"That's fine. I understand how draining it can be." Though he hadn't felt it in along time. He didn't tend to push his limits often, though he had when the Negaverse had been invaded. He had pushed his teleporting skills right to the brink...and passed out from that as well as injuries. He wasn't hoping for a repeat any time soon...that had been painful and tiring - taxing. Not to mention everything else they had suffered due to that little invasion of the white moon's....he still felt like the Negaverse hadn't paid them back properly for that. It had cost them a lot and the white moon should pay up.
"If you decide you want to go home I'll teleport us there myself, so you don't need to walk or anything." He offered with a smile.
Moving around to find his cell phone, since he hadn't brought it out with him, he plucked it up from where he'd left it and started to scroll down his contacts. His contacts list was a mix of family, friends and stores as well as places to eat. It was loaded with numbers.
Not seafood...but he could really use a good meal, that was for sure. Picking a place he was about to hit the call button when the other asked him about youma.
"For the most part they'll pick you...some will test you some will just pick you. Sometimes you can pick one...find one down in the rift and ask. I didn't go about the normal means of gaining one...so I don't have first hand knowledge on that. I..." Here he paused and took a breath, calming himself. "When I was a new General...I made a mistake. A big one...I learned you can't promote a lower ranked officer. a General can bring someone into the Negaverse, as I did with you, but I cannot promote people. Only those higher than myself can."
Hitting the call button he waited till the phone was answered and started to place an order. Mushrooms, onions, a baked potatoe and steak. The second order was similar only it had garlic mashed potatoes. "How do you like your steak?" He asked looking to the other. His own would be medium rare.

Tom nodded wordlessly at him. He was hearing Alex, but he was also having a hard time keeping his head up and his eyes open. Though he knew if he went to sleep it wouldn't be until morning that he would be awake again. He shook his head once more, sitting up a bit more. "Yeah I probably... won't do something like that again soon that's for sure." Or at least that distance. It could still be used in battle after all, at least as a means of escape.
He wasn't too sure if he even wanted a youma yet, but they seemed as though they could be helpful at least. But if it didn't happen it didn't happen. He just wanted to make sure he wasn't turned into one himself, whether accidentally or on purpose.
Whatever Alex was ordering though, it sounded good. "Medium-rare." He would have to ask if Alex had any restaurant recommendations for the area. Maybe Tom could take his little brother somewhere sometime. They hadn't been able to talk for a while now at least. His brother was busier than ever.

"Ah, good same as me." He answered while giving the last bit of information over to the person on the other end of the phone, how well the steaks should be as well as his address. Thanking them he hung up once he had a total for the meal.
"Alright...food should be here soon and once dinner is over you can shower and go to bed or skip showering and go right to bed." The other would need the sleep by then, he'd be surprised if the other wouldn't sleeping before then in all honesty. He'd just tell Aiden he was a friend who needed some help with something, something school related, and so he had invited him over and the other had fallen asleep so he'd sent him up to a guest room. It wouldn't be far from the truth...he just hoped the parts were he had to stretch things, a lot, the other wouldn't figure him out.
Now to just talk and wait for food to arrive...but what to talk about?

Unfortunately, as hungry as Tom was and as much as he was looking forward to eating what sounded like a very delicious meal, he eventually fell asleep on the couch that he was sitting on, unable to fight off his tiredness. It was usually hard for him to fight off sleep, he was one of those early to bed, early to rise people, but he thought he could have fought this off at least.
Well, in the morning he would just have to apologize to Alex and thank him for his hospitality and he would make sure to watch out when he teleported once again.Sleet Tempest Snape All right, there's my ending post, thanks so much!
