Remarque had opened his mouth to reply to Acubens when she seemed to have settled on something else. He followed her as eyes as she went to Leto but figured if she was heading towards the North Entrance as he was, they’d have time to catch up then. Instead, he turned to Hydrus. “Mirrorspace never seems to keep the same rooms for very long.”
The throne room and the adjoining common room seemed to be the only stationary locations in the whole place; everything else just seemed like random chance. “But this seems to be a first. I don’t recognize it. I suppose we’ll all be splitting up, but,” he looked around the room, wholly unsatisfied with how reckless this was looking like it was going to be. There were so many newer Senshi, he just hoped this didn’t end in disaster.
And he hoped Mintaka was okay.
Leto and Acubens both looked like they’d already had a rough time, and Kiuchi seemed like he’d seen better days. But if he was going in the same direction as Leto, Remarque figured he was probably in better hands than most. He’d check up with him after all of this—after they figured out what was going on.
His eyes sought out Morpheus, just out of habit. He recognized him from the warehouse, as the Senshi who picked up the strange shard the wraith had dropped. A part of him wanted to go with him, or to tell Morpheus to stick with either him or Leto just to make sure nothing happened to whatever the wraith had dropped, but he had a drive to go towards the North Entrance and couldn’t find it in himself to sway his mind.
Remarque didn’t know what the right path was, or what they should be doing, but there was really only one way to figure all of it out; they were just going to have to wing it.
Being grabbed, especially when he wasn't expecting it, was quite startling and had him nearly hitting into a wall as he jumped with Acubens' grabbing him and pulling him to her and the royal standing there...with barefeet - didn't that get cold and dangerous? Even his slippers, thin as they were, were better than barefeet and a lot less dangerous. He didn't mention it though, not wanting to offend her by saying something about her clothing, since it was likely she had no choice in the manner anyway. He let Acubens speak for now, though he did listen.
Taking the time to listen, while looking about, his dark eyes found Remarque and held onto him. Flashing the other a light smile, wishing they were going the same way together. He saw the man often enough, as he worked with him, and knew he could trust him. He was a bit...emotional right now and the presence of someone he had known for a while, even if it was a short while, was something he could do with right about now. Maybe after though? He didn't want to seem weak, never mind that he felt it, and ask to go with the other and cling to him...he'd done enough of that already. The voices in his head earlier had been happy to point it out to him and he didn't need more of that, whether it was caused by magic or himself.
"Remarque....we can meet up after this - please?" He called out softly, not wanting to draw attention to himself as he sought the others attention, despite the distance separating them at the moment.
He knew what Acubens was saying to Leto and for a moment turned his attention to the princess, it would be really rude and offensive to ignore her - right? So his dark eyes did move to her and he gave something between a bow and a nodding of his head. "I think I am going your way also, I hope we can remain safe..." He hoped he could be useful was what he meant to say but didn't, wouldn't, it wasn't his place to air out his own feelings of inadequacy especially right now. Leto had been attacked and had suffered a lot, from what he could gather, and this wasn't his place to talk. Acubens continued on and his attention again drifted to Remarque, wondering if the other was ok. He hadn't seen him in the fighting and wondered what brought him here - had there been another fight? Was the other alright? Remarque had been the one to take him in sort of...to find him, sort of anyway, and give him a home, or at least a bed and walls and a roof. He'd spilled more to him than he had to anyone aside from Caleb and that was saying something, as he tended to keep everything bottled up and well hidden.
He really didn't want to offend, or upset, anyone but he did slowly move away from Leto and Acubens as he made his way to Remarque. Maybe he knew something? Leto didn't seem to, from what he could gather, so maybe the other royal had a clue? Maybe he had seen something they hadn't...and he wanted to make sure the other was alright. He still planned to go the same way as Leto but he'd get to that after seeing Remarque.
Drifting over towards the other royal, as if he was a child trying to hide some bad behavior and sneak something he shouldn't, he made his way over to the brightly dressed male. "Did you see what we saw? We got into a big fight with this...big wraith."

