Migoto nodded before looking out the window for a moment. "I could kill every man, woman and child here in the blink of an eye if I wanted to." He'd laugh a bit, then look to Risa. "That's why Genesis sent me here...they know that, to me, the power of death is intoxicating. They raised me to be a weapon against you and your kind; a means to the end of extermination."
During this portion of his explanation, Risa would hear him clear as day, almost impossibly so, his speech pattern nearly like silk to her ears. But his lips would never once move, that is unless he was laughing.
He'd look back out the window, audibly sighing but speaking to her through his telepathy once again. "It's a shame, isn't it? That a life can be taken, molded and groomed to do no more than take other lives...in itself it is a hipocracy, isn't it? But I digress, no one is in danger...not right now."
"It makes it difficult, doesn't it? To trust me?" He finally spoke once again, his eyes reflecting a tremendous amount of pain. "Your mind, and your thoughts, are your own. I will not read them. You have my word. And you have my word that, less you wish it, none will come to harm. I, myself, am far too naive to be judge or jury. Not yet."

The telepathy caught her a bit off guard, but other then a brief moment of her tensing up and furrowing her brows she didnt shoe much reaction. She calmed down after a moment, readjusting in her seat and closing her eyes as she processed all the info he had given her.
It was as if someone had told her 'theres a bomb on this train, but its not garunteed to explode right now.' It was an odd sort of safety. She smirked a little, shaking her head. "It would be very hypocritcal of me if I didnt give you the benefit of the doubt. Afterall, you agreed to travel with me and follow my personal rules. You know nothing about me, and you trust me enough to share a train seat with." She looked up at him finally. "Once we are someplace less...boxed in, I will even out the scales abit as far as information goes. Its only fair."
She stopped talking as a man walked up and asked to see thrir tickets. Risa handed hers over. The man scanned it and handed it back, doing tge same to Migotos once he handed it over. "We'll be arriving in your destination in about 20 minutes. Please, enjoy the ride" with a smile the man left, leaving the two alone to look out a blurry scenery as the train cruised along the magnetic track.
"We're headed to the Port of Nocturnal. Its a mining town known for its health spas and it has a launch port for ships and such. Most of the town is underground, but some of the buildings are tall enough that they stick out of the whole theyre in." Risa explained. She pulled a brochure from her bag and handed it to Migoto. "I have some business there to take care of."

Migoto handed over his ticket once prompted, issuing a small bow to the man taking it. He'd sigh again, eyes closed and clasp his hands together in his lap. "I rather like this means of transportation...it's very soothing."
He took the brochure into hand and blinked, reading it over slowly and studying it. "You have business here...in this medical facility? Interesting...hm. I find it odd such a place is public knowledge; would nefarious human beings not seek it out to exploit the people who work there? Hm..." His brows knitted together for a moment, as if concentrating.
"Risa...your words, specifically, were that I could not ask about you, but I fear I must push boundaries. Know that should you decline to answer, I will respect your decision, but I feel compelled to try. Who...or what...is so fascinating here; what purpose does this trip serve?" The look in his eyes as he spoke to her was serious, his voice stern. He had watched his wording carefully, attempting to not ask about her specifically, but he knew full well she may take such an abrupt question poorly.

She laughed a bit, softly. "Yes, you are absolutely right. A place such as the hospital would indeed draw the attention of someone with nefarious intentions." She agreed, resting her cheek on her hand and watching him carefully as he asked his next question.
She stayed quiet a moment, looking out the window as she thought about how to best answer his question. "There are people in this world that pay a very high price to stay in their position of power. Like wise, there are people in this world that will pay to remove the powerful." She turned her attention back to him. "I wont specify which group im working for, but the job they paid me for is to reyrieve something for them from the hospital. Off of one of their research floors." She explained.
"I dont intend to involve you in this job, which is where the 'Dont follow me' rule comes into play. Granted, that was before you knew why you shouldn't follow me." She smiled. "So, i'd like to ammend that rule. I will recommend that you dont follow me so that you may stay uninvolved in my goings on. But if you do decide to come along, you will be involved, and are souly responsible for anything that happens to you after that fact."

As the landscape passed by the window, Migoto only continued to grow more and more content. Knowing she wasn't upset with him for attempting to use a loophole made him extremely happy, a grin forming as she made the amendment. "Kill them all or save them all, I really don't care, at least not right now. I'm just waiting...for someone to persuade me; to show me the light, or on the other end of the spectrum, make me privy to the dark. 'Go,' he told me. 'Go and be the Angel of Death.'" He divulged.
He looked back to Risa and laughed. "How can I resist such a tempting offer, Risa? We'll be a duo, you and I. We'll procure whatever it is you seek, and we'll do what you need done. I want to see if I was right about that heart of yours, or if perhaps I miscalculated." Again he'd laugh, a little more heartily. "I'm putting a lot on your shoulders, aren't I? Let me make you an offer...I can aid you from hereon, no questions, just any aid I can present you with...or I can leave now, relieve you of the burden I'm giving you, but deprive you of my aid as well as force you to deal with the fact that you're forcing the burden on someone else."
He'd then go back to looking out the window. "You don't need to decide now. Let's see how things go on this first task. You haven't needed my aid up until now, but perhaps you'll find me indispensable."

The scenery outside would go dark as they entered a tunnel, and gradually they feel the train descend. A soft yellowish glow would be seen outside the window, pin points that flicked by every do often. Sometimes in clumps, sometimes scattered. The glow bugs that lived in the cave system. Risa raised a brow as he explained he didn't care about her intentions. That was somewhat of a relief. Generally people went to authorities and she was left with cleaning up a mess. "If you dont mind my asking, since we're sharing at the moment. Who exactly was it that sent you out with such a title?" She asked.
She watched the scattered light play across his features as they passed by more bugs. The cabin lights of the train staying off so that passengers could enjoy the spectacle. If he was paying attention to her. He'd notice a shift in something about her features. Like a ripple across her skin. She reached for her bag, opening it and grabbing out a black shawl and pulling it around her exposed arms. "I'll give my answer once this job is done. I'm curious to see how you handle it." She admitted, smiling.
The tunnel suddenly opened up, a cavernous opening that housed shiny black stone buildings, with warm yellow lights and glowing windows, lit from the inside by some form or another. It indeed looked like an old gothic city set in eternal nightscape. The cieling above was dotted by the same bugs they'd seen on the way in, looking like a starry night sky. In the distance was the spire of the hospital, a crooked crescent moon hung from the front of it. A thick fog seemed to wash across the city in places, an effect caused by the steam of the mineral water.
"Welcome to the port of Nocturnal."
