinobi would be enough to give the other fighters and the support team time to evade and reset their seals.

There was no time to be awestruck as the kami coiled itself something was coming and it would most certainly be big. Toso seeing no simple options to evade came to a realization. It seemed the others were ill equipped to cover him, at least cover him quickly. That realization being the fact the mercenary would likely prioritize Kagerou on top of the additional assumption it was likely she didn't know where he'd moved as of yet. Two viable options were before him, he could resort to the fail safe he'd planted earlier or brace himself. It would have to be the second, they'd still yet to seal the first half of the Gyuki. "It seems I'll have to exert myself more than I had intended. As to be expected of you kami-sama." Praise to the blinded Gyuki.
The faint dripping of grey coming out of his sleeves at this point, preparatory of the defense he would have to create. To say he was intimidated would certainly not describe him now, more so his thought processes being relayed to the Yamanaka was the sheer inconvenience of the situation. At the point of release in one clean sweeping motion after clapping his hands together a weave of steely ink would form a wide swept barricade. Like that of an incomplete cylinder, it was a crude yet sturdy defense. Quick and messy creations like these. Toso wasn't too fond of them but he understood their necessity in a pinch. He just hoped Kagerou had readied herself. As the buffeting earth shattering winds came into contact with Toso's crude but sturdy barricade it would endure only to fall apart into an inky grey puddle. He was for all intents and purposes of jounin level. To be bested by the attack would have been disgraceful to say the least. Additionally he didn't need to add almost dying a third time to his colorful repertoire. Hopefully with the creature blinded he'd at least have a chance after this attack to set up. So set up he would. Forming the hand signs to release the other four pillars would be summoned from the scroll embedding themselves firmly on the island inlet, hopefully it would last long enough to finish. The second fuuin would then begin being drawn as the four other tentacles would begin a slow but sure process of moving each of the pillars to their correct positions. Well, at least it was halfway successful, she would think to herself. Then again the other half was clearly putting up a much greater fight. Good. Upon hearing the voice of the twin in her mind she would send a quick acknowledgement and clap her hands together. In response the tress which bound the Yin half, would come to life once more. From the trees a massive statue like creature of wood, would rise up. Grabbing the demon by two of its tails the massive wooden giant would then proceed to drag the demon towards the sealers.
Exploding one of her remaining clones into nothingness she would then smile just a bit before disappearing entirely. Then just as quickly re-appear atop her new wooden friend. Placing her hand on the side of its head she rode the golem as it made its way towards the sealers. Though her attention was split between the two halves of the demon. Just in case the Yin wanted to go for round two.
However, her right hand was adorned with Valkyrie, its sapphire blade began to lightly shimmer and glow ever so faintly. Streaming small motes of silver light from its blade as she poured more and more chakra into it. Those who could sense chakra would clearly be able to tell she was preparing something massive. Well, until she said so herself. Through the link she would speak softly,"I have something ready to go soon which should stun it quite hard, but its not small. Let me know when you want it my friends."

