He almost choked on the nugget at the mention of Mr. Willows, but Akio managed to swallow the bite he was working on, his now free hand gently patting on the front of his chest for assistance. It would appear that he was still being targeted by his girlfriend's father and... well, knowing what he looked like, it absolutely terrified Akio Yoshida to no end. The arm around her waist still lingered as he rubbed against it gently, ensuring his grip remained above clothing and cordial, despite the small voice in his head telling him to do otherwise and forget the dinner and movie altogether. "Mmhm," He nodded in addition, emphasizing his understanding. While he did understand what it was like to be busy, he couldn't help but selfishly want all of her time for himself - did that make him a bad person, to feel that way? "I suppose with someone as wonderful as you are that it would terrible of me to keep you all to myself, huh? You can tell B that he's a lucky guy, y'know." He leaned over to press a kiss against the side of her head, as if making a possessive gesture. "Clearly the rest of the world wants to keep you for themselves, Aurora. I'm fortunate enough to steal you away, then, this evening."

She snuggled into him, closing her eyes as she pressed her face against his chest briefly to inhale his scent.
"Doesn't mean that I should neglect my sweet, wonderful boyfriend." She argued, head tipping back so she could look at him. She also said it as a reminder for herself too, because Akio was incredible and if she said it enough times, maybe her feelings for Sealie would lose potency and yet -
She couldn't help but think about how she was supposed to see him again in a few days...
It was Akio's kiss that brought her back to the present. "B's a good guy," she replied absently, thinking of her youma friend and how lonely he seemed when she didn't see him for long periods. "I'll be better though, I promise." Her own head shifted and she scooted up so she could kiss his cheek before returning to pick at her food.
"Anyway, enough about everyone else. I'm here and my time and attention is yours, okay?"

He deposited his hardly touched food on the coffee table, choosing instead to lean back into the cushions. His free hand moved to take hold of her, scooting her back as well until she was nestled in his lap, his own back pressed against the end of the couch. The movie was started, the soft melody of the opening scene playing across the screen as he settled in for some proper snuggle time. He'd eat later - maybe after she took off - but for now, he wanted to maximize his time with her, however long it would be. Nuzzling against her ear, he breathed softly, "I'll take all the Aurora time I can get." Which was true - he considered counting his lucky stars as it was that she was willing to come out and spend time with him that night, as it was. His head pulled back, allowing her more space to nibble on her food and watch the movie along with him. "So how's the new job going? Are you enjoying it?"

Having just taken a bite of her food when she was tugged into his lap, Rory squeaked, swallowing suddenly. Almost coughing, she sputtered, moving to look back at him only to freeze when he nuzzled the skin behind her ear. She froze, breath exhaled shakily from the way his words were whispered against his skin.
It tickled and the teen felt a little overwhelmed by how much she liked the feeling.
Lashes fluttered and she instinctively leaned back, head tipping to expose the line of her neck for him. Outside of the strands that had fallen loose from her braid when his hand and slid through her hair, most of it was pulled off to one side anyway. Akio was always the more forward of the two, he had the experience and she didn't but he was being handsier than usual and she couldn't tell if she liked the way her heart sputtered in response.
But then there was space and she found that she was disappointed, even if his arms were a secure weight around her and his chest solid against her back.
She had to swallow with a dry throat, stretching to reach for her drink on the table in hopes that it would help. "I think I like it." People were nice, the work not too hard, even the cleaning duties weren't anything she wasn't already used to. "You could - " she hesitated, unsure if she was ready to open that door..."You could visit some time if you want." She shoved a nugget in her mouth to keep her from saying anything stupid after.

As she reached forward for her drink, her exposed neckline drew nearer and the young man found her throat irresistible to his needs. As she sipped on the tea she'd gotten from her new job and made her open invitation, he grinned and used one hand to brush back the few turquoise curls that blocked his view of her throat. "If you don't think it would be a bother, I would love to visit you." He'd visit her often, if it didn't impede her work. He'd buy tea and daydream wistfully about the short girl behind the counter and leave tips with notes for her to find.... "Tell me what you do at your new job," he pushed, leaning forward as his lips found her neck and began to kiss the skin gently, "While I play catch-up on all the kisses I've missed out on since the last time we were together." Akio's clingy nature was clearly showing but the brunette didn't seem to care as the embrace around her waist squeezed playfully, his mouth finding the spot behind her ear and kissing it softly, creating a trail down her throat as his kisses traveled her skin.

