"Well... you might be, I mean I am far from being Gyuri's size but I bet even I could pick you up." He said with a laugh as he got poked in the chest. He was pretty certain that he could, what with Uli being a lot smaller then he was, but then again he was younger. He was probably still growing. As his friend settled down into a more comfortable spot he continued to pet him as one might do with their pet.

As Uli asked about the headband he gave a humming sound, "Maybe... I am going to ask my mother if I could use one of her older ones myself. I'd say look for something similar to what she wears if want to look really flashy." He wasn't sure exactly how flashy the little mage in training wanted to be though.

"Hm? Oh! Well, you know that you're always welcome here, Uli. You're one of my two best friends after all." And given he'd be losing the other one when Riya moved away it made him sort of want to hold a little tighter to Uli. Not that he said as much out loud, not wanting to seem as though he were really weak or that he would be shaken by the loss of Riya. As Uli suddenly whimpered and said that he wanted to be here he lifted up a bit, starring down at him.

After a thoughtful moment spent starring at his friend, sizing him up, he asked, "Are you going to be alright, Uli? You seem a bit... off." It must be even harder to lose a twin then a best friend, huh? Was Uli going to be alright?

"Ahhh, I see." He murmured, continuing to pet his friend's hair. So not only was Riya leaving but his parents were also considering having more children? He supposed that it made sense, didn't it? Uli was feeling lonely and probably abandoned on a few fronts as well. It made sense that he would want to cling to Li and stay with him here at the inn. It was a sense of stability that he was missing, huh?

Giving him a smile he said, "Don't worry, Uli. No matter what changes I will still be here." He gave a smile and laid back, one arm behind his head, "I'm sure things will be alright and soon you will have a new sibling to play with. I'm sure you will feel better then, once you're a big brother who gets to order his little siblings about."

Li gave a bit of a laugh at the suggestion that seemed to instantly throw Uli into a tizzy. He really was in an odd mood today, huh? Sitting up slowly Li tossed his long hair over his shoulder before he said, "Such a clingy kitten you're being today, Uli. I don't mind though, those like me thrive on the attention of others."

Hopping up to his feet Li stretched out in a languid manner before he held a hand out to his friend, "Come on, we will go practice somewhere we have more room then we can retire for a nap. Probably in my room, that way you don't have to worry about anyone bothering us. We can even bring Branko and have him guard the door if you'd prefer it be a nap is just the two of us." He was sure the snaptrotter would be only too happy to follow them and curl up in front of the door to his room. The beast was over protective like that after all.

Li lifted a hand up to scratch the kitten under the chin as it hopped up to his shoulder. He gave a smile and then said, "Silly little thing, you should stick with Uli, he's your mommy after all." He said that, but he didn't really do anything more to dissuade the kitten from climbing on him. It didn't really bother him after all since its weight was fairly minimal, just like having Uli clinging on him.

His gaze dropped to looking at Uli as his friend started to cling to him again, seeking a hug, and he couldn't help but chuckle, "Your welcome. Now! Come on, enough somber talk. Let's get to doing something fun and enjoyable, like dancing." he told him, catching hold of his friend's hand so that he could lead him out of the room. Uli need a change of pace and a change of scenery, so the two of them would dance!

Here was to hoping it helped him to feel better.

As they walked down the stairs, through the main room of the inn, Li took in those that were gathered. Not a lot of people yet but given the time of day that made sense. Things were always far more lively at night, and that was when they tended to do the most in the way of entertaining. Giving a little wave to those that were in the room Li gave a smile, making sure to do as his mother did in front of people. He walked tall, he smiled, his hips gave a little swish, whatever it took to make himself look his absolute best at all times. As they went he gave a little whistle, summoning Branko forth from where he was lazing behind the bar.

The big beast lumbered over to the, getting a pat on the head from Li, as he head the way through the door that lead to the back rooms. Only when the door was closed behind them all did he relax a bit from his 'professional' stance.

As Li walked into the room along with his friend, looking around for a moment, then set to stretching out all over, arms over his head, bending from side to side, "Of course, Uli. I will only let you lead if you can keep up with me or surpass me in a dance." He gave him a playful little wink. Holding out a hand to Uli he said, "Come on, let's dance then."

Giving a little grin he said, "Yes, well, nobody ever said that I had to play fair, Uli." He couldn't help but to tease his friend a little bit before he laced their fingers together on one hand, his hand resting on Uli's hip, and set to leading him through the dance. He would make sure to lead them through slowly first but the dance would start to pick up speed slowly but surely.

"You're not hopeless, Uli, you're just young is all." He said to him, giving him a smile as he set to spinning them around through some quicker steps, "You shouldn't let yourself feel down, Uli. You're far cuter when you're smiling after all. You'll see, soon things are going to pick up for you."

Li seemed to think on it for a moment as they danced before he said, "I think that you do. You're my best friend after all, Uliiii." He said the name in a sing song manner as they went round and round through the steps of the dance. He had his friend and the stories that he brought back with him, it was all that Li felt that he needed since it wasn't as though he would do a ton of traveling himself. He was born to take over the inn one day after all. As such any traveling that Uli was his too.

Giving a bit of a laugh he wrapped his arm around Uli, steadying him, before smiling down at his friend, "It's alright. You will need a bit of practice but I think that you will get the hang of it with a teacher as grand as myself." He gave him a wink and then continued the dance, "Once you're more steady on your feet we will dance together on the stage. What do you think?"

Li gave a bit of a laugh, "Good to hear. The harder that you work the better since that means that you will be able to dance with me on stage sooner then later." He was glad to hear to that Uli was willing to work so hard with Li as his teacher. He knew that he wouldn't be able to teach him everything since he was still a prentice himself but maybe he could bring Uli with him to his own training? He didn't think that his mother would be too upset about having a second student, especially if it was Uli.

"Don't worry, Uli, you will be a forced to be reckoned with soon enough." He gave him a wink and then continued with their dance, giving the little kitten a wave as they danced passed him. They would likely need a bath and a nap after all the dancing but for now that was the last thing on his mind as he was having far too much fun doing exactly what he was doing right now.
