"I have... s-someone that I l-like but not quite to the stage of b-being lovers." He said, his cheeks reddening that much more. Just getting kisses from Abie or giving him the occasional hug was a lot for Incanthis but the idea of doing more... it was enough to almost make him dizzy. Not something that he wanted to let his mind wander to and settle on as he would get himself all in a tizzy. Instead he'd try to focus on his brother instead.

Looking over at Junior for a moment who was getting bigger every day but still seen as 'little' compared to the one that Issaly had with him. That was the size that Junior would be one day. As he asked if Junior was a gift he blushed more, "Ahhh... sort of? Junior was one of the whelps from a nest that Abie is raising but he sort of... started to follow me around... so he was a kind of gift?" He still felt a bit bad for the fact that Junior turned traitor... but at the same time appreciated his companion and the protection the growing snaptrotter gave him.

"Oh? So you... I see. I know that feeling I was... friends with Abie for a long time before I said anything." There were reasons behind it but he understood not having the courage to say something to a person that he cared for. Giving a smile he said, "At least you left a note. You never know, that might be a good first step!" It sort of depended on the one that the note was given to though he supposed.

At the mention of the Oban military Incanthis gave a bit of a shiver, his hand resting on Junior's head, "Please... be careful when dealing with him if he is a part of the military... they can be a bit... intimidating." He murmured, not wanting to see Issaly get bullied since he was still so young and innocent. He'd rather that he stayed that way. As his brother set to introducing his 'pack' Incanthis looked between them and said, "I expect you all to keep Issaly safe while he is in Oba." There were a lot of sharp teeth and claws among them so surely Issaly should be alright, right? That was what he thought at least.

Incanthis seemed to shift in place for a moment, looking a bit uncertain for a moment, "I... huh... we were going to be going to Jauhar to... to look for all of you but... Now I am not so sure what the plans are. I mean I just found you... and Abie only recently reunited with his big brother as well." There were also the problems that poor Aqio seemed to be having that made him worry about him as well. Should they stick around? It was something he should ask Abie about, to see what he thought about it all.

"Huh? Oh... nothing important." He said, not wanting his little brother to be worried about distracting him since he'd much rather be distracted by his brother then anything else. Giving Junior another pet he said, "We should try to figure out how to get you... well, found, since you said you were lost."

So Isaris was still within Jauhar then? He was with another Shifter named Vallen... which sounded as though it might be a male's name? It made him think about the situation of Issaly, Isaris, and himself... and it had him humming for a moment to himself. So it seemed as though not a one of them was going to carry on to the next generation if they continued forward as they were? It might be... a good thing. It meant not allowing Issao's blood to carry on any further then the two of them, right? Here was to hoping at least. Not that he didn't love his brothers but because he didn't want one of them to bring forth another like Issao.

"Possibly... but not straight away. I mean if I know where it is you want to get I might be able to help. It's if I don't know such a place then maybe someone who can point us in the right direction." He suggested, wondering where it was exactly that Issaly was trying to get. To some soldier's family but where that might be... well, it was hard to say. Sulburi was a big place after all.

Incanthis thought about it for a moment before he shook his head, "I can't say that I know that name, sorry. We might want to ask around about the name and see if we can't find your... friend." He didn't want to say the word 'friend' when talking about a relationship between his brother and an Oban soldier but he knew that thinking was wrong. There were some out there who weren't bad people he was sure... but that didn't meant that he had to like them personally.

"I just ask that you be careful, Issaly. I know... that since I haven't been around it's not my place but... please be careful." He wasn't sure what the soldier was like that Issaly knew but he could only hope it wasn't a bad man. If it was then maybe the beasts that traveled with him would eat them? No... that was mean, he didn't want Issaly's pets getting in trouble... maybe just a bite then?

Incanthis gave a jolt as his brother hugged him, finding his hands grasping for a moment, before he wrapped them around Issaly. It was strange to be hugging someone that wasn't Abie but it wasn't so bad, was it? It was... nice, to be able to get this close to others, though he knew that it wouldn't be something he could do with just anyone. Just like Abie it seemed as though Issaly was special. It kept him from panicking.

"I... yeah, we can go find something to eat if you'd like." He said in a gentle tone of voice. He blinked a couple times then said, "Oh! I can't stay out too terribly long though or Abie might get worried. I don't want him or his family to worry. I have Junior with me though they would come running straight away."

Giving a nod he looked over at Abysio, glad to see that the one with the sharpest teeth and the toughest look would be the one that would be doing the convincing if a guard started trouble with Issaly. He gave a smile, "Good boy, Abysio. Do you're best if any guards get too gruff with him... including the one he's going to meet with." Here was to hoping the other beasts would aid in doing the same he thought to himself idly before bushing away such thoughts.

"I will consider it. I could use some more... formal training. I get what training I can get here and there plus what I can remember mother telling me but... it's not the same as a real teacher." He could learn so much more from a mentor. Something to consider for later though since he was looking for family first. The mentor thing could wait for a different day.

Incanthis gave a nod after giving the place that his baby brother motioned to. It was a good place that was run by one with a kind heart. Definitely the sort of place that he felt he could allow Issaly to go without any worry about his safety. Giving a smile he said, "That place will do quite well in fact."

As they walked forward Incanthis gave a nod of his head, "He really is a wonderful person. I'd love for you to meet him." Given that Abie had saved him in many ways it felt only right that he introduce him to Issaly one day soon. Another thing that he would need to talk with him about once he and Junior returned home he realized. He gave a humming sound before he asked, "How long do you mean to stay in Oba? Just long enough to talk to that guard? Or...?"

Maybe Issaly could return with them to Jauhar? Incanthis would sleep better at night knowing his baby brother wasn't alone in Oba... even if thinking such made him feel a bit had. Not all Obans were bad after all... and yet he didn't like the idea of Issaly being alone with them... personal experiences making him fret over his brother more then a little.
