Character name and profile link: Makoto
Tinker type: Cybernetics
Device Description:

Limb Module Mk-I
Makoto's limb modules fundamentally alter the functionality of her cybernetics in some way. While her creations grant a moderate increase in strength, and an exceptional increase in speed, depending on configuration, they are not in and of themselves powers like one might expect from a tinker of her caliber. That's where this array of modifications come into play, allowing her creations to gain a small amount of unique ability and swap it for another in the field.

Grapple Module:
The grapple module outfits the user's arm with a grappling hook, fairly straight forward. It can be used to swing, but is more useful for climbing. The hook itself lays flat into the surface of the prosthetic's palm, uncoiling through an opening in the middle up to a distance of 50ft.

Dispenser Module:
The dispenser module allows quick access to simple tools roughly the size of a throwing knife or smaller. Its casing stores up to six individual items, that dispense themselves from the inner forearm of the wearer. No, you can't have it come out of your palm, she's not taking the blame when you jam it, a*****e.

Boost Module:
Meant to work in pairs, boost modules propel the user short distances. As they use an ion charge to achieve their propulsion, boost should be consider jumps or dashes more than they should flight. If you take it off the top a building you'll make it about 50ft before the charge depletes, after which the boost module must consume half a stored charge, spend a post recovering static energy from Makoto's movement, or two posts self-generating another charge in those who can't generate their own electricity.

Static Storage Module:
Primarily meant for use by Makoto, the static storage modules are capable of drawing excess electrical energy from the person wearing them and store it. Though not exceptionally efficient, able to regain no more than a quarter charge per post, a full charge can hit like a truck. Direct discharge into another person is the equivalent of licking a light socket, minus the sustained charge. It's not deadly in most cases, but it'll send a person flying. Being within arms reach of an area discharge feels like getting jabbed with a taser.

Device size and dimensions: Five inches tall by one in diameter, about the size of a toothpaste tube.
Device Cost $300 per device

Fluff lore While Makoto has a fairly firm grasp on the basics of the technology that makes her arms function, having modified the creations of Dragon, these are a mystery to her outside of the effect they achieve.
