"I don't think it's as simple as that," Laodica said thoughtfully. "I mean... you're both people. People aren't usually all-good or all bad. You just... follow different paths, right now. And I've got to decide if - if I like the one I'm on, or if I need a new one. Right?" It wasn't a perfect analogy, really, but it was the closest she could guess, for the moment.

"But... I don't think I had a choice in waking up on this side," she added, batting around the hazy memories she had deliberately forgotten, of a cat and... someone Else, "So if I do stay on it, I want it to be because I choose to. And the same if I decide to take the other path instead! So - so I'll be careful." She had been thinking about finding out more, and if the decision was made for simply accepting it, but... but this idea sounded better.

"I'll need to be careful who I ask on your side too, won't I, miss Elpis?" She didn't know much right now but if there were people willing to be cruel on her own... surely there were people willing to be the same on the other? Or at least unwilling to listen. "How do I know who's safe to talk to?"

"You can't be forced to join us." Elopius said, and smiled. "But caution is good."

And... Choice. A topic Elpis knew, one important to Kasih. The senshi sighed, and pet Laodica's hair, kneeling.

"You deserve the right to choose. And Ihope you choose what makes you happiest." Elpis said, softly. "An option I can give. And names-- Safe names, on my side to talk to, if you want, sweetie." She motioned, and pulled a pen and paper out, writing down a list rapidly.

Coffinite had to admit... He was gratefuil the senshi and Kells were being helpful, his own sins aside. Fore Laodica, this was good. For her, sure, but it did mean much, and he watched patiently, stroking Laodicva's hair gently as he mused. Ruminated, and finally, he nodded.

"Do, by the way, tell Kells know I am truly sorry for biting him." Coffinite drawled. "Now, Laodica... I've tea with someone tonight. Will you be alright?"

Elpis blinked, and motioned.

"I can take her on patrol with me if she wants. Do ligfht battle training." She looked to Laodica.

"In case someone DOES try hurting you for asking for help, it's best to be able to protect yourself. Would that be alright?"

"But you can be forced to join the side I'm on?" Laaodica asked, wanting the clarification although she already had a suspicion. That probably said a lot about the side she was on, right there. But... she wasn't ready to decide anything, not yet. And moreso when it might mean leaving behind the one person who seemed to care about her...

Well. She was trying to Not think about that; after all she had loved... or at least wanted to love the people she called her parents. And he had... probably, at least - mmmmn....

No, she didn't like thinking about that, so instead Laodica held her hand out for the list and nodded. "I should... I should go back to school, soon, anyway. Uhm. Thank you both. And - I guess I could learn some fighting things, as long as I don't have to start anything?"

Coffinite nodded, hugging Laodica softly before turning to leaver, and Elpis nodded.

"You won't, honey." She soothed. "It's self defense. See you soon then?"

Laodica watched Coffinite go, then turned back to Elpis. "Thank you," she said, offering a small smile to the powerful Order-side member, then moved off herself. She took her time, walking slowly and allowing herself to think - or maybe it was simply that she didn't want to go back too soon, to face sympathetic ... or faux-sympathetic stares from the people at her school.
