Isadora had two hybrid parents. Her father was a cross between a mermaid and a fairy. As a hybrid, he sought to help others like himself. That's when he met Isadora's mother, who was a cross between a genie and a human. At that time, hybrids were unique and foreign to races on Neverland, so the friendship, let alone the existence of hybrids was frowned upon. In order to lay low from the authorities of nearby places such as Atlantica, Isadora's parents ran away together and built themselves a secret sanctuary on a nearby island. It was meant to serve as a place where hybrids could be safe and live as a family.

As hybrids came and went, Isadora's parent's settled down. They had their first and only child, Isadora. Fearing for her safety, Isadora's mother sent her to live with her human grandmother and attempt to live a normal life in France. Things went smoothly, until she found out she carried pieces of her identity with her. She couldn't control it very well, but she had the ability to morph between a fairy, mermaid, and genie at will (not all at once of course).

At first, she thought she was half fairy when she almost fell from the roof of Triton High-school. A year later she fell into the sea by accident and morphed into a mermaid to save herself. She kept these things a secret from her grandmother until she started to become sick. While her grandmother was ill, Isadora wished she'd get better. Out of the blue one day at the hospital, her grandmother got up and showed no evidence of being sick at all. While amazed, the doctors dismissed her grandmother from the hospital and the two of them still live together as Isadora begins her second year of college.

Isadora is a very amiable individual. However, she has trouble getting things done when they need to be and doesn't really have much of a directive. She tends to procrastinate, yet she also conforms to wishes of others even if it's something she doesn't have in mind. This often lands her in sticky situations.

Isadora's forms are not 100% triggered at will. This is due to the fact she is only 1/4th mermaid, etc. In order for them to appear, they have to be triggered in odd ways. Her mermaid form will only trigger when she is completely submerged in water for at least 10 minutes. Her fairy form is triggered when she falls from a large height. Her genie form is triggered when someone (often with good intentions) makes the same wish three times. When this happens, however, there is no telling how long the wish will last or how effective it is.

Being of many races, Isadora is very supportive and patient towards others. She tends to act in a diplomatic way when in contact with other people and wants to help out everyone. Not just people like herself.

Isadora has a total of 4 different forms: Mermaid, Fairy, Genie, and Human. While she chooses to stay in her human form most of the time, she can use her other forms to communicate with other races and appear as they do. She also maintains 25% of the powers of her magic forms (Mermaid, Fairy, or Genie).
