Nearly as soon as he was back on his feet, Reinerite yanked at his leg and Aquamarine went flailing down to the floor of the ring again, an ungraceful sprawl of slender limbs and messy hair. The air was forced from his lungs on impact, leaving him to cough and wheeze oxygen back in. He rolled slowly, trying to get back onto his feet as quickly as possible, but the hard crash into the floor left him both winded and dazed.
“Son of a b***h,” he gasped out.
Aquamarine fumbled with his dagger. It almost fell from his hand on impact, but he managed to tighten his grip around it and hold on. He was too slow to climb back onto his feet before, so Aquamarine spun on the floor and made a reckless attempt to plunge his dagger into one of Reinerite’s feet. Unfortunately, his aim was poor, and it did little more than graze the side of her shoe.

Reinerite couldn't help but feel a little smug as Aquamarine went flailing for the second time, although she tried to keep if off her face–
Well at least for the most part, although her smile edged up in a small smirk as she summoned back her staff to her hand despite the fact that she was starting to feel tired.
It was perhaps as well that she had been watching Aquamarine because the other Captain made a lunge towards her from the ground with dagger in hand at a speed that was faster than she would have liked - and whilst she was able to dodge the move to some extent he was still close enough that she felt the slight p***k of the dagger.
Tightening her grip Reinerite tried to force him back by swinging her staff at him. snowglobe end out - although the attempted swing was a lot more awkward given the close range of the other Captain.Current HP: 11/30 Damage: 1 =============

 There were medical aid stations set up around the fighting ring, along with bottles of water and snacks to keep up stamina and nutrition. Aurostibite stepped over, waving a red flag.
