Melvin was winded and looked tired. Without coffee he was more or less a zombie and without the luxury of a hot bath or shower, left to tip over a bottle of water and make do, he was even more miserable. It had taken him a while to take the steps one by one to get to everyone and he looked flushed. He would have sat down but being this close to the ground showed how little peopke swept. If he wasn't so small he would have loved the Roomba.

"Hey." He said to the group.

Noemi was bringing some more medical supplies when she heard the mention of the roomba having BLADES and looking at the group gathered.

"Hi Milo." She hugged him back a bit shyly, but still warmly. Her gaze turned away to look at Seren and Rhys before looking back at the car. She sheepishly kicked her foot.

"Um, I found the car....and then one of the life hunters runic'd it..." She looked away, "For...for some money." Noemi hadn't spent a lot of money since her four years on the island. She knew that part of it was going to the house but a good chunk well...

"So...So I bought it....in case of emergencies....Because we've been small...." She looked up at Milo, "For awhile now...."

And then a quiet cough, "How...How are you two?"

“No kidding.” Being two inches tall didn’t help either, as Harper took a look at the group that had slowly been building at the bottom of the stairs. It wasn’t that she hated stairs but when it was going to be more of an effort of climbing a very vertical mountain which with their luck would take more than one day at this rate. Rocking back and forth on her feet she gave a rather uplifting smile despite the situation that had been presented to them.

Sid had slowly trailed behind Artemis, not entirely sure if his roommate saw him or not he seemed mostly unconcerned. Really he was sort of curious why everyone was meeting and even more so what this attacking rhomba looked like.

Hika chuckled a little at Zeke's choice of nickname for her. It was different, and a little odd... Almost like Karu, her... old nickname... But not, and since he both did not know, and was very clearly accepting of her as she was, she decided she liked it. Perhaps it would be different from someone else, but with Zeke, she was fine with it. She listened to everything going on, noticing the pink haired, masked girl who joined them with an interested expression, and a friendly smile, and then was startled when Zeke tugged her in, emitting a small, surprised 'Eep!' sort of sound, but not objecting.

She just hadn't been expecting it, given the general gravity of the situation, and with so many people he knew and might need to greet. She glanced up, and back, noting Ever behind Zeke, and she gave the man she had not actually met a shyly friendly smile. She then noticed Sid coming in, and gave him a warm smile and a wave, glad to see more people she knew.

Dai saw Henry, and gave him a friendly, welcoming smile. "Hey there. Gonna show me how it's done, dealin' with this sort of thing?" He sounded earnest, not at all mocking. "I've never done a mission of any nature before, so I'm hopin' you can give me some pointers."

He glanced over at his sister, and nodded towards her. "You should say hi, too. I bet she'd like to see you." He leaned towards the blue haired boy and murmured "Once she decides you're a friend, she is VERY attached. She... gets attached easily, I think. Something I worry about." He settled back, his expression not at all betraying his words, but there was something in his eyes that showed he meant it.

Seren noted Henry's entrance, and gave the younger man a bright smile, and a wave. She hoped he was doing well, since their spar, and wondered if he would want to train again at some point. She then noticed Sid, who she hadn't seen in MANY months, and Melvin, and gave them both waves of greeting, before refocusing on her conversation.

She couldn't help softly chuckling at the way Milo talked about Noemi. They were adorable together. It wasn't the kinda thing she and Rhys did, exactly... they had their nicknames, but it was a little less cute, she thought, though she had no idea how they looked from the outside... But the important thing was they were clearly happy together, and they were cute. And then Milo realized who Rhys was, and she just smiled, then her eyes went back to Noemi. "Damn, back when we were big? Too late for that, I guess. Pity, that thing is EPIC, right now. Hella cool. Still. Might have to coordinate with you, to work on food transport and stuff, yeah?" And then she asked how they were. "I'd agree with Rhys... We were doing... good. Really good. This bein' tiny stuff is a bit more then a bit stressful."

Her expression went strained for a moment, thinking about all the climbing she had had to do, and how much she hated it, and she leaned back just a little more against her boyfriend, very glad for the arm around her. It made her feel a little more steady, a little more secure. She murmured into his ear "The bright sides are we're still together and have each other to rely on, and there's no one, apparently, NOT tiny so no worries about being stepped on, I... guess?"

"Jesus, Melvin." It seemed pretty clear that Melvin wasn't suited for this kind of relatively rough living -- apparently too used to the minor luxuries that full hunter afforded. As he approached, Ever stepped in to meet him, carefully catching his elbow to make sure he didn't need support.

"Are you sure you should be here?" It was quiet, concerned, lingering for the moment instead of immediately taking off after Zeke. He'd only go if Melvin argued.

There was a beat -- and then a puff of a sigh -- and Ever gave up, trailing a couple steps behind Melvin to follow the group. But as he went he shook out his weapon, ready in hand, and he looked just a little uncomfortable, a knot lingering between his eyebrows.

Sid returned a grin to Hikaru who seemed to also make the meeting, and for the most part fully intact apparently considering the rogue robot vacuum thing on the loose. Even being full sized he couldn’t think of a reason that razor blades should be attached to anything that was supposed to be cute with a cat riding on the back of it as it did the cleaning for you.

“Hey.” The familiar smirk stretched across his face as Artemis looped an arm around his staying close. “Yea, sort of wondering why there is but it probably a good thing we haven’t ran into it before now, not sure we would have been able to escape entirely from it.” It would have been off with your head by vacuum if you weren’t careful. “Guess we are going to have to be careful in not getting hurt or attempting to blow the monstrosity up.”
