Response:
Kobe walked into the classroom. He had been waiting since he was really little for the day he could learn how to transform into a wolf. Keagan and Tobias could already do it! It motivated him further! He had to learn to do this! There was no way he was going to be the only grimm in his pack that couldn't transform into a wolf! Kobe paid extra attention to his instructor, mentally noting every tip and detail they gave. Focus? That would be hard with a room full of others... then again, in the future he will have to transform in possibly a less pleasant situation.
Kobe took in a deep breath as he closed his eyes. He needed to find a way to just clear his mind and just focus. He inhaled slowly, focusing on his breathing. He exhaled then inhaled... exhaled. He repeated this for several minutes before starting to pull the magic from within him, trying to form it the way he would need it... letting it guide itself. As he exhaled his next breath, he felt... weird. Opening his eyes, he was looking up to everyone. They were taller! He looked behind him to see his back half. He had done it! He successfully transformed! He howled happily as he trotted around. He could feel the strength and speed he had within this form. He was still in shock! He had done it and he had done it on his first attempt! Keagan was going to be so proud of him! He couldn't wait to show him!
The next thing he tried was running around, keeping his inner focus solid as he did so. It was so weird at first but he started to get the hang out it. Sure, he tripped a bunch of times but he had it down now. He wondered how long it took his pack to transform.. or his twin, Crispin. He thought of his twin and frowned. He hadn't seem him much since he started seeing that other grimm. His focus wavered, transforming him back into his grimm form. Kobe whined as he lost control of his form. He sighed heavily, realizing that he needed to start controlling his emotions better or they'd get the best of him and... will make it hard to transform in the future.
Kobe then repeated his process to relax so he could transform again. Once he made it back in his wolf form, he sat and watched the rest of the students try and change. Some were successful and some were still trying their best. The hybrid's seemed to struggle a bit more than the pure bloods. It made sense to him but regardless he still cheered them on... inside his head of course. He was far too shy to just.. openly talk to them.
Once the class was close to being over, Kobe tried to figure out how to get out of the wolf form with out losing it uncontrollably. Maybe focus again? It made sense to him. He closed his eyes again, starting his breathing technique to calm him again.. to regain a focused mind. Once he was able to do so, he could actually feel the transformation. It was good... He really looked forward to perfecting this magic.

Crispin had been so excited when he heard Kobe mention he had transformed. That was incredible! The young Grimm wanted nothing more than to be able to follow suit. Kobe was incredible... he only hoped he could muster the same kind of magic. He wanted to be strong for his pack..for his twin and especially for Lilja. The thought made his pale cheeks flush red.
Darting into class, he waved enthusiastically to all his fellow classmates. "Hello~!" He greeted with a cheerful expression. All the different individuals he hadn't met hardly bothered him. Crispin liked meeting new folks of all sorts.
Unsurprisingly, he was too excited to try properly. Instead of finding a calm center, his tail was swishing constantly. Being around other students who were learning to control their aether magic was really something, wasn't it!
Okay, it was game time! He needed to really give it his all. Crispin's face began to turn red as he tried to force his body to change. Grunting he exhaled the breath he had been holding. Noooo he couldn't do it. Crispin groaned as he flopped on his side. That wasn't good enough...he needed to try a little harder maybe? Their teacher had said to clear his thoughts...maybe if he did that it'd be easier?

