__ When she turned into lightning once again he panicked and turned his Satetsu scarf into a whole body B-Rank shield by pouring chakra into it and instantly wrapping it around his whole body, including his head and hands. He was noticeably much faster than before, perhaps that slowing technique wore off. With the powerful iron sand scarf shield around him, his hearing started to return to him and he began to feel less stunned. He could feel a powerful blast of chakra behind him and he was adequately protected, but had to use the magnetic field around him to reinforce and catch himself. Although the scarf blocked his vision so he was unsure as to what it was. After the blast was over one of the tails of his scarf immediately unwrapped and turned into a large iron right fist which was sent towards Zhi's midsection. If it made contact then it would send her flying back through the burning Savanna and out of the ring because it was still enhanced by a large amount of chakra.
Zhi was much tougher than he gave her credit for originally. He was worried that she might be overexerting herself and her chakra reserves. "Maybe I should ask her to be in a squad with me." He thought before he raised his voice to speak to her, but he was unsure if she would hear him. "It's over Zippy, I can defend myself against every attack you make! The show's over, please surrender before you strain yourself!" Based on her personality it seemed unlikely that she would give up, but Tetsuhiko figured it was good sportsmanship to give the suggestion because he cared about his fellow Suna ninja's wellbeing. His voice was loud and clear, but he still wanted to protect himself in case she might sneak in another attack.

__ Zhi landed again, highly disappointed yet hardly surprised by her lack of impact with her final endeavor. She watched him ward off the damage by manipulating more iron sand into his metallic scarf and extending it around himself. She managed to throw him pretty far still, but it didn't come close to her intended goal. 'I definitely can't keep this up.' Zhi sighed heavily just before Tetsuhiko spoke out at her. She straightened up her posture, took in a deep breath and laughed out loud, "Kyak haha ha!! I know, I already know! I went and burned myself out pretty bad." Where her profound hyperactive energy came from, nobody would likely ever know. Zhi skipped over to where Tetsuhiko would probably come down to land. She called up at him, "Okay! You win this time T-fizzle! But I'll want a rematch eventually, so you better be ready when I come to challenge you again!! Heh heeh!" Zhi offered the puppeteer a fist bump to secure a feeling of comradery. Honestly, she could have fought until the bitter end, but doing that made no sense if she could just go do something more productive with her day by accepting and learning from her failures. Yup, after this she was just going to go find something to eat and get back to training. Well... maybe she'd skip the meal to try training while watching the other matches. Who knows?

__ Tetsuhiko slowly lowered himself down to earth again when he heard her response. He was admittedly relieved that she was accepting his offer of surrender and avoiding the inevitable stalemate and utter exhaustion that would entail. He winced as he heard her loud laughter, but was glad that she was not terribly overexerted. Now he was fully recovered from the stunning and ear ringing which was a nice feeling. He watched as she skipped over to him as his boots planted onto the ground and his scarf returned to its normal position. "How is she gleefully skipping? I suppose there's a certain whimsy to that I can appreciate." Tetsuhiko never got to know Zhi terribly well over the years and only knew that she was fast and was not hot with names. He was glad to have fought her in this battle, she really tested to limits of his fighting style.
His fist collided with her's in a friendly fashion and he smiled at her. "It's rare to meet someone who lives up to her reputation.I accept your offer for a rematch. Be ready for another...sublime performance!" The twinkle in Tetsuhiko's eyes returned as he flipped his locks with the hand he used for the fist bump. "This is the sort of person I want to do missions with in the future. She is around the same level of combatant as me even though she admitted surrender in the first round." He noted to himself although he was afraid of the prospect of fighting yet another person of her level in the next round. He made a hand signal to the proctor to alert the head game maker to call the match in his favor. With that, he magnetically returned all of the scattered ammunition to his puppets before dismissing them back to their scroll. His chakra threads and the magnetic field then disappeared.
He raised his arms to the audience after this in a victorious stance. "The Sand's greatest artist, Tetsuhiko Hanzo, has won the first round! With this battle complete, I declare my love for Sadayo! You were the fire in my heart which allowed me to win this battle!" The croud roared in response as he smiled and waved his arms theatrically. "No battle has ever been so...BEAUTIFUL!" The dramatic male performed a fantastic victory dance before the audience in order to maintain his stage performance. After that he bowed appreciatively to his many fans.
The Hanzo family had been watching in the premium section of the stands cheering on their beloved prince. "I'm so glad my sweet prince won! That sure was a close fight, they both did so great!" Tetsuotome, his mother and the famous retired Iron Maiden of Sunagakure smiled and stood up for a standing ovation with a kind delight in her voice. "He should've followed in his mother's footsteps and used his iron sand to trap her in an iron coffin and lacerate her to death." She thought vindictively as he grinned ear to ear in the joy of her sadism before stuffing it back down again. "He did well, but he should've trusted the powers of his blood more instead of prancing about with those dolls." Hachiro, the father of Tetsuhiko and the patriarch of clan Hanzo spoke up after his wife as he applauded his son from a seated position to his wife's right. Maternal grandpa Kazama applauded as well from his exhausted seated position to his daughter's left before giving his evaluation. "My Lord, you must admit, the boy has a talent in puppetry that is at mastery level already as a young Genin. As a retired puppeteer myself, I've never seen anything like it. Using his Jiton to overcome the limitations of the Kugutsu strings is inspiring." Kazama was not born with the magnet release himself and was somewhat envious of the boy, but proud of his grandson nonetheless for using what he taught him.

Bouncing onto her left foot and flashing a peace sign next to her eye with the hand used for their fist bump. Turning the stage over to the victor, Zhi would vanish in a briefly present plume of smoke so that Tetsuhiko could fully enjoy his encore. It was time for her to get moving again. Go go go!!

__ After a long while, Tetsuhiko finally finished enjoying the notoriety. Exhaustion began to set in, he knew there were furniture in the observation deck. The adrenaline of the live performance had worn off completely by now and he craved sweet slumber. Mindlessly, he walked out of the arena, avoiding the flaming areas of course. Now it was time for him to have a break before the next match.