Luckily she had finished chewing and swallowing this time when he began his assault on her neck. "A-as long as you're not - not distracting - " Her breath hitched when she felt warm lips against her skin and she had to grip the plate in her lap tightly to keep it from clattering to the floor. "M-me." The last word was more a breathy sigh than anything coherent.
Dang it, Akio.
In the end, the plate was abandoned to a couch cushion as far away as she could reach because it was impossible to try and eat when he was busy doing that to her. A small hand slid atop one of his larger ones pressed against her stomach and the other dug into the fabric of the cushion beneath them as she tried to reign in how his kisses made her feel.
She was lightheaded, breathless, and flushed.
"They taught me how to make a macchiato," she managed to say without stuttering. She was not, however, able to stop the whimper when he found the spot behind her ear and trailed downward. "A-and h-how t-to -- " A strangled noise left her as she squirmed in his lap. "To make the - that - uh - the leaf w-with foam."

He stilled as she suddenly began to squirm, the sensation not exactly helping his case, so to speak. Making adjustments, he moved to distance her ever so slightly from his lap as the hand by her throat moved her braid off from the back of her neck entirely. Newly exposed skin was left vulnerable and his mouth slowly drew upwards to claim the space with more kisses. "The leaf with the foam? The one with the ripples?" He did his best to contribute to the conversation, the smile on his mouth pressing against her skin as he spoke, "That sounds difficult. Are there other patterns than leaves that you can do yet?" As if encouraged by the thought of patterns, he gently used the tip of his nose to trace around the sensitive skin, moving from side to side until his lips decided they couldn't stand being teased any longer. Pressing against the nape of her neck, he began to nibble gently, sucking the skin softly enough to leave a small mark. While Akio knew better than to raise suspicions with Aurora's father, he couldn't help himself. Just one little mark couldn't hurt, right?

Hands were moving her and she didn't understand why, but fingers ghosting across her skin were distracting her and she couldn't think straight long enough to question what he was doing.
"Uh-huh," she practically whimpered, grasping at the hand across her middle tightly. Rory didn't understand how he was able to speak so easily while she was almost a mess of incoherence in his lap. "I can - sometimes...hearts." Those were easy even if words were not.
"A-ah - " She was trying to say his name but there were chills running down her spine and she found herself leaning all of her weight back into him because she wasn't capable of doing anything else. Not when his mouth was doing whatever it was that felt so pleasant.
"Akio," she whined, twisting until her cheek pressed against his throat. "What are you doing to me?"
At least now thoughts of anyone else had flown the coop.

The hand around her turned as she gripped it, sliding his fingers around hers and forcing her grasp to take hold of his. It was cute, watching her try to struggle to answer his question as his kisses were clearly affecting her. In the background, the opening song to Moana had begun but neither of the duo seemed to be focused on the Disney film. As she turned her head, he took advantage of the view and leaned down, pressing his next kiss against her lips. "Showing you how much I missed you, of course." His hand left her braid and began rubbing softly against her arm, his own brain doing its best to remain in control and take things slowly. Slowly, slowly... she was new to the flirting game and he needed to behave himself. Grinning, he tilted his head until it was angled similar to her own, brown eyes peering down into jade. "Is that alright?"

His lips stole the words out of her mouth and she whimpered into the kiss.
The fact that they were watching a movie at all had slipped her mind, as forgotten as the food he had gone out of his way for to prepare for her. It wasn't like she could focus on food anyway when he was distracting her with sweet kisses and touches she wasn't quite familiar with.
Everything was so new with Akio, it was hard for her to keep from feeling overwhelmed.
Akio got so many of her firsts and she was grateful that because she didn't know if anyone else - except, no he didn't get to interrupt this.
But...
"Y-yeah. I - just - " she was struggling to make herself breathe when all she wanted was for him to kiss her again and again and again. "Go a little...slower...okay?"
Suddenly, Rory was worried that would be a problem but..Akio had never denied her...It would be fine, right?

He never once considered that maybe she was squirming because she was anxious or reluctant, but the moment her request registered in his mind, his hands were quick to loosen from around her while brown eyes widened slightly. Slower? Was he... oh. "Of course, beautiful." He bent down to press a kiss against her temple, his hands already moving to adjust his legs to where they dangled off the side of the couch. And, just like that, he was done with his impromptu show of affection, allowing only one arm to linger around her hip while the other moved over to snatch up the television remote. Hiking up the volume, he murmured almost apologetically, "It's hard not to get carried away when I'm around you." Using the television as a distraction as he hiked up the volume. His mind was anywhere but on the waters and beaches on the screen, but he'd do his damndest to pretend like it was. "We should go to a movie soon," he finally offered, moving to change the topic to a safer subject.