Of course it was Acubens that approached Leto first. The Dark Mirror Royal really, really didn't feel like talking right now but she couldn't be rude. Unfortunately, pleasantries came with the territory of being a leader. So she inhaled deeply, trying not to cringe at the touch, and turned to face Acubens. Somehow, after all that happened.... Acubens was still smiling at her. And that definitely made Leto feel even worse.
Offering the Eternal Senshi as much of a smile as she could possibly muster up, she then turned to face Kiuchi. She looked the new Senshi up and down before slowly nodding and her smile shifting to be just a tiny bit more authentic. "I won't let anything happen to you in there," she said quietly to Kiuchi, glancing over his shoulder at the swirling black smoke in the Labyrinth. She stared into the darkness.
Hopefully she could keep that promise.
She swallowed hard-- was someone talking? Yes, yes, Acubens was saying something. Her attention turned back to the girl with wild curls and bruises that were darkening to match her fuku. "Thanks, Acubens..." She gently pulled the girl into a one-armed hug, trying not to wince at the pain that shot through her wings and down her spine. "That's very kind of you, all things considered," she whispered before pulling away. She may only remember flashes of what happened at the park, but it was enough.
Using Kiuchi's exit as a good enough reason to excuse herself, Leto touched Acubens gently on the arm before smiling and stepping away from the other girl. She watched the other Senshi walk towards Remarque and she made a mental note to catch up with him later as they clearly had a lot to discuss. But for now, there were a lot of new Senshi gathering at the East Entrance that she hadn't met yet and she figured she should at least try and be as open and inviting as possible. Even if she was bruised, burnt and covered in blood. There was no way in hell that the Dark Mirror Princess didn't look like a hot mess, much less like a crazed maniac. Or rabid animal.

Damocles tried not to scowl as he entered Mirror Space. Despite being what he was, he had never liked Mirror Space. The area always left him feeling tense and on edge. Given the way things looked now, he knew he was in for the same feelings and more. Damocles could never figure out just why his husband would spend so much time here. The blonde sighed... Damn Tantalus and his borderline obsession...
Speaking of which.
Damocles ignored the others, following his better half south. He said nothing when he finally caught up, only stared pawing absently at the brunette's hand until he relented. His gloves were gone, tossed somewhere when he gave Leto his coat.

Excalibur on the other hand, was scowling. "You made me miss all the fun..." She grumbled at the nothingness. The young senshi sat on a mound of fog and smoke. Arm propped on a knee and her chin deposited in her hand. "How long are you going to keep me here?" She asked, not expecting an answer. Excalibur had already tried the mirror back at home, in attempt to get out, but even that didn't work.
She was just about to get up and try again, when people started arriving. Excalibur blinked in mild surprise before scowling again. "Oh I see how it is.. Play favori-" Her thought was cut off as her gaze fell upon a familiar tri-colored head of hair. "FROSTY" She squeaked, bounding over to the west where Elsa was as if she hadn't been stuck in mirror space for the god knows how long. "How's my favorite Snowman?" She asked, slinging an arm around his shoulders.

Iolite's ears twitched, before swiveling backwards. So this was Mirror Space. She had expected more, to be quite honest. "That awkward moment when I'd prefer the Rift, to this place.." She muttered flatly. With a sigh, she headed south, weaving her way through through the group of people.

