"It's not worth using magic on it," Zircon growled back to her Sinoite, struggling to get the way she seethed back under control. It wouldn't do for them to see her crack under pressure, especially not when her opponent was just a youma, A large one, still dangerous, but she was better, she would always be better than this wretched bird.
The strange obelisk was forgotten for the moment in favor of putting the youma in its place, eyes narrow at its response. Perhaps she should have been wary of how intact the creature was, even after a direct hit, but she was too busy being satisfied with watching parts of its crystalline body chip and crumble away. It might have been a sturdy beast, but it still nearly toppled with one hit. "Allow me to be more clear, then," she clipped, her words through gritted teeth. "You will not cause harm to me or my agents again. In fact, you will not interact with them at all, unless they interact first. And if you ever try to take something from me again, I will personally send you so deep into the Rift that it takes an excavation team to get you back out."
Zircon threaded her hands through the wrappings of her boomerang, apprehensive about the way the raven hopped forward, still so lithe in spite of its size. She could tolerate it being in her space, but she distrusted the look it gave Sweetite, the malicious intent in those beady red eyes. "Nothing you need to worry about," Zircon quipped back to her senshi, keeping her gaze level on the youma. It was clearly still trying to push buttons, to see what it could get away with. Zircon would not risk it getting under anyone else's skin.
"Leave." With an impossible strength for her small figure, Zircon hefted her crystalline boomerang up over one shoulder, where one wing still nearly touched the ground. "Last warning." If it dared stay any longer, she was throwing her weapon with lethal intent.

Only because Zircon was present did Sinoite move closer to Sweetite when the youma turned it's attention to her.
With how Zircon was holding herself, the best course of action was silence. The general did not want them interacting with the youma....then....

There was some instinctual nagging in the back of the bird's mind that told him he should be listening but Koschei was not an average youma. He would not be dismissed by someone lesser than his bonded.
The bonded he had chosen after years of observation, after he had made his triumphant return.
Laughter bubbled from the youma's throat and out his mouth like a gurgle.
"Have you found yourself a peacock? Flaring feathers because an audience has gathered?" Koschei asked, head twisting until it was nearly upside down before springing back to it's 'proper' position.

Her question and offer both quickly dismissed by her superior, Sweetite was too concerned with how the bird was staring her down to be disheartened by the rejection. Any other day and she might have found her shoulders slumping and her lips curling into a pout but the fact there was a giant monster eyeing her kept her on her toes.
Even Sinoite dared to step closer to the corrupt senshi, a worrying sign if the pesky pest was willing to defend his comrade, despite their differences. Absentmindedly, the fiery haired girl shifted until she was further blocked by the tall boy, shying away from the youma's view.
If Zircon didn't want her using her magic, then Sweetite was rendered useless in this fight. With any hope, her General's warning and weapon would see to shooing the mighty bird away.
All she could do was stand there, growing more and more confused as the cryptic words kept leaving the youma's beak.