It hadn't occurred to her that he would take what she said the wrong way or that he would stop. Then, all at once, everything had stopped, coming to a screeching halt that left her confused when he seemed to distance himself so readily from her.
"Wait."
She fell quiet as he upped the volume on the TV and she couldn't really hear what he was saying as the movie played before them. All at once, the happy feeling that'd filled her from head to toe. Now, all she felt was confusion and disappointment.
She had told him slow down not stop and he'd brought everything to a screeching halt.
Maybe...maybe this was a bad idea.
"Uh- " Her voice shook more than she wanted it to and she went to scoot forward so that her toes would touch the carpet and she could stand. "Sure." She answered halfheartedly, smoothing her dress and hair out as she got to her feet.

It was Akio's turn to look confused as he watched her pry herself out from his arm and rise to her feet. He sat up straight, shoulders pulled back as eyes followed her every movement. Wait. She'd told him to wait and then she'd moved towards the floor which was one step closer to heading towards the door which meant one step closer to leaving. Without thinking, his hand shot out to take hold of hers, gripping to it tightly, but hopefully not tightly enough to cause any pain. It was a tightness born of desperation - he'd just gotten her back into his life and the thought of her leaving was heartache enough, much less her leaving with such a downcast tone. "I'm sorry, Aurora. I promise I'll do better. I'll go whatever pace you want, beautiful - I... I just don't want to scare you?" He wrinkled his nose. Scare was a horrible word to use, especially when dealing with relationships - damn his word choice! "I mean, I don't want you thinking that I'm pushing for you to.. you know." Shrugging his shoulders, he wasn't sure how else to imply the obvious. He didn't want to force her into sex. "I want you, but I'm willing to wait. In the meantime, I want to shower you with as many kisses as you can stand - or cuddles, if you don't want kisses and hugs when you don't want cuddles." Tugging on her hand, he frowned as he tried pulling her back to him. "I just want you, Aurora. Don't you see?"

Her intent was to go to the bathroom where she could force herself to calm down, because she knew that Akio didn't mean any harm. There had never been a point with him that she felt pressured for anything because he had decided, the moment he discovered how old she really was, that he was willing to wait for her. It was her fault anyway, for not being clearer about what she had meant.
So, Rory had been ready to excuse herself and tell him she'd be back in a minute when he grabbed her hand and immediately started to apologize.
While she could see in coming, unfolding before her as he apologized and tried to explain himself and his desire to respect her and what she wanted, she still flushed when he alluded to that part of a relationship she definitely wasn't ready for. They'd only been dating for a little over a month, after all and that was too soon, underage or not, for the turquoise haired teen.
"Akio," she said quietly, allowing herself to slide back onto one of his thighs after she carefully tugged her hand free so she could slide both over his shoulders. "I know, okay?" Fingers threaded into his hair and she pressed her nose against his. "I'm not scared of you." He hadn't given her any reason to be and well...if he ended up doing so, then she had an escape route she'd prefer not to take but would if she needed.
Hydra could defend herself much better than little Aurora Willows.
"I wanted you to slow down, not stop. It's - it's new for me and..." she grew quieter as her embarrassment increased. "I get overwhelmed easy, but I like it when you kiss me. Okay?"

His heart skipped a beat as her nose pressed against his, eyes still wide and focused on the gentle green ones of his girlfriend. She was beautiful, breathtakingly so, and it only reminded him of how lucky he was as she slipped onto his lap and leaned herself forward against him. Hands slid around her waist and he tugged her gently, ensuring her in his grip so she couldn't slide back down onto the carpeted flooring. "Okay," he agreed softly in return, nodding his head. Their noses bumped as he did so, which only made his concerned expression turn slowly into a grin. "I'll go slow... but I won't stop. Not unless you tell me to." As if to prove his point, he tilted his head and pressed another kiss against the soft lips he couldn't get enough of, then another kiss directly on the tip of her nose. His body was moving on the couch, curling around hers as he cuddled his girlfriend close, keeping his hands in appropriate places. Her hair, her hip - never moving, always gentlemanly and yet his pressing need to be close to her also expressed itself. "You're amazing, d'you know that?" One hand moved to brush through her hair as he smiled down at her, awe and devotion written across his face. "I'm the luckiest guy in the world right now."
