OOC Footnote Current HP: 28/30 Current Trust: 16 Section notes: -1 trust last roll (2 clues total) Apparently her careful nosing about made the pig seem to think she was nuzzling and such, and while it wasn't her intent, she was glad to see that she seemed to have gained a little more trust!

OOC Footnote Current HP: 28/30 Current Trust: 19 Section notes: +3 trust last roll (2 clues total) this roll puts me onto part 3! After the pig seemed to settle down Guardian took a step backward once again, and found that the bigger picture once again seemed to yield results to her. The dark marks went up halfway on the leg, and across part of the pigs side. Maybe it fell? She wasn't sure.

OOC Footnote Current HP: 28/30 Current Trust: 19 Section notes: Enemy HP - 10 Guardian paused as she heard a snapping twig, and was quick to look at what caused it, a startled noise seeing the wolf coming at them. Though it seemed to have eyes more on the injured pig, than her. This was of little comfort to her, as her run in with the wolf pack that night with Threads of Thunder was still a little too recent for comfort. It didn't help this wolf seemed larger than normal too! Still, as the skulking grey canine came closer to her and the pig, she acted without thought, and she snapped at the wolf's body, sinking her teeth into fur, and trying to yank it away from the two of them, even as it bit at her!

OOC Footnote Current HP: 25/30 Current Trust: 19 Section notes: Enemy HP - 4 (minus six last roll) Of course, getting her neck bitten hurt like crazy, so she decided to kick out at the wolf, the yelp from it letting her know she'd done some damage to it, at least! She was determined to stay between it and the pig!

OOC Footnote Current HP: 23/30 Current Trust: 19 Section notes: Enemy HP - 2 (minus 2 last roll) This roll puts me onto part 4! The last kick worked so well she shifted her stance, adjusting for where the wolf was trying to come from again, and though it bit her a third time, it was still less painful on her leg, than her neck and she heard another loud yelp from the wolf and she glanced over her shoulder, to see it turning tail and running off. Good. This pig wasn't about to become lunch!

OOC Footnote Current HP: 21/30 Current Trust: 22 Section notes: +10 movement, +3 trust Seeing the pig was hurting she took a moment to stop and do what she could to help it with its pain. n this case, she was glad they were near some water that was slightly cold, and she dipped a leaf into it, and laid it on the pig where she was able, to attempt numbing the pain. She didn't know if it worked, but the pig at least seemed happier with her anyhow.

OOC Footnote Current HP: 21/30 Current Trust: 28 Section notes: 12 movement total, +3 trust Backtracking seemed to have made the pig less cooperative, and really she didn't blame it! It took a little time to calm the pig down once again, making soft, soothing noises and nuzzling some, and it seemed to at least calm it again. That was good.

OOC Footnote Current HP: 21/30 Current Trust: 31 Section notes: +5 units (17 total), +3 trust All that reassuring seemed to help a lot, and she made sure to once again lay a cool wet leaf over the pig before doing any moving of the two of them, trying to make up for the extra traveling she'd made the two of them do. It seemed to work as the pig went a little further, and seemed to trust her a lot easier. Phew!

Guardian stopped walking, instead taking the time to once again soothe the pig to the best of her abilities.

OOC Footnote Current HP: 21/30 Current Trust: 34 Section notes: -3 movement (14 movement total) Frazzled was an understatement, she heard a twig snap and reacted by back tracking quickly, away from the noise, only to discover it was nothing more than a rabbit on the path ahead. That left her feeling silly.

Somehow, the pig trust her words, which was good. She just hoped they would get there soon!

She was rather glad this seemed to be helping so well! They were so close, she could see where the kin she knew lived!
