Orpheus Solon
"I hear its quite easy for those ignorant of the world to overestimate themselves." Quipped Verosh in turn. Was this blue fish just something created to irk him? Even when he said his actual name the hybrid still felt annoyed. Obviously it would help if the other boy didn't stress his name so much, but it was also simply the fact that Verosh realized he was still standing here wasting valuable training time.
A rare chuckle escaped him as Zigaran crossed his arms, "Is that so? I hope your pride is stronger than you else it'll have a bad bruise later." Verosh shrugged his shoulders, "I do not wish to fight as I still have exercises to do." That and his mother would maul him for going into an unauthorized duel - though if it was against another hybrid would it matter? She didn't have to worry about him beating up a pure Alkidike then....who would make a fuss if two hybrids fought it out? Still as tempting as the offer was today was not the day for him to fight. Verosh narrowed his gaze thoughtfully, "See how you can keep up with my dust."
He grinned devilishly, "On the count of ten I'm going to begin running again and if you can keep up then perhaps I'll think about one, just one, training session with you."
