Nadiya nodded, "Sounds like a good plan. Even with a mount I would suggest go traveling shoes and a bag with plenty of journals for notes is a definite." She tapped her fingers on her chin thoughtfully, "As for mounts I would suggest a Xaraan. They're great land birds that can't fly but run super quickly. They also have a gentle temperament for the most part, if not a playful one."

Ila had no idea what a Xaraan was but she nodded and smiled at Nadiya. She would heed the advice though and ask how to get this Xaraan she spoke of. “Oh yes, I plan on bringing back plants and notebooks.” She didn't want to share all of her plans, of course, just in case, someone did want to steal her research or something. Ila was a bit paranoid about her research like that. “I've already got a bag but I am shopping for one more today.” Then all that was left was to pack and say her goodbyes to her family. That was going to be interesting. “What about you?”

"Definitely would recommend a Xaraan then since you can even add a traveling pack to their backs." Nadiya smiled, "I rode one or two in the past since my older brother is a traveling merchant." She chuckled, "It was always fun to swing my feet from their backs since I'm so short." The Matori shrugged her shoulders, "Me?" She blinked in surprise before grinning, "I'm simply looking around. I want to perform in one of your theaters soon, but I need good attire for it." The bard pursed her lips as she held up another ribbon, "That and my hair is getting longer so I need more ribbons to hold it back." This time she was determined to keep growing it out since she wanted more of a feminine air than the tomboyish one she had always kept before.

“I've never ridden anything.” This Tendaji business was seriously turning into a whole learning experience. Ila was going to have a lot of firsts with this excursion and she hoped she was going to make it back alive.
“Ah well, try to go with something flashy but not super flashy.” Ila rubbed the back of her head, that was horrible advice! “Nothing too flashy really, if you hadn't noticed most of us like darker tones.” she didn't know how most Tendajians lived without leather. They all wore so much cloth!
“Your hair is very nice,” Ila tugged on the end of a strand. She never did anything with her own hair.

Nadiya chuckled, "Then you'll be in for some sore calves, but it'll be fun." She grinned, "All apart of the adventure, right?" She glanced towards Ila and nodded at the suggestions, "I'll keep that in mind though i do love to put a bit of blue into things." Nadiya teased, "Though one would think I'm blue enough as is." Tilting her head at the compliment Nadiya beamed, "Thank you!" Already the strands were touching her shoulders which was far longer than her hair had been in years! It was nice though to feel it against her back again and she was excited to see what styles she could come up with for her new attire.
Maybe she should ask her sister...oh her sister!
Gasping Nadiya raised a hand to her mouth, "Whoops! I forgot I was supposed to meet my sister at a cafe soon. I'm so sorry but I really have to bolt. I hope you have the best tie in Tendaji though and that we meet again." She grinned as she waved, "Take care!"
