III_of_Wands Day: 17 THeme: Pen/Sacrifice/ flying machine  comments: I've got people assuming I can break a $20/50/100'sat 11 in the morning because of the 'endless' limit of credit cards, I suspect. I don't work at the ' National Bank of fast food and heart attacks'. I work in a fast food restaurant. Today, people handing me $100's, tomorrow, everyone forgetting you can't forget the broke people on the Terra forma.

Theme: Screw/ questioning
*Bad Company*
The frustration had turned into a full blown migraine. The elevator music had gone sour a year ago. All she wanted to do was ask about a withdraw from a company that had dropped her like a hot potato once they realized there were whales to be speared in the industry.
"I. hate. this. company." The music, eight adverts, and the reminder the company 'cared' for their customers had her nearly crushing the phone.
"Why can't I reach billing and why won't this group number work?!!". Forty minutes had passed at this point, and a trip to the bank would soon be in order if another human being didn't assist soon. The secondary phone was utilized, and she was very patient at this point. The first phone was going on 50 minutes. "Hi, how can we help you today?" was heard after a short 10 minutes. Internally, the customer wanted to use a number of expletives and tell the company to stop with automatic assistance. ****ed machine probably had her *** on loop for 20 minutes now!! "Your system won't take my numbers, and I need to know why a company that dropped me is charging me?". Ten minutes of questioning and assistance with a second party later, she finally heard the explanation. While much was explained, it occurred to the girl that she never used the insurance that the company (who'd chosen to ignore her her member ID and group numbers) at all. Time to drop toxic companies.
2 minutes later, the insidious creature that called itself an insurance company was part of her past, but not her future. The migraine was turning into a headache, so the Advil was working. Hopefully she's receive the check they'd promised her.
comments: I've had it with today. A filling, no nap, and a terrible business practice have given me nothing but pains.

The woman gave him the stink eye. Luis Lane was a beautiful woman, who never doubted his ability to write articles, or to love him regardless of his quick disappearances every so often. Really, Clark Kent had no clue why she put up with his phony excuses, but he put it up to couples loving each others' farts. Still, he'd hoped she'd acknowledged his efforts on the diamond.
He didn't have to cough up two paychecks at the local jewelry store. Was that where it all went wrong? Clark Kent didn't sacrifice his hard earned presidents' so Luis Lane doesn't believe his love deserves the best? Superman goes to Saturn, brings her genuine diamonds, and he would have brought her to along to see the rainfall of those glittering gems! She'd be falling at his feet. Clark Kent cleans it up, chisels it, crams it into a ring slot..and she gives him an stare.
Where did Superman go right and Clark Kent go wrong?

III Of Wands Day: 27 Theme: Spidercomments: I love my spider. <3 FOR Chii: Rabbit dreamsKaroline looked around, lost. She swore she was in her bed, and woke up to this..forest.
She looked heavenwords and found herself surprised. "There's a blue moon, and music, but from where?" She spun in a circle, as she wondered down the dirt path before her, utterly confused. Following the tune, she found herself at an enormous tree, with nearly invisible steps all the way up the tree. Even when she reached the top, she could hear the music; clearer then ever, but with no discernible source!
A soft voice reached her ears then, asking if she enjoyed the view, and then telling her it's was perfectly alright if she came to visit again. The girl was floored by the sudden voice, and woke up suddenly. Blinking rapidly, Karoline wondered how she would ever get back to that place again.
