Mano gave a smile as the other mentioned treating him to lunch before asking him if there was anything he was having a craving for. All he could do at that was give Sapphire a once over, giving him a grin. Oh, he could think of at least one thing... and as though reading his mind the pretty Sapphire mentioned having a taste for fish himself. So they were of a similar mindset as far as that was concerned.

His grin only spread as he looked down at the one holding onto his arm and said, "I think I could really go for the same thing myself."

“Perfect~” Leukos purred as he began walking, leading his newfound companion along out of the tent. As much as he enjoyed toying with wordplay like this, he hadn’t been entirely tongue-in-cheek: Leukos really was craving some fish. Any sort of protein really, and since they were on an island surrounded by water, it only made sense for seafood to be the most inexpensive and plentiful option.

He carried these thoughts on his mind as he sought out a vendor to acquire some food, eventually locating what he was looking for. Sizzling on an open grill were rows of gutted and filleted fish, whose cooked meat was scraped out and unloaded into little pita-pockets with a spoonful of rice. Releasing the other Matoran for a moment, he fished the proper coin out of his pouch to pay, receiving two servings of the tasty looking snack. Leading the pair away from the hustle and bustle of the vendor, he leaned back against a stone wall as he offered one of the steaming pouches of protein to his companion. “Here, you can put the rug down for a moment to eat,” he said, nibbling a bit of the breading himself.

“And not to be clever or anything…I just figured it’s best to not attempt to perform on an empty stomach.” He offered him a pert grin, cocking an eyebrow as he continued, “Think of this as the appetizer before the main course~”

As Mano followed along after the pretty Sapphire he found himself wondering for a moment where they were headed... until he saw the food that the other had lead them to. For a moment he looked around, a touch confused. So he'd actually been talking about food for real then? Had Mano been the only one that was thinking about a different sort of fish he was craving? Ah well, an actual meal still sounded good to him so he wasn't too terribly put out. At least he'd still be able to enjoy the company of the pretty Matorian that he was carrying a rug for.

Giving a nod he shifted the weight of the rub before setting it down on the ground on one end, wanting to keep as much of it off the ground as possible. Once he'd done so he took the food that was offered to him, "My thanks, Sapphire." He said before he started to eat the rather tasty snack of fish meat.

A few bites in though he was being told that the fish was because he didn't want to 'perform' on an empty stomach, something that caused him to chuckle. So this was an appetizer and the pretty Sapphire was the main course then? Something that put quite a smile on his face before he said, "I am more then looking forward to said main course I assure you."

Eating slow enough to savor the flavors of his meal was proving to be more of a challenge than Leukos had foreseen, eagerness to sample some of the other man making him eat with more gusto than usual. But he didn’t want to appear uncouth, so he made sure to glance up every so often to keep pace with the speed the other Matoran ate at. And once it looked like he was only a bite or two away from being finished, Leukos was already done, scooping up the rug and the other man’s unoccupied hand to lead him down the entrance of an alley to their left.

After making one or two turns, they came upon a dead end, a narrow space boxed in by the exterior walls of buildings. And unusally clean as well, much to Leukos’ surprise. But the main benefit of the space was that there was an empty clothing line strung up above their heads. He released the other’s hand to unfurl the rug, looking over his shoulder at him, “It may appear to be merely an empty alley. But with the right adjustments…” He tossed the rug over the rope, which bowed slightly under the weight so that there was now a makeshift wall of textile blocking the path. “…It’s now a private room for two. All it needs now are the guests.”

Leukos turned, hooking his thumbs in the belt at the stranger’s waist as he pulled him back into the nook he had created. He grinned seductively at him, purring against the skin of his neck as he began unfastening the belt buckle, “Let’s see if you can keep your voice contained…lovely Emerald~”

It wasn't long after the two of them had finished their meal that Sapphire was suddenly the scooping up the rug in his stead in one arm, then with the other took hold of his hand and moved to lead him off. Giving a grin he said, "A take charge sort? I like that, Sapphire." His afternoon was getting better and better he thought to himself in a delighted manner.

The two of them were soon heading into a twisting alleyway, finding a nice dead end in which the pretty Sapphire was quick to set up shop. It seemed that the rug was useful for more then just a pretty piece of decoration, it also make for a great makeshift wall to give them a degree of privacy. Giving a grin he said, "This is perfect! You found yourself a great little hide out, Sapphire."

As the other man caught hold of him, pulling him into the alleyway room made for two Mano was only too eager to follow.