[x] Perhaps my hesitance and dislike of someone invading my personal space reached someone because almost the instant I started resisting, the presence, and the change in my vision faded away until they were no longer intrusive. A small part of me felt bad as if I'd been selfish, but the rest of me didn't care.
A pat on the back was the sign that the woman who had entrusted me with her protection was done with whatever she was doing. A quick glance behind me reveal her tracing her own blood down her arms. Some sort of summoning. These were directed toward the half the girls were focused on. Great red arches fell from the sky, pinning the beast to the ground, followed by many giant wooden hands to reinforce it. A bit excessive but it got the job done because the beast was incapacitated. And given her demeanor, she thought the same thing. I turned my gaze forward again to the half of the bijuu I was assigned as she asked if I was alright. "I'm fine."
There seemed to be an issue with trapping our half of the Hachibi. Though our attacks landed and did their fair of damage--one of its horns completely broke, as an example--it wasn't ready to be pinned down with as much ease as its twin. A mighty spin of its tails ripped apart the torii gates and threw up massive amounts of water, though I was out of the threatened zone. One of the sealers, however, evidently was not. When the hell had he moved so close to it? I sent Kasai after him, though there was no hope of her getting to him before he was hit. For the moment, though it seemed he'd defended himself. Regardless, I had the puppet take up a defensive stance before Toso to guard against any future attacks.
But that wasn't all. She was already charged with chakra, giving me the opportunity to launch an attack from another angle. Her mouth dropped open, and a ball of pure chakra built in front of it. Using all of the energy in her reserve, she launched the orb at the Hachibi. Alongside Kenshin's chidori, and a blast from one of the others, the addition was bound to deal a good blow. Unless it blew everything away again of course.
It seemed the blonde woman had something else planned because she now rode atop a wooden golem, a brilliant blade at her side powered with enough chakra I could almost sense it without being a sensor. Whatever she had was massive so for the moment I decided not to involve my own chakra any further and waited to see what would happen, keeping Kasai ready to move and defend as needed.
Remaining as calm as one could hope to be in the face of half a thrashing demon, Kagerou waited patiently on the far side of the seal. She could see, through all the angles and varying visions provided to her from the Yamanaka connection, how the others were getting hurt and fighting for their lives. The sight of it caused her chest to clench and her smile to drop somberly. She wanted to help them. As a medic, that was her modus operandi.
However, as a shinobi, her obligation was to hold her position. The best she could do was offer her observations to those who had the piece of mind to listen, Those who were fighting the Gyuuki personally would know better, Kagerou was sure, so she left her theories as mere suggestions.
When Kagerou saw, from Tsuki's point of view, the restraining and dragging of the Gyuuki, she switched from observing the battlefield through a switching array of different points of view to looking at the world with her own two eyes once more.
To Tsuki and Jeon, she reminded the two, "The initial sealing will be done immediately, but give me half a minute before starting the second part."
One. Two. Her hands came gracefully up. Three. Four. Kagerou kept time, finding the tempo in the steps of Tsuki's golem. One. Two. With bells ringing, Kagerou ran through a precise and swift string of seals to mold her chakra. Three. Four. Kagerou knelt and slapped her hands atop the ground exactly as the Gyuuki entered the center of the seal, her tempo right on time.
The intricate details of the sealing arrangement, courtesy of Toso's skills, came to life as Kagerou's chakra danced through the the channels and triggered each step of the technique with rhythmic precision. The iron bars, conduits for the technique, glowed with power as they cast a web of runes (or should one call them tentacles considering who the artist of this seal was?) across the Gyuuki. The runes tightened across the skin of the Gyuuki until it looked like the ink had sunk into the Gyuuki's very skin. It didn't stop there, however. The runes tightened only further, mercilessly but also as painlessly as possible sucking away the Gyuuki's chakra, it's very being.
Into who, exactly? Obviously, Jeon, who should be in position by now. The runes would also have connected to her, embedding themselves into her skin in the same way it had done with the Gyuuki. Although, instead of snatching away her chakra, it was distributing the Gyuuki's chakra into a tight, compact package in the core of her body. The runes, once distributed evenly across her body, constricted into this central location, becoming a shifting, unreadable mass of black.
Kagerou put in her utmost effort into keeping this sealing as safe and as comfortable as possible. Though, her own inexperience and not to mention the very nature of this technique meant that she couldn't be perfect, but she could damn well try.
As the Gyuuki was completely sealed within Jeon, the rambling mass of black inscriptions would sort itself out, spinning itself into layer after layer of writing to make one, deceptively clean-looking symbol upon whatever had naturally become the central location of Jeon's seal.
Within Jeon, the dark side of the Gyuuki would be sealed, mental chakra equivalents of the iron bar fetishes used for the sealing trapping and confining them within a small space to ensure the safety and protection of both them and their host.

