Sylvite gave a lighthearted giggle at the comment about getting caught with her mouth full. "Yeah. It's like, food's fun, talking's fun, so you would think that both would be the best thing ever but then nope,"

Saying that, she spent a bit of time mixing up her yogurt instead of continuing to just snarf it down. "I mean, I guess I was young. A lot of people end up being older than me but it doesn't feel that weird." Maybe some people had thought her age was weird, she hadn't really noticed. She knew Chrysocolla had complained about Order hurting kids a lot but that wasn't the main thing Sylvite thought about. "Like, I wanted this," she said. "I was chasing around youma and stuff determined to be a superhero and I guess the Negaverse liked my enthusiasm or something."

She grinned and then took another, smaller bite of her flavorful concoction. "I bet they liked your enthusiasm, too," she said. "I mean, I do."

Sylvite went all blushy and propped her hands under her chin at the compliment. "Aww, thanks!" she said. "I try really hard!"

At this point she was a little embarrassed about the way that she'd been before, being all stupid and chasing youma and stuff. It was good that Still didn't really seem to care that much. "There's other stuff too, though. Like, if you can be serious, that's really good. We need people like that."

She took a frozen yogurt break while Still asked about memories. With a little shiver, she could still almost feel Umber's hand going through her chest. That wasn't something she was going to forget probably ever.

"Nope," she said, still cheerful, after swallowing her bite. "I think I remember pretty much everything. I mean I forget stuff a lot, but not like that. I know what you're talking about." She tapped her fingernails on her spoon and looked at the crack in Still's forehead. "It might be a senshi thing, but I'm pretty sure it's a you used to be Order thing."

Sylvite shook her head so fast that her curls started flopping around. "Nah. The Negaverse has plenty of serious people." She leaned in close and lowered her voice to a whisper, just in case. Some of the Generals are even total stick butts from what I've heard. I'm just saying it's okay to be serious 'cause that way stuff gets done and it's okay to be fun 'cause that makes life worth living, y'know?"

She leaned back for another big bite of yogurt as she listened to Still keep talking about memories. It was nice that she didn't seem super sad or anything, but she did seem a little confused about a lack of information. Luckily, figuring out stuff like this was slowly becoming Sylvite's jam.

She swallowed. "Wait, who's the friend? Were they Order too? A senshi?" Her eyes were wide and shining with interest, but she put down her spoon and folded her hands in front of her. Yeah, she could be serious. "I could ask around and see if I can figure out what happened if you want?"

Still didn't want her help?

Sylvite deflated a little, her shoulders drooping. She bit her lower lip and blinked twice. "Oh," she said. Then, she went for another bite of frozen yogurt as a quick pick-me-up, except her spoon hit the bottom of the little paper cup.
That was when, she really frowned.

Whatever, it wasn't that big of a deal, right? She nodded at Still and got back into a smile. "I know Haüyne, yeah. Not super well, I just met them once, but they're cool." It was good, she had to remind herself, that Still had other friends to help her.

She piled up her spoon and napkins in her bowl. "I like finding stuff like that out, though. It's like solving mysteries! So if you get more mysteries, let me know, okay?" She looked back up with her big eyes. "Please."

Sylvite smiled bright at the promise of future mysteries. She was pretty easy to keep happy, all things considered, and that was double true right now. Like, even if there weren’t any more mysteries, that would be okay because she had Still. As her friend. Her no questions asked friend! It was great, and she’d just gotten free dessert, too.

She nodded at the question. “Yeah, let’s head out,” she said, not hiding the fact that she was super happy. Still wanted to come with her! She quite literally skipped across the room to throw away her trash. Then, she turned back to Still with a more pointed grin. “There’s still people all over the place. This’ll be easy.” She skipped right out the door.
