Like any young girl, Charybdis loved praise. Being told she had done well pleased her immensely, and she bounced up onto her toes. The other senshi was very brave, as he rushed in towards Ugly Laverne, using his magic. Whatever he did, the gargoyle was beginning to wobble, and Giulia had to move her stick into position. Hopefully, the creature wouldn't use their wings to escape. If it tried, she would need to help Caliban escape! No man gets left behind!
"Push him!" she urged, bracing the board between a pew and the gargoyle. "Kick him with your foot!" Not that there was anything else to kick him with, it was called kicking! "We can't let him fall the wrong way!" But the board- would it hold? Would the gargoyle be hurt, or would... "I'm ready to run away if this doesn't work!" she promised. "We can do it!" If they had to run away, they could come back another time with someone else. With all the Halloween problems, there would surely be someone willing to help stop a bad!

Well at least the kid was ready to make a break for it if this plan didn't work. He nodded to her quickly before racing behind the gargoyle, and pushing it from there. It flailed a bit, trying to hit him with one of it's wings, but somehow he managed to dodge it, and it fell forward onto the board and... it broke apart! And then it poofed! Caliban was paralyzed for a few seconds, processing what just went on, when his brain finally caught up with the situation and he breathed a large sigh of relief. "Well, at least that worked. Though I had one last magic cast in me just in case we needed it." He looked over at Charybdis. "Thanks for the help kid. But uh... we should probably get going now and not stay here any longer. How about I walk you home? That way we can exchange phone information on the way."

For a moment she thought it wasn't going to work, and her breath caught in her nervous little throat. Would Caliban be fast enough? Would Boop be able to hold on for long enough? Was everything going to go right?! It was a moment where she wondered if one little breath out would push the monster in the wrong direction- but then he shifted. And then he toppled for her, and Giulia remembered she kind of needed to get out of the way!
Ugly Laverne vanished without even a goodbye, and she considered for a long moment. "I am glad we didn't need your last magic," she decided, and looked up. The bad feeling was gone, if only for a moment. "You can take my picture for your senshi phone. I can't let you walk me home, but that is an awful nice offer." Caliban was so kind! "You seem like you know an awful lot." it must be because he was old. Er. Older. "I can't wait to be strong so I can pop the bad guys like you did! BAM!"

Caliban didn't feel good about letting the little chibi senshi walk home by herself. After all, they could power down and he could walk her home. But... as much as he wanted to question the choices of a little girl, she had made it here by herself, so she should at least know her way back to her home. He sighed. "All right, hold still a bit." He replied, quickly snapping a picture of her to store her information in his phone. "I don't know if I know a whole lot. I've mostly just been getting by at this point." He replied, though he was happy for the compliment. "Well you can be strong too! But just make sure to be careful. You don't have the uh... same experience as I do so don't overestimate yourself." He looked over to the hole that they had gone through to get in here. "Let me walk you outside at least. Then you go home." He would wait and watch her for a bit, unless he felt her power down. And then he himself would be going back to his apartment and hopefully wouldn't be having nightmares about the gargoyle. Something about it reminded him of his home planet that he hadn't really wanted to remember.

Charybdis tried to hold still, not even striking a ridiculous pose. Instead, she tried very hard to hold still and look cute. And quickly it was over, and he was inputting her in the phone. "Oh!" she pulled out her own bright pink phone, snapping a picture of her new friend as well. "You're doing gooder than I am!" she told him, reaching out to pat the older senshi on the arm, since he wasn't sure how much he knew. "So be proud!"
Not having his experience made sense, and the short blonde nodded sagely, stretching to her full four feet in height, arms going over her head, spine popping and cracking as she flexed. "I will try and be careful, and if I run into too many problems I will call for Boop and then call Ara, or you, or Itsuki, or one of the big senshi I know." She let him lead her for the door, humming happily, off-key.
"We did very good tonight," she told him before she parted. "Go team!" and then she darted down the street.
Surely.... surely tomorrow would be better. No more creepy gargoyle! Right?
