Artemis smiled and chuckled a little. "I'm actually not from around here. You see La'ella, I'm form a different world. Although, I've never been called a Hyur before." He turned to Shaline and smiled a little more. "I don't live too far from the Academy. My house is on the outskirts of town. And it's not any trouble at all. I just happen to have an extra bedroom that she can stay in."

Shaline heard where he lived. "Then we do live close. I'm on the outskirts as well. Takes me like 25-30 minutes to walk to the Academy from my home." Shaline smiled as La'ella took her hand. She decided to tell Artemis about the different races of Eorzea. "Hyur are what we call humans, basically. The really short one that claimed to own La'ella, he was a Lalafell. The really tall and buff guy that had a seafoam green tint to his skin, he is a Roegadyn. La'ella and I are Miqo'te, the men I scared off when I first saved La'ella, they were Hyur. Honoroit, who we met when we got to this world, and my father, who we will meet in few moments, are Elezen. But I don't see any Au'ra anywhere around here. We might see one when we get to Ishgard." Shaline walked over with La'ella to Fenrir who lowered himself to the ground so La'ella could get on. "Little ones first." Shaline smiled and gave La'ella a reassuring nod that Fenrir wouldn't hurt her or take off. When La'ella was mounted, Fenrir stood up and looked over to Shaline, who gracefully jumped up onto Fenrir, behind La'ella. "And now for Artemis." She smiled as La'ella started playing with Fenrir's mane who gave a gentle growl in delight. "Normally, Fenrir only let's one rider on, but I guess today, he is making an exception."

La'ella ears were perked with curiosity. She had never seen a Hyur so tall. She smiled and took Shaline's hand as she started explaining to Artemis the many different people of Eorzea. When Shaline mentioned about her and Shaline being Miqo'te, she couldn't help but wiggle her ears and tail. When they reached the big monster, he had lowered himself so she could get on. "He's not going to hurt me? Will I be ok on him?" La'ella felt a little better when Shaline nodded and got on Fenrir. She never had rode anything but a cart pulled by Chocobo before. When Fenrir rose to stand, it was an odd sensation but she kept her balance. Shaline had hopped on behind her and wrapped an arm gently around her. She looked over to Mr. Artemis and waited for him to mount. Soon she would be leaving Eorzea.

Artemis smiled and nodded after listening to Shaline's explanation. "I expected there to be different races. Every world is like that after all." He watched as La'ella and Shaline mounted Fenrir. 'Looks like it's my turn.' Without hesitation, he climbed on Fenrir. "I believe that you'll like my home La'ella. There is one room that no one goes into. Aside from that one, there is one other room that you can have. Not to mention that you will get to meet my adopted daughter."

Shaline smiled as Fenrir just started walking gently. "I really cannot thank you enough for doing this Artemis. And I know La'ella would like Rune. I only got to speak with her for a few and I like her already." Shaline saw Fenrir throw a glance back at her and she smiled. She wrapped one arm around La'ella and then took a hold of his mane. La'ella glanced back at her and she gave her a smile. "Artemis, you might want to hold onto me for a moment. Don't want you falling off since Fenrir really isn't meant for two people, let alone three." Shaline glanced back with a smile. Her tail moved so he could get closer if need be.

Artemis smiled and shook his head a little. "It's no big deal Shaline. I don't mind one bit to have La'ella around. And I'm sure that Rune will be happy to meet her as well." Without hesitation, he wrapped his arm around her. "This is nothing I can't handle." He had actually ridden a creature similar to Fenrir a few years ago.

Shaline's ears twitched happily when Artemis wrapped an arm around her. She smiled big, her canine teeth showing in her smile....or would they be feline teeth? In any case, and glanced back to him. "Really now? Then you know what we are about to do." Shaline turned back and made sure she had a firm grip on Fenrir's mane. "Ok boy. Let's go home." Fenrir lurched forward at a full run before jumping into the air and continued to rise, ice shards forming around his feet as he seemed to run on the air. Their climb was a steep, but reasonable angle to get to highest altitude. From there, they could see all of La Noscea and just over the gorge, The Black Shroud. Shaline giggled as they rode through the sky. "That jumping take off never gets old."

Artemis chuckled a little and had a look of shock on his face when they took off. "Well I've never had one fly before. If you can call this flying. Or whatever this is. I have ridden wolves before though." He wasn't sure what to think at first, but the view was magnificent. "This place looks amazing. It's really beautiful."

La'ella cocked her head to one side as the two grown ups talked. She then gave a loud "MEROW!" or something similar when the beast they were riding took off. She tensed up and grabbed hold of Shaline and held fast. She then heard Shaline speak to her and she looked up. She couldn't help but gasp at the view. "This is beautiful." She had started shivering as they flew over the snowy Coerthas. She felt the warmth of a jacket that was the Warrior of Light's own. She felt honored to be wearing it. When she talked about normal clothing, La'ella was happy. She had only ever worn this skimpy top and bikini bottoms for as long as she could remember. She nodded when asked if she wanted to see Shaline's place before heading over to Mr. Artemis's house.

Shaline smiled and felt La'ella grab tighter to her. "Open your eyes Little one." Shaline smiled and glanced back to Artemis. "Some call it flying, some call it running on air. To each their own. And Fenrir is no wolf. He is a rare hoarhound, only a handful exist and only fewer have been tamed to ride. Their pack father, Fenrir Prime, dwells deep within the dungeon called Snowcloak." Shaline noticed as they flew towards Ishgard, La'ella starting to shiver. She took off her jacket and draped it around La'ella. "Once we get to Ishgard, I'll see if my father had some of my old clothes kept. We should be able to find something that suits you better than these clothes. And then once we get back, would you like to see my house before going to Artemis's?" Shaline smiled and glanced back to Artemis. "You are free to join us at my house, plus I have a small favor to ask when we get back to the Academy." Shaline looked down and saw Ishgard come up. "Set us down at the Fortemps Manor, Fenrir." With a small nod, Fenrir headed into Ishgard.