As of yet, the Yang side of the Gyuki hadn't managed to actually hit anyone as his blinded form stopped it's massive spin. The demon wiped at it's face annoyed, unawares as to the locations of anyone of his assailants. He roared towards the sky frustratedly, only to be cut off by a lightning blast hitting his body. He wasn't harmed nearly as bad as anyone else would have been when slammed into by the attack for it were his forte, but even still it was a blow that gave him pause from winding his body up again. That came followed by a powerful explosive burst that sent both pain and actual vibrations through it's body. If it's body didn't make it impossible, the demon might have been pushed backwards. The attack from behind confused and further hammered down the demon's new weakness. He slumped over panting, body starting to give in. It was then that Jay made himself visible once more - where had he been - with the aid of an angry looking White haired Macau ape. Through the mental link the group would become aware that, A: this was the Most Honorable Son Jin of Mt. Huang, and B: that it was now or never for the Yang half to be sealed. With Herculean might, the two of them took the momentarily stunned Gyuki by both of it's long arms and dragged him. Adorning their feet, flaming wheels made the task much easier. The two of them would get them in range of Toso and a sense of urgency would translate.
Meanwhile, on the otherside, another Monkey had made it's presence known: a Gigantopithicus that sat itself on the surface of the water with his staff on his shoulder. He had swam across the water's surface, just after the thing had been sealed, apparently having been summoned by Jay. The Long-Winded Son Mu looked down on Jeon whom had doubled over on the surface of the water, and then found her chakra system reacting poorly. Within her own mind the demon was already rampaging. Jeon was fighting strength to strength with it, keeping the gates closed with every ounce of her power. In the overworld, her body was already showing the signs of demonic possession: a thick black cloak of chakra was rising. Jeon's body gave out, falling below the surface only for the building sized Ape to reach down and snatch her body up, allowing her to sit on his hand. He looked to the sealer, offering his staff to her and poking her on the head with it. "Here, have a gift. Make the best of it, young one," the Ape called out using his natural ability to gift chakra on the girl, giving her an A rank, which with her increased regeneration rate would mean she'd have enough for the second seal. "This reminds me of when Son Wukong, the first Son Wukong, fought against the deva raja in the jade emperor's palace. Such a magnificent ba-" a howl cut him off from near the Yang half of the Gyuki. Jin was not about to have Mu get distracted. The ape let Jeon down to float in the water and smiled a toothy, apeish smile down to those near Kagerou before he leaped to the wood golem with a loud grunt. Acrobatic to a fault, he swing from a low hanging vine to sit on the Yang half of the Gyuuki, large enough to keep it from easily moving when it awakened. He gave a giggle, slamming his romp donw a second time. "Never did like these chakra born monsters. Son Wukong would've made quick work of him. You've been slacking!" Mu called out to Jay, who growled at the Ape. "" Jay shouted in his home language. Mu laughed, bestowing the gift of his chakra, then, upon Tosorui who was finishing up the seal by then. "I'm only teasing boy. Jin. Be ready, once this is done we'll be taking them, my lord." Son Jin nodded and looked expectantly to Toso, then where Jeon was still struggling without the second seal in place.

"I appreciate the concern." a message sent to Shadow. Though it was likely more necessity than concern which had been the cause for Shadows actions. In said moment he had just completed the seal. "An end to this blasphemy...bloop" Muttered quietly to himself Toso's bloops returned. His four tentacles forming almost a triangular like formation and a mental signal he assumed Jay would adhere to, to get into position. The eldritch restraints would emerge like a beast awakened from the seal entangling the other half of the Gyuki. It's chakra and its being as if being absorbed falling inward on itself and into its host. Everyone had their own sealing methods attached to their fuuin, some chose chains, others the simplicity of warping the intended matter in spirals...though the irony in Toso's preferred method. His chest sunk. But his face. Unfazed.
To prevent the same fate befalling Jay that befell Jeon removing a jonin scroll from the seemingly infinite storage that was his coat in a flash of light he'd place it before the likely currently agitated if not in pain Jay and unroll it. Placing his single open palm a smaller identical seal would be reproduced. In the skill that was fuuinjutsu the two seals would intertwine with one another in a figurative and spiritual sense. Turning his hand counter clock wise. Wherever the seal had appeared on Jay, that area would grow tighter. As though something were constricting it. Perhaps it that brief moment there would be a slight spike in difficulty breathing. In this, the deed was done.
Toso would then roll the scroll and rebind it. A simple piece of paper would have sufficed but a scroll would provide greater security and ease of use. Toso would then have one of his tentacles toss the scroll to one of the ape summons. He could have given it to Jay. But he had enough reasoning that pushing oneself by weakening the seal recklessly could lead to 'things'. "That is the key to Kami-sama's seal. It will allow for re-adjusting of the seals strength. You likely needn't have me tell you bloop. The weaker the seal the greater the demons influence. However, too strong of a seal and the demons chakra is cut off entirely. The current seal if I were to classify it I'd consider in the middle. Kagerou should provide you with Jeon's Key shortly. Bloop"
Toso did not than the ape for his gift of chakra. In fact he had already begun a steady walk toward the beachfront where he could sit. While his body was far from physically exhausted the same could not be said for his spirit. Despite it not being as drained as it would have been, mentally Toso needed a break. He'd have departed already if it were not seen as rude. Then again it was likely natural to wait for either the kages themselves or the surrogates to say 'class dismissed'. Toso performed the sealing in a manner than came off as ease. But truthfully it was an exhausting process. He had the means of turning his focus into chakra if it had been necessary but it was a convenient that said wasn't necessary.

