I feel at least a tad disappointed, if the only reason to bring back Roboute was just to have another insanely OP character to bring to the Army Battle table.

althou this extremely wasn´t what I had in mind. neutral
Would have been alright if formations we´re 3rth FoC list,
along with Battleforged and Unbound choices,
but more restricted on what you can have in it.
Plus side thought, they sorta did just that with the new Battleforged FoC-list. <.<
Curious what those command points do.
.......special rules per x command point cost maybe?
