The crying was almost too much, chocolate ears flattening against his skull as he looked away unsure of what to say or do.
Theodore's initial reaction was to be smug and snooty but this...this was a crying kitten and somehow she made him feel bad about the fact that he had the best, most perfect senshi partner to be bonded to ever.
How dare she.
Theodore started to get huffy.
"It's not my fault you can't bond with your loser boyfriend. Or that Dia has me and doesn't need you." His nose turned up. "Just means I'm better than you."

The more Theo said....
The harder the kitten cried.
Obviously he was right, no wonder Dia didn't want her either. She was just a mess of kitten tears.
"Then..then I should leave..." The kitten hiccupped, before jumping down and started a slow walk away from the candy shop. If Theo was the only one Dia wanted, then...then she should just go home.
It'd be for the best.

Cat brows were high, almost high enough that they could be hidden by the top hat on his head. Rosy eyes were wide and his ears were almost flat against his head.
What in the sweet name of candy was wrong with this crybaby kitten?
As she left, he merely stared at her, trying to figure out what the heck just happened. 'Yeah, don't come back until you learn to be a proper lady!"
With that, Theodore hopped down and found his way into the sweet's shop.