Kagerou got a bonk on the head for her good work. Huzzaaaah. No, seriously, this was going to make the difference between her passing out immediately after finishing the seal and her managing to stay awake for any necessary alterations or, you know, just generally staying alive in the middle of a battle against a force of nature.
With the second wind filling her, Kagerou pulled out her own prepared Fuuin no Kagi, a sheet of paper that she held between her teeth, and used a shunshin of the medical variation to place herself besides Jeon, the additional effect of the technique healing any minor scratches she may had had... Not like that mattered too much.
The ringing of bells accompanied Kagerou's every movement as she strung her hands through another series of hand seals. Once finished, Kagerou took the paper in her mouth and, without hesitation and fazed by nothing, slapped it onto Jeon's back, through the growing chakra cloak and everything. The seal flared and twisted through Kagerou's ever-calm hold as she channeled her chakra itno the runes at a calm,steady beat, a binding pulse that formed interactions and connections between the original seal and this key that was meant to modify it. This time, written in her own hand, the inscriptions came to life in a way reminiscient of vines rather than tentacles as they moved and shifted, calming and soothing the beast within Jeon. Finally, the paper, the seal, and the demon all relaxed...
Part two of the sealing was finished.
Kagerou's smile returned. This had... truly been an experience.
While Jeon took some time to recover, Kagerou hopped off the monkey that she had rudely, if necessarily, boarded in the heat of the moment. She turned to the seemingly older primate and bowed with gratitude, "Thank you, Sir Monkey." Her mind scouted through the connections during the short reprieve as she bowed and then straightened up, finding that Toso had already finished his side. Good, that meant the fight was over. "The key to Jeon's seal is upon her body. I figured it would be the safest place to have it. Will you be taking the Arashikage-sama back to the village, or should I carry her?". Ordinarily, it should be Jay--and even after Jay, any of the others who were more physically fit than Kagerou--to carry Jeon, but they had all worked and fought hard against the tailed demon. Kagerou really hadn't done much... Of course, that was only in her opinion as she ignored the onset of exhaustion and light-headedness caused by the sudden loss of a massive amount chakra.

Tendrils of chakra whipped around the Yin half, an impossibly powerful vacuum had sucked away the Yang half. Darkness and femininity to Jeon, light and masculinity to Jay. For all intents and purposes the entirety of the sealing process had gone off almost entirely without a hitch. From her position doubled over in what could have been pain or impossibly detaching focus, Jeon had almost lost the battle to hold the gate within her subconscious. The Key to the seal being slapped on her back etching in vines in her skin had a profoundly visual effect for Jeon. The demon suddenly bucked as a vine of chakra snatched him by the neck, by each tail and arm. It yanked the yin half to the ground and the gate holding him at bay locked itself. Jeon panted, muscles aching and back burning at her new inscriptions. Something caught her attention suddenly. She turned about face, eyes leaving the grunting Ushi Oni presumably at bay with an arched eyebrow.
Her eyes betrayed a similar scene across an impossibly far distance, except it hadn't been until just then she'd been able to take note of the scene. Stars everywhere above them and below, feet standing on something like glass that rippled like water at her most minute of movements. Jeon looked upon the edge as she walked towards what she saw across that chasm. At the edge, a waterfall? It was a sheen of falling opalescence in truth, and as she went to put her hand out over the edge... she met a force that prevented it. Still, her near on blank eyes fell upon a cage and a man standing ahead of it.
Jay had stood before the Yang side as it was warped into him via the lovecraftian sealing process, taking it all in with open arms and a deeply serious expression. He held his own chest, clutching at his gullet and nearly ready to fall as the seal wrote into his exposed torso in red hot like branding iron. The additional seal stopped him from succumbing as Jeon had immediately. Instead he was thrust into the psyche just like she had. He saw the Yang half exhaling deeply unlike the still struggling Yin. "Lovely." it harshly admonished. Jay crossed his arms as the Gyuki, missing one of his horns still, sharply glared. "If it is my power you intend to leech, you know you will have to release these restraints sooner or later, eh boy?" Jay nodded somberly. "I do know how this works, yes." Across the chasm between the two, the Yin side spoke, causing Jeon to turn back to him. "Then you know that you will eventually have to give us the means by which to tear our way out of this prison, yes?" Jeon flared her nostrils. "I'm not concerned, neither is he." A laugh in unison from both sides. For the briefest of moments the Gyuki was one again, a shadowy image rising from the chasm between Jay and Jeon. "I can see into your mind, children. I know the truth. You cannot lie to me." With that they were thrust into their own bodies once more. [Tailed beast telepathy]
Triumphantly, the twins rose of their own accord, pushing away any hands that may have sought to aid them. There was a different look in their eyes than the jovial glee, so puerile. Now, it was replaced with a grim expression that they hadn't even warn when they set out. The Yamanaka clones poofed, and the network came down. Everyone would be called together, including Osiris whom hadn't contributed in a manner anyone could see, but had been ready with contingencies nonetheless. "Consider this mission complete. As I discussed with Kenshin the demon will be tamed before we return to the village. As an aside, there is also a matter of a level of importance that we are going to handle it personally after the taming. In our absence, Kenshin is the next highest rank as our Konin and one of my advisers and will be in charge of Arashigakure. See to it the village doesn't fall. Close the gates when you arrive. Keep all outside elements that aren't us on the outside. If we haven't returned in a months time assume the worst, Kenshin." Son Shui and Son Jin took their summoners by the shoulders, feeling as if it were time.
"And keep the kinds in line," Jeon spoke. They didn't wait for questions. The orders were simple enough. No one from outside came in, Kenshin's incharge cause he's the eldest of their children. The two apes howled loudly and as if a bifrost opened there was a blast of smoke before they were teleported out.