Eternal Dark Mirror Senshi Avior
When Avior had fled the battlefield upon the end of the wraith he managed to gently cradle Katya, pulling her along into Mirrorspace where he had been called to.
So badly he wanted to have nothing to do with this, he wanted to go home, take some time to steady his still racing mind from the madness that had once overtaken his entire body. But he could not. He swore to himself before that he wouldn't run away anymore, and he wasn't about to do it now, even if his hands visibly shook and he found himself with difficulty breathing.
After taking a moment to calm himself further, finding Katya's warmth in his arms comforting, he set her down, giving her a strained smile.
"Looks like our work here isn't done yet..." Softly, he whispered, knowing full well that he was useless when it came to the fight before. Maybe, just maybe, he could be of help here... If not then maybe he just wasn't meant to power up anymore after all.
For now he cast those thoughts aside and looked about the others who had arrived at the Labyrinth.
"I suppose there's no other choice to do except to go forward... "

Seeing as she was being held by Avior she had noticed his shaking hands and reached up with a paw to gently touch his cheek. "You need to keep calm. You wish to help - correct? Take some time to calm yourself or you will be little help...to yourself and the others here. You are an eternal - you earned those wings. Rank does not simply get handed to a person." She spoke gently, wanting to try and ground the dark mirror senshi and calm him, wanting to help in whatever way she could. This wasn’t the Negaverse, where ranks were very clearly earned and handed out, but some power had decided he was deserving of the wings he had, even if it wasn’t some physical person or persons. She was a guardian cat and while this was no corrupted senshi he still served chaos and he was a senshi. She would help. Benitoite would be proud.
Once set on the ground she rubbed herself against his legs while she continued to speak. "Yes, it does indeed look like more must be done. This darkness I assume is not normal. It must be dealt with, before it causes more problems - potentially worse problems." She spoke gently while looking up at the eternal senshi. This darkness had already caused problems and it needed to be stopped, before things could escalate to who knows what, she really didn’t know much about the dark mirror court and it’s realm and what power it held. "Your magic will do well in keeping others safe, something they will no doubt need in whatever fight lays ahead of us." As she assumed there would be some form of another fight awaiting them before this night was over, and his magic would be needed to give a break to those who needed it and protect those who were hurt.
Magic which did damage was great, it allowed headway to be made, but just as important was magic like his. Sometimes attackers needed cover, to regroup or plan, and that was where magic like Avior’s would come in handy. It would also keep the weak and injured safe, allowing people to find shelter and a necessary break, fights like this weren't easy for those who were new to such things. They might need a mental, or emotional, break more than a physical one.
Nodding her head she smiled as much as she could. "Yes, we must move forward and do our best. I am sure you will do well Avior." Reaching out to gently pet at his leg before she moved off towards one of the directions, wondering who she would be following. There were, to her mind, plenty of dark mirror senshi here so it really could be anyone. The odds of following someone she didn’t know was also high, she didn’t know enough people from this court, and that was exciting as well. The court was small though, something she could appreciate as it made keeping track of them easy, but she did wonder why they didn’t have their own mauvians. They would benefit from it. Until then however - she was here.

The labyrinth shook from the intruders in it. It reacted to those that had the shards, sucking away the chaos that was involved in it. Every Dark mirror would feel something shifting, changing. In the mirrors of the wall, they would see Mintaka, caged by a box as black stained her skin, all the way to her eyes.
It would be the last thing before a force like a tornado carried them up and through the mirrors, ejecting every mirror senshi in the Labyrinth out. If they attempted to go back in right away, they would be rejected.
The next day, they could return to mirrorspace like nothing happened. Mintaka was not seen again.
OOC NOTES
Sorry for taking so long on this, In order to better accommodate everyone, I'll be closing this rp to allow for the requirement! Timeline wise, this was only a couple of days in mirrorspace earlier in the year! Those with the shards now just have a piece of glass that has no special meaning at the moment. Its unbreakable though so you may hold on to it OR pass it on to another Dark Mirror Character.
I plan to finish this though, so I'll post a interest thread with a new part 2 of this. Part 2 will be now staged AFTER meta events, so if you do not want to participate, then I understand! Sorry again and I hope you look forward to the conclusion to this!

