Her head nodded as Ujana said that she wanted to be sure. It made sense now that she thought about it. There was that unrest with the extremists. And there were still some that didn't accept hybrids all that well. Ariya was not one of them though. When her lover asked her if she was serious about another son she nodded her head with a grin. "Oh yes! I want a son and a daughter! We're going to ask Aisha for more children!" Ariya could just see it now. Many many blooms just for her and Ujana! The chubby warrior practically wanted to squeal.

Ujana didn't think she'd ever seen Ariya this excited in her life. She couldn't help smiling just watching as her lover tried to contain it all. Had she been this way when she-? "You know, when I first saw Subira, I was really jealous. I thought that someone else had gotten to you first." Not that it would have stopped Ujana, she had no problem with multiple lovers after all, but she did want to respect the sanctity of family.
"Is it the same? Asking for a kid on your own as it is with someone else?" She kind of assumed it was the same tree and all, but she didn't know if there was a special process involved, or if she'd have to go through an inspection to be allowed near Aisha...

As Ujana mentioned her jealousy she smirked at her. "Oh really? Now that would be cute to see." After a chuckle and a shake of her head she moved closer to her girlfriend. "Don't worry, I was jealous that I had to share you with the earthling man." Though she was glad to have Eurig out of it. "It's the same. You seek Aisha's blessing." Though sometimes it could get tricky. "It's basically laying out your heart and showing her that you desire to have a child gifted to you. She will judge and figure out if you are worthy." Her smile softened as she spoke. "I was honored to receive Subira. I know she will bless us with another child." Ariya nodded her head.

"You were pretty quick to tell me that Subira only had one mother, so you never got the chance to see me get huffy." In the end she'd been the one with the most temptations; flaunting Oddrick around while she tried to get pregnant with his son. It had definitely been a strange time in their relationship, but one she wouldn't trade for the world now that she had Eurig.
Ujana reached out for Ariya's hand, "And if she doesn't the first time, we'll keep trying. I don't mean to brag- Ah hell, I'm gonna brag. I'm awesome, you're awesome, our family is awesome, and if anyone's going to be able to appreciate that then it should be her." Fears of being rejected, and shunned were being pushed to the back. The fact that they might not even be gifted a child at all?....Worrisome, but nothing that Ujana was going to dwell on.
"Let me finish up things here tonight, and we'll go in the morning. The sooner the better, right?"

She had been quick to tell Ujana that Subira had no other mother. Mostly because she didn't want to lose the chance with the woman. Still, it would have been nice to see some jealousy. "Well, you've gotten plenty huffy since then over other things."When Ujana said that if they weren't blessed the first time they would try again it made Ariya wrap her arms around her. "I am the luckiest woman." After all, who would try and try again if Aisha didn't bless them? She placed a kiss to her lover's cheek and grinned again. "You finish up here and I will go pack." She could also tell Subira and get things settled there.

"No s**t." Ujana laughed. That's what Ariya had signed up for when they'd started dating and so far it hadn't scared the alk away. Most would tell her not to push her luck, but Ujana liked to think that it added a little spice to things.
She slipped her arms around Ariya's waist, and snugged herself as close as possible. No one, but Ariya could be so soft and so solid at the same time. It was a strange feeling; one that filled her with warmth. All she wanted was to build a big family with this woman, and while they had a good start Ujana could only see things going up from here.
Ujana pulled away with a smile, and a little nod. There was so much she needed to do before they left, but none of it was pushing past the barrier of excitement inside of her mind. Surely Aisha wouldn't deny them; Ujana, more so than most earthlings, had built a life around alkidike hybrids and respected their culture. She knew a lot of them didn't care for her kind but that didn't matter, so long as Aisha herself could see the good in it.
She just had to hope for the best.
