Mano gave a nod of his head before he easily swept Kyrian up into his arms, giving him a smile, "You hear that, Honey? You can stay here as long as we need. That means she will be able to keep an eye on you." Good not only to make sure that he was brought back to the peak of health but also because it meant a second pair of eyes keeping him from wandering off when everything was so dangerous at the moment. That Kyrian wandered so far on his own despite the threat of the Dretch worried Mano. He needed to be more aware of his surroundings so he could stay safe.

At the mention of Mano finding a homestead he gave a nod of his head, "Yes... but I wanted to get it ready before I showed it to you. I guess that maybe I should have brought you there earlier." Maybe if he'd done that maybe Kyrian would have been kept safe he thought to himself, giving a little sigh.

Heading into the room that the healer had let them borrow he moved to lay Kyrian down, "Alright, you need to get some rest... no, a lot of rest. We can talk about bodyguards and giant beasts with lots of teeth to protect you later." A horde of snaptrotters, perhaps? Those should be enough to keep Kyrian safe.

Mano gave a shake of his head and said, "I am not leaving now. I have to keep an eye on you and make sure that you don't get into anymore trouble today, Honey. For all I know you might sneak off to try to make friends with a yaotl pup next." He said, lifting a hand up to ruffle Kyrian's hair in a gentle manner before he moved to get a nice, light blanket to lay over him. He set to work tucking it around him before he said, "I know that bushi bites can be pretty terrible, some times come with shivers and stuff, so you will want that."

After looking around around he found some more pillows, bringing them over to stack them up behind Kyrian so that he could be more comfortable, "Alright, now you should be able to rest up in a comfortable manner." He should probably also make sure to not only have on hand the medicine that the healer had mixed up for him but also see about having some good water too. Anything that he might need to get back onto his feet.

Mano lifted a hand to soothe it through Kyrian's hair in a gentle manner before he said in a teasing fashion, "What's not to love when it comes to me?" He said, wanting very much to give him a kiss... but felt that it wasn't the time. He needed to rest up, to get better, and once he was on his feet again then he could see about smothering him with all the affection he wanted and then some. That was the plan at least.

He gave a smile and said, "Honey, you focus on getting better, alright? After that maybe I will bring you to see the house I've been working on." Pushing to his feet he then said, "Let me see about getting you some water. I'm sure that drinking fresh water will be good for you."

Mano watched Kyrian closely, taking in every detail as the blond seemed to sink into sleep. Sleep would be good for him, it would help speed up the healing process... or so he hoped. It tended to be how it worked when one got hurt or caught a cold at least. Here was to hoping that sleep helped with bushi bites as well he thought to himself as he soothed back some of Kyrian's hair in a gentle manner.

He only looked away when the woman spoke up, telling him about the poscuta and it's role in everything. It seemed that the creature was in charge of making sure that the patient's breathing was alright? He gave a nod and said, "That sounds like a great skill for a beast to have." Something that he was pleased with since it meant if anything started to look off that the rodent would alert the woman. She then brought in water as well, offering it to him, saying that it would help flush the toxins.

"I will make sure he drinks it the moment he wakes then." If that would help him to get better faster then he'd be sure that Kyrian drank all the water he needed. He'd do anything and everything that she asked if it meant Kyrian getting back on his feet, whole and healthy once more.
