Bushi said nothing, merely starred down at Phaedra as she first smacked him, then snapped at him, nothing that he hadn't expected. It was the least of what he deserved after everything that had happened due to Gorvis acting out in such a manner as well as Bushi's world getting revealed to her.

"It changes nothing for me but it's not me that I worry about, Sprite." He said, not sure what she meant exactly since her knowing didn't really change who he was in his own mind but it changed things drastically for her and the twins. Would he act differently with them? That was a good question. It would mean no more hiding his life, no more having to sneak around, but at the same time he didn't want to bring them closer to any of it.

Giving a humming sound he said, "To be honest I find myself uncertain of how to proceed as far as how I should act now that everyone knows everything."

Lifting a hand to scratch it against his beard he found himself quietly contemplating what she'd asked of him. Had he hidden who he as from her? He didn't think that he had but instead he'd just hidden what he did for a living... no wait, not all of it, just a portion of it. She was aware that he bought things from various sources, knew that he tended to break them down and create new pieces out of them, and knew that he then sold them. She just didn't know where the good originally came from. The sources, his ties to the guild, those were things she didn't know but when it came to Bushi himself?

He gave a humming sound before he finally said, "I don't believe so. You may in fact know more about me then some since you actually know my real name for instance." It was a detail he saw no reason to share with anyone before outside of Hestian and the Phaedra. So maybe other then a portion of his job he hadn't really hidden who he was from her? At least that was what he felt was the truth.

Bushi starred down at Phaedra as she suddenly rested her head on his shoulder, something that made him go a bit wide eyed, "Sprite?" He murmured, watching her for a moment, then sighed in relief when she said that nothing had changed for her, that he was still her Bear and she was still his Sprite. He reached out, wrapping his arms around her, and scooped her up off her feet so that he could hug her against his chest tightly.

"I... I'm glad to hear that... Sprite." He murmured, nuzzling against his hair, eyes sinking closed, feeling a great amount of relief go through him. That she would actually allow him another change and just told him that he couldn't keep things from her any longer. He gave a nod of his head, "Of course, nothing more will be kept from you, if anything else comes up you will be the first to know other then me." He'd still do his best to keep everything associated with his job away from her but at least now he didn't have to hide things from her, which was a relief.

He gave a bit of a smile and said, "That makes two of us. As though someone as beautiful and wonderful as you should have fallen for a guy like me." Even if he had been just a merchant he still didn't think that he would have been good enough for such a wonderful, beautiful, talented woman such as Phaedra. Her cooking skills alone were enough to make him loyal to her forever and then some he thought to himself as he walked over to the bed, plopping down on it, before setting her down where she could sit on his lap.

"I think that we can. After the... incident with Gorvis I doubt anyone else is going to think to pick on them." He was sure they would be to scared of Phaedra to want to try. Not to mention that if they knew what they were risking, which was annoying Hestian who wanted something as 'simple' as to get connections in Matori. Giving a nod he said, "I'm sure the twins will be fine... and if you're worried we can always hire... a..." He trailed off at her last words, head cocked to one side.

"Wait... what? Are you?" He found himself looking Phaedra over, eyes going wide, mouth dropping open a little. Had he missed the signs of that? He knew he was a bit oblivious but still! Were there going to be more little ones running around? Did that mean he should be getting to work to help with making sure they had enough money to pay for another addition to the family?

"Oh..." Bushi actually looked a bit disappointed to hear that she wasn't pregnant even though when he'd thought she might be that he had a moment of panic. He gave a slow nod and then said, "I see... well, I guess you probably would have told me if you were."

He gave a thoughtful sound at her question, "Oh! Huh... you know I never thought about it since we have the twins but now that you actually bring it up." He got a bit of a dreamy look on his face, thinking on when the twins were all little and they could carry them around. It would be nice, to have an even bigger family, and he found himself saying, "I had no parents or children growing up, it's why I was so happy to meet you, then have the twins, and the idea of an even bigger family... it's a really nice thought. What do you think? I mean you have the hardest job when it comes to such things."

Bushi seemed to be thinking on it for a moment, running numbers in his head, and said, "If it would make you feel better we could always hire on a someone to help look after them. A bodyguard in the guise of a nanny or something of that manner." He didn't personally think that it was necessary now that Gorvis had been dealt with but if it would make Phaedra feel better then he was fine with hiring some help on. He was sure there were those out there that were in need of work and that would be work in sense. Especially if the protection that the 'nanny' had to offer carried over to the older twins as well.

If he did he had a feeling they'd want extra given the trouble that Shura tended to get into when it came to Dovian. He gave a humming sound and then said, "Then again we might not have to hire anyone since Shura is already protective of Dovian and such things would likely carry over to other siblings as well. We can offer her a bigger allowance to be your helper."

"If she's distracted by her new siblings he might actually have a chance at finding a date... though I'm sure if she did help out with any new siblings that she'd end up just as over protective of them." He could only imagine how much of a mess it would become if she was off picking fights with everyone, even those the same ages as younger siblings. Not something he wanted to think about since it would be messy for sure. It already was since from time to time they heard from parents of those that Shura punched in the name of Dovian.

Blinking a couple times he said, "Huh? Why would you think that?" He actually looked confused. That she could possibly think that he'd get in a relationship and have children as cover, it was a bit beyond what Bushi might do. His version of 'cover' was him being a merchant after all, nothing more. Giving a shake of his head he said, "I wouldn't use you and our children in that manner. The only cover I have is being a merchant, though to be fair I am actually one of those too." He was just a fence on the side was all.

"Ahh..." He started to consider his words, struggled, then gave up and nodded. At the moment, and for likely some time, there was likely no point in trying to defend the boss to her. She didn't like him and that was that. Best to leave it as such.

"I just figured that if you knew what I was like that you would realize that you were far too good for me." He said, giving a slight shrug of one shoulder. He really hadn't thought that anyone like Phaedra would want to be with a mere thief but he hoped that he'd be good enough if he was a merchant. He wondered if he had told her to begin with if she would have stayed with him? Or would he be a single man now without the family that he had now? It was kind of impossible to say though, wasn't it?

Shaking his head he said, "I love you more then anything, Sprite, you need to know that." With those words he hugged him tight, pressing some kisses to each of her cheeks, and then her lips.
