There was a pause as Nash stumbled, a strange expression flickering across his face. After a moment, he said, dragging the whip back to him, "Everybody wears makeup..?"
It was half an oddly cautious question, half almost a wary concern. Nash was too used to people ******** him over in that department, too used to all of the s**t that he had gone through as a child, having lipstick stains on his face from it being smeared cruelly across his cheek. But Cee didn't look or sound like the sort of person to be that way.
"I mean. Yeah. I'd like that."

"Hell ya-" Cee snorted, "Everyone. Erry celeb you seen on TV or the internet. Even my dad and his business man friends get facials and manicures and pedicures and use cover up and face cream. They ain't gonna talk about it but it's true." She eyed Nash a bit because he usually seemed so confident on the twittersphere and here he was almost uneasy about the subject matter. Dudes. He was distracted to the point of not doing much in the way of attacking. "It's a date then, bro.." She grinned and simultaneously struck with her whips, "After I whoop yer a** in this spar.." Now she was goading him back in the fight. That was more fun. -- HP: 45/50 Dmg: 9 Charge: 2/3

He was still frowning a little, trying to work through this in his head, because it didn't really make sense to him, as much as he played it off with everyone else. Nash's head snapped up as Cee spoke, a sharp grin spreading across his face.
The whips collided with him, smacking him across the chest just as Nash flung his own whip out in a hard swing that almost had him overbalancing. Except this time his whip tangled with Cee's and had him staggering, Nash sliding on the grass a little with a yelp.
"s**t - ow - that s**t hurts - "

The tangled whips were stupid inconvenient and as Nash slid into the grass she nicked him with her own even as she drew them back. "s**t.." She laughed lightly, walking forward, her whips at her sides now, "I don't think whips mix man.. You okay?" Snap was humming for more, for a FEAR release, but she knew that by now his shield may be on his last legs. HP: 41/50 Dmg: 8 Charge: 3/3

"Ow."
Nash was breathing heavily, bent over the whip around his feet. He propped himself up a little and turned his head to look at Cee, a grin touching his flushed face, sweat beading on his brow. After a moment, he flopped back down into the grass.
"Okay, okay," he said with a laugh. "I give. You win. That s**t hurts."

Cee grinned and dismissed Snap, both whips disappearing and her angle bracelet showing back up on her leg even while there was a displeased feeling from the weapon at being robbed of another FEAR attack. She approached, looked for a suitable patch of grass, and flopped herself down beside him, "Yers is nasty too." Cee shoulder bumped Nash, "Ya'right though? I think I git ta do that makeover cause I won, ya know."

He was breathing heavily, still collapsed in the grass. After a moment, there was Cee beside him, looking as comfortable as ever, in spite of the fact that she had just soundly kicked his a**. But it had been a good fight, regardless of this fact.
The makeover was a little daunting. Nash took a breath.
"I'm good. And I'm still down for that, yeah."

She hooked her arm around his and squeezed, "It'll be hot. I swear. I'll crack a bottle and s**t." And until then she'd chill with him and wait for him to recover. She was a higher rank of course, but didn't view herself as a battle champion. Still- it did wonders for her ego to actually do a decent job.