Response:
As Crispin sat on the classroom floor, his pawed hands lifted up to lightly pat his own face. "Okay...I can do this." He decided to listen in for a little while longer with his instructor, trying to pick up any and all advice and tips the other had to offer. A considering expression crossed the young Grimm's face. Focus...? He could do that. It was like being ready for the big game, you had to have the utmost focus and attention to detail.
Squeezing his eyes shut for a long moment, Crispin exhaled a long slow breath. If he kept letting his mind spin and wander over every little detail how was he supposed to keep learning and growing? Was he the only one in his pack who couldn't transform..? The idea motivated him to be able to rise up the to the occasion. His pack meant the world to him, that went without saying. Crispin wanted them to be proud...he was always so proud of all of them, was it so weird he wanted to be the best Grimm he could be?
Those thoughts faded as he sat there practicing his breathing exercises. The flow of magic in his body was still not something he knew a great deal about, but he could feel the warmth of the energy. It was like greeting an old friend. If he just could wrap that warmth around him...
The strangest of sensations tingled along his every nerve and fiber of his being. It hardly hurt, if anything the soothing warmth of energy enveloping his normal Frimm form felt unusual. Shivering he opened his eyes, only his vision seemed somehow different. Not only that, why was....AH!? Had he been successful after all? Spinning around, the wolf's tail swished as eagerly as it had when he first had sat down for class.
Tossing his head back, he let out a pleased sing-song howl. Running on all fours was odd at first..but running around the classroom, and even letting off a few more delighted howls was all in a days work. To bad in all his enthusiasm he lost his focus, there for returning to his normal form.
"I can't wait to be able to run together with the pack like this!" Crispin grinned as he flopped onto his back, humming happily as he prepared to try again. He wondered if Lilja knew how to transform...maybe she'd want to go for a run too? The thought made him smile sheepishly. Regardless, his magic would take time to master. With a little practice, anything was possible.

Lilja listened to her instructor, trying to take all the tips she can on how to transform. Focus? That was all? Surely she could do that! When it came time to try, she closed her eyes and did as her teacher explained... but nothing happened. She bit her lip nervously as she considered what she was doing wrong... She'd keep trying until she got it right.

She tried again, closing her eyes and trying to focus on what to do. Come on, transform already! She was getting frustrated with herself, fear rolling in that maybe she wouldn't be able to ever transform! No! She would do it! If Hunter could do it, so can she!

Response:
This time, Lilja moved to sit on the ground cross legged. She closed her eyes and took a deep inhale of air, slowly exhaling. She could do this, she knew she could and she would do it.. She would transform into her wolf form! She was more than determined and extra motivated after seeing some of her classmates in their wolf forms. It was hard to clear your mind when you had a million thoughts running rapid! She took in another breath, focusing on how she was breathing and shoving everything else aside. Breathe in, breathe out. She could feel herself really relax; her shoulders, her ears and her tail were all completely relaxed. She felt weird as she turned her focus on changing her form. The next thing she knew, her paws were on the ground rather than her lap. What the heck?
Lilja opened her eyes, looking down to see wolf paws. A huge grin crossed her face as she finally did it! She finally transformed! She then stood up and trotted around some, even playing with some of the other students in class. Her heart swelled with pride; she was so proud of herself for not giving up and learning to transform! Lilja sat again, relaxing and tried to transform back into her grimm form.. It was SO much easier! She looked at her grimm paws with a smile before closing her eyes and focusing again... transforming back and forth again and again to make sure she could get as much practice in as possible. At this rate, it wouldn't take all too terribly long to transform without having to relax and clear her mind first.
Staying in her wolf form, she wandered around the room to get better at moving around while in her transformed self. Her tail swished as her ears twitched in excitement as she moved about the room. She dashed around the room, trying to figure out how fast she could run... and how fast she could stop. Both were important if she even needed it in a life or death situation. Smiling more, she rolled onto her back and stared at her back legs. Her paws were super cute! She wondered if Hunter and Crispin would think her wolf form was cute. She knew that Hunter's was and Crispin's was probably just as cute as well.
It was nice to be able to finally transform into her wolf form. He had always wondered what she would look like. The only difficult thing about this form was the lack of thumbs. She wouldn't be able to do a lot of things while in this form. For example, she wouldn't be able to write or grab things or open those stupid round knob doors. Other than that, it was really cool to be able to run faster, smell and hear better... and it was almost like her instincts were heightened too. Overall, this was definitely an amazing experience. Now all she had to do was practice!