Elsa kept walking, gritting his teeth and trying to fight the growing feeling of terrible, ominous dread. This was not the Mirrorspace he knew, and he became more sure of that with every step. Something was deeply, terribly wrong, and that frightened him. He wanted to find Mintaka and get out, because she was his friend and his mentor and he wanted her to be okay, but this place was clearly not going to give her up easily.
Elsa paused as the labyrinth began to shake, reaching out to catch his balance, and his eyes were drawn to the walls, and when he saw the image there, he made a noise of horror.
It was Mintaka - and she looked awful. She looked like she was in trouble.
"Mintaka!" Elsa screamed her name, fists pounding on the walls, like if he just pushed hard enough he would break through and get to her. "No, no, no, let her go!"
Making demands of an eldritch entity like Mirrorspace resulted in very little. He couldn't push through the walls to mirrorwalk, not like he was supposed to be able to, and no matter how much he protested, there was nothing he could do.
He was utterly helpless -- the thing he despised most.
He felt the wind begin to pick up, and he tried to stand against it, but there was nothing to be done. It picked him up and flung him out of Mirrorspace, and he landed on the other side of a mirror with a loud curse. As soon as he caught his bearings -- he was in a park, maybe, he wasn't entirely sure, it didn't matter -- he threw himself to his feet and ran forward, trying to dive back through the mirror he'd come out of, but it didn't give. He pounded and pounded at it, but the only thing he succeeded in doing was cracking, and then shattering, the mirror itself. Glass shards sliced into his hands, and he fell to his knees and sobbed, brokenly.
There was nothing more he could do. Mintaka was lost.

The room shook, tossing Acubens to the ground from the sheer shock of it. She landed with an audible oof and it took her a moment to realize what had just gone down. The labyrinth... was reacting to them. It wasn't just a series fo walls and corridors... it had sentience. Was the rest of Mirrorspace this intelligent? She turned on her hip to find Remarque, not bothering to get up in case another category 18 earthquake rumbled through town. Before she could find him, however, a glimmer in a nearby mirror caught her eye. At first, she thought that it was just the reflection of someone milling around but when she double-took, she was met with the horrifying truth.
That same girl from before was being... ravaged was the only word that Acubens could think of to describe what was happening. And she was trapped in... some kind of cage -- had that wraith in the park come from that? Who was she? What was she doing in there? Acubens could see from the fuku that she wore that she was one of them... which made her want to reach the girl that much more.
Though not as much as some. Acubens jumped as a male senshi next to her screamed and pounded the mirrors and walls. Whoever he was... he knew her. And very well, judging by the desperation in his voice.
Mintaka... that was her name.
Acubens was about to ask more when the wind drowned her words. Oh, what fresh hell was this? Suddenly Acubens was up off the ground and in the air like she weighed nothing. Mirrorspace ejected her from the mirror above her couch and she bounced off of it to land on the floor beside it. What in the world? Acubens leaped back onto the couch to try and get back through the mirror but... it didn't give. It was a shock to her system since she had been able to pass through mirrors ever since she corrupted...
Maybe Remarque would know something. She left her apartment to try and find him.
If Miss Kitten had answered then Sadalsuud hadn't been able to catch it, the maze choosing that exact moment to shake once again - but unlike the previous occasion when the walls had thundered and shook around her it seemed so much more powerful this time round even as everything seemed to shift, to change–
And for a moment Sadalsuud saw the white-haired woman from earlier reflected in the mirror. Reflected and trapped - a strange almost box seeming to cage her even as darkness stained her skin.
She was unaware of stepping forward, a mixture of horror and the wish to somehow help the other woman reflected in her green eyes even as Sadalsuud stretched a hand forward towards the woman - or tried to–
And then she found herself giving a startled shriek of surprise interlinked with fear as a strange force somehow managed to lift her off her feet. The force seemingly like a tornado as it whirled her around and around.
"Miss Kitten!" She called out "Miss Kitten!" But it was hard to tell if the small black kitten had even heard her much less responded as the force carried her inexorably towards the mirrors before pushing her through.