__ Kenshin bowed after receiving the orders. He was prepared to fill this role before he left for the mission with Lord Jay's instructions. He memorized all of the orders and when they disappeared he immediately turned to the others. "Follow me, it's time to go home!" He announced to the group, none of which seemed too injured to move. If necessary, they would receive medical treatment in the healing district. He marched out and moved with incredible speed away from the demon tarnished area with the Storm Village in his sights.

After what seemed to be a completely one sided battle, it was all over. The beasts had been defeated and sealed away. Though exhausted from the fight, Shion still managed to let loose a howl of victory. As her cheer filled the air, it would quickly be muffled by the sound of several large blasts erupting around her. As the smoke faded, it would be revealed that she was gone; shunshining back to the village.

He'd begin to walk only to brush past Kagerou and stop tilting his head momentarily to address her. "I hope you realize the gravity of placing the key on Jeon's body bloop. It mean's should she decide or if she were to loose control, the strength of the seal could be undone entirely by her own or the gyuki's will bloop. I entrusted Jays key to the ape as it seemed the most logical thing that if Kami-sama were to loose control it would have the means the alter his seals strength. Without complications. Bloop" It seemed to come off as insulting but simply it was the monotonous voice he'd always spoken with. He'd turn his head back to see Shion and the others covering ground. "Ah but perhaps it was the heat of the moment? bloop."
Toso had maintained a cool-headed attitude throughout the gyuki encounter. Well cool headed or disinterested, one or the other. It was hard to say. Despite it seemingly like he was about to leave as well he'd turn around once more reaching into his coat, before presenting four thin slips of paper to Kagerou. Closer inspection revealed them to be a free meal voucher. On the voucher, the address to Ika-Shokuji and a happy hour promotion. "Ah, either or, the task of sealing kami-sama was made less tedious with your assistance. Had it been solely myself...ahaha." Toso grew silent for a moment a grim air surrounding him, one could only imagine what thoughts were circling in his head now that the Yamanaka had been dismissed. Then the tension suddenly being sliced in half by the genuine offer seconds later. "Take these as a small token of appreciation. Perhaps bring some friends. bloop" Toso's eyes shiftily looked at Shadow before back to Kagerou. It seemed he had picked up that the two of them had history. Even if it was a tiny history. There was a pressure to his kind offer though. One that would make it difficult to decline. Pressure being if one were to decline it might as well have equated to insulting a chefs food.
Toso would then turn around leaving the objects with Kagerou and shadow as he began bobbing his head left and right and his began to sing to himself a melody, while his disposition seemed cheery when sung in his deadpan voice the song was eerie. "Oh the worms come crawling underground, bloop, til the old dead bodies they have found. bloop. and they make their dinners out of those poor sinners, and they all come up to look around bloop...hmmm..hmmm.hmm." The rest of song trailing off as one of Toso's tentacles lashed out at a branch causing a resounding snap reminiscent of breaking bones, ravens that had just come to rest after the chaos scattering.

Breathing a heavy sigh Tsuki watched the demons faded into nothingness with the successful sealing. Though somewhere deep in the back of her mind, she could not help but feel like it was too easy. To quick. She had expected a greater demon to put up a much tougher fight. Then again there were a fair number of quality shinobi within the taskforce. Discharging the chakra from Valkyrie she returned her weapons to their scabbards. They would need to be cleaned, sharpened, and oiled when she returned back to the village. It had become almost a post combat ritual for her. Even if she did not need to do it.
With her wooden golem taking a knee she patted it lightly on the leg with a smile and, with it returning to its full size, removed the chakra from it. It would stand for decades, a testament to what happened here. With the twins moving off, she would follow the group without a word. There was nothing more for her to say, after all, what was there to say? That going off on their own was dangerous especially with a recently sealed demon within them? Not that her advice would be taken well in the slightest. So she simply kept her thoughts to herself and headed towards the village. Eager to hold her daughter again. Maybe she would cook a nice dinner for them tonight. Something to celebrate another successful mission.
